I love this place reminds me of the old taci bells before the change the only bad thing I have to say is when you leave the drive way coming in and leaving scrapes your cars front and back end or muffler if you have low car like a Toyota corolla ant type so be careful I either have to park on the street or not go back unfortunately not everyone can afford a truck or suv these days but service and food is amazing

Honestly the best taco bell around Come here for lunch sometimes and the food is always fresh. The manager is awsome and always friendly. He will even bring the food out to us when its ready. Unheard of for fast food. A+

Great place to stop and grab something to eat. A great staff too. They were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had been traveling all day and it was great to receive such a friendly visit and great service.

As far as taco bell's go and fast food places go this is pretty much perfect as what to expect. As some warning for taco bell in general: everything they serve you is much smaller than it appears in the picture.

Love the classic Taco Bell building! Also the person who served us was very nice and our food was perfect. I’ve noticed other Taco Bell’s have gone done in quality but that’s not the case here.

I came to this Taco Bell on 12/21/21...WOW! I never knew the same fast food could be so much better at another location. Everything I ordered (which was a large assortment) was perfect. There were 6 Hispanic ladies working there and they actually cared about the outcomes unlike most fast food. They all deserve a raise!!!!!!!!! Nice work

I LOVE THIS 90S TACO BELL! If you’re looking for a classic location to dine in at, this is it!! My food was great- but I really want to focus on the interior here. Formica pink and teal tables. Teal and red post modern chairs. It doesn’t get any better! The vibes were immaculate, I miss when places looked like this and I am so happy they haven’t renovated! And I hope they never do!! Lone of the most reasonable veggie / GF meals on The Island! I usually hack TB so try the cheesy rice & bean burrito grilled (no charge for the grilling) or get fiesta potatoes or jaliapeno peppers inside a burrito. Also, try the soft potato taco with a hard shell instead for a GF treat.

Good so far, but they gotta update their outside menus for the drive thru. And hire more employees so orders get done faster. I live near by and I usually stop at this place,sometimes takes quite bit time for them to have orders ready, food is good so far!

Pretty standard quality and taste. The only issue is that the drive thru is awkwardly made and the wait time was over 15 mins for a 1 car queue.

After they got rid of the online deals on the app at this location, myself and alot of others have stopped going here.

Their Saving Grace now is that they are open late it is really sad that they removed pizza from their menu and stop joining forces with Pizza Hut or Domino's or whoever they had I don't like their new nacho fries at all

The take out crunchy tacos stick to the wrapper and cut taco in half, destroying it!!! Happens every time. And not just this taco bell. As standard as it gets in terms of taco bell and what it offers. The seating inside is huge so you will no problem finding a corner for yourself or a group of friends to chill and hangout. The drive thru is a different story all together. I had no problem adapting to its outdated and cracked pathways but I can see how it can turn any new customer away. The biggest concern is entrance and exit, especially the exit, because the entrance is through the drive thru line and the exit is a steep slope that has made my car grave the pavement at times. I have learned to circumnavigate all these problems but I always think about it every time I visit. If

The parking lot is going to break someones car. I like the old school theme inside. The service is very good. The prices are raised higher than normal. Other taco bells charge less. This is not an airport why should they charge more?

If I remember correctly, I went there on a whim. Got in the drive-thru and had a hard time ordering and understanding the employee on the speaker system. The worker had poor English skills at the window, drive-thru was very tight and strangely designed, and the food was blah. Cinnamon twists had too much toppings. Cheesy chalupa was okay, but the regular tacos were not good. This location (at this time) would not be a place I'd go back to... there are other locations. I'm being nice by giving it 2 stars 😬 Best part of my meal was the soda.

Whoever designed the parking lot & drive thru should find a different line of work. Extremely awkward and tight turns. If you come in through one entrance, you have to cut between the drive thru line and loop back to actually get on the line. So stupid. Not coming back just for this reason alone.

Do not buy the nacho fries bellgrande on ny Ave Huntington station. It says double the fries but this is what was given.

Disappointed, placed mobile order for pickup for time efficiency on lunch break. Waited on line, mentioned I was picking up for mobile, was sent to wait in line again. Did so, and they didn’t have order ready still.

I’ve been to many Taco Bell locations, but this one was really disappointing. The tortillas in both the burrito and the Crunchwrap were extremely chewy, almost rubbery. On top of that, the Crunchwrap had barely anything in it besides lettuce—very little filling overall. The quality was noticeably worse than other locations, and the food just wasn’t enjoyable. It almost seemed like they were using different ingredients than any other Taco Bell I've been to. I won’t be returning to this location. UPDATE: 2 days later kids wanted Taco Bell. My son placed the order at 9:05 pm. I was behind 3 cars in the drive thru when he placed the order. It is 9:56pm and I am STILL in the drive thru at the window. Have been here for over 50 minutes. Please keep in mind there were only 3 cars in front of us. We already paid on the app. This is insane

For how busy and popular this spot is with the kids, you would think they would make it look a little nicer. The building looks dilapidated and for years there has been a rumor that it is being shut down. Someone needs to invest a little $ to improve the building and they would get more than just hungry teenagers who don't care what it looks like.

I am a fan of the Glen Cove Taco Bell but have been disappointed the past 2 orders. I enjoy the Chipotle Chicken Melt and my last two times to the restaurant I have ordered the melt. Both last week and this week when I ordered the Chipotle Chicken melt, it was just chicken and cheese. No chipotle sauce. It was a dry mess. Very disappointed. I have included a photo. Quality control is big in my book and unfortunately Glen Cove Taco Bell has failed twice in the last 2 weeks. I know this is fast food and not a true restaurant, but when you order something you expect it to be what you ordered.

Do not get anything fried :nuggets/chicken, tastes like they made a batch yesterday and they are serving it today. Very respectfull staff but the food quality is not fresh

I have to admit this Taco Bell is terrible, the last 3 times I went in their drive thru, every single time my order is missing something.

Today i want to report a staff extremely agressive front desk that work on Tuesdays but happened just now. After waiting a pick up decided for a need to go to bathroom, the front desk cashier tall lady came extremely rude and violent saying dont use the bathroom and abrudtally throw a cone in the middle front door bathroom. Instead saying in a polite way as I am a customer too but not longer any anymore. Her violent attitude and very disrespectful and agressive attitude tells me what to expect on the food. I wont come here again not even my family. I feel very sorry the rest mexican staff that have to take this every day from this crazy staff!!!!

I am disappointed. I ordered 4 items from the value meal section which were $1.00 each 2 chipotle wraps and cheese wrap and chips and cheese sauce so the order should have came to no more than $6.00 when she told me $7 and change I was like alright maybe tax and than when I got to work no chips just the cheese sauce.

Good thing the hospital is on the same block! The last couple of times the food was disgusting. The lettuce and tomato in the Chalupas were bad ie. SOUR. Took one bite and spit it out. The same with the other one in the bag in the same order. Tried it one more time just to say maybe it was a one off thing. Same thing, food was bad and money wasted, went hungry both times. A relative just told me he ate from there and immediately after, began sweating and ran to the bathroom 5x with diarrhea. Finally, something is always missing from the order. For sure now I'll be missing from this place. I'd give it a Zero if I could!

I'm not quite sure what everyone raves about. The inside hasn't seen an update since the Nixon presidency. The drive thru is badly designed forcing you to make tight awkward turns. When I order a $5 box at the window they never give me a bag. They just hand me a box with a bunch of sauce and napkins on top, which is great for when you have to drive because sauce packets and napkins all over the car is ideal. To top it off on 1/9/19 I got FOOD POISONING from here. May the odds be ever in your favor.

The African-American woman who works there clearly hates white people. She handed my my bag of food and slammed the window. I waited, she stood there... she angrily opened it and I asked "May I have some sauce?" She said nothing and dumped it into the bag and slammed the window. When I put the sauce away I realized, she forgot our straws. So now she looks at me like "OH HELL NO." She whips open the window and I ask for some straws politely. So in a nutshell, customer service is just terrible. They should take a lesson from Chic-Fil-A.

The service is really bad. They gave me cold cinnabon's. Charged my Credit Card twice because the employee did NOT understand the difference between 2 and 12. The truth is that I buy Cinnabon's from 3 to 4 times a week. I heard on a television show that they were very good and now I became an addict. I know I have to stop this addiction because it's junk food, but the 98 Forest Ave Glen Cove service is very bad. I was reading online that the cinnabon's need to be fry for 12 minutes. It's a Taco Bell, so the bar is already low to begin with. That being said, this Glen Cove location still does not exceed an already minuscule bar. The restaurant is a dump inside. I would find a different taco bell or just eat at Cactus Cafe instead, they're much better.

Completely unsanitary. Nothing is clean. As soon as I finished putting my order in for my family, we headed to grab a seat, and we saw a cockroach on the floor. Maybe not a big deal to some but in my opinion, that’s a very unsanitary thing to see in a food establishment. The women’s bathroom was out of order and the men’s open bathroom was also very dirty. For how much attention this place receives for its aesthetic they should be putting some of that money into keeping up with cleanliness. We were refunded for the food but only after we asked for it, we were not offered it.

I was poisoned in my food at this location in Aug by a employee who drives a black and gray Honda civic I ended up in the hospital I now how a lot of problems I had no idea it was them till I found out the person who did it I didn’t even know had a problem with me criss the manger also took sides with her and told me I was wrong I have no way to proove it or they be in jail if u value your health I highly suggest u do not eat here don’t say I didn’t warn you I have no reason to lie . Update the employee has sold the car and now is in another if u did nothing wrong y did u sell the car I know everything about the people involved were they live who they are everything they think they got away Scott free karma comes in many forms things happen and they will .do not eat here there food and people are gross and I’m sure the manager criss is involved and knows I want justice and I will get it facts .

I am a Taco Bell connoisseur. This is by far the worst location I have ever been to and unfortunately it’s the one closest to me. The parking lot is full of potholes, it’s actually insane. The building looks disgusting and like it’s about to collapse. I’ve honestly never seen anything like it. It’s the slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a single cheesy bean and rice burrito with no one else in line and waited a solid 10-15min. I don’t understand how they can possibly be so slow. And it’s every time. Not just once. I can’t properly put in to words how bad this location is.
