Always been a big chipotle fan. It’d quick, easy and the food is good. Great staff too. However, the portions are an issue, specially with chip amount. My first visit was about five chips in the bag. The second time was a few more than that. And the chips taste stale. Maybe if they actually handed them out at a normal rate, they wouldn’t get stale. So do yourself a favor and skip any chips and dips.

I've personally never had an issue with the service here. Parking is terrible and I feel like the food is way overpriced for what you get. I don't think this is the fault of anyone specific to this location but I've heard some bad things about the CEO of the company just planning to keep raising prices. Food quality was always fine for me, just not worth the price. If you do go, order in person and ask for extra of whatever they can give to you to make it worth the price.

A kids chip bag had only 5 chips total (broken into several 1/2 or 1/3 pieces or even smaller crumbs) and cost $1.60 - shrinkflation is bad here. I also got their barbacoa bowl and the meat had almost no flavor. Attempted to call and leave feedback (vs publically) but this location will not except live calls as stated in the auto-answering machine. I will not be returning for the price/quantity of food

Me and my husband ordered 2 bowls and they were awful. We ordered steak in them & the meat had this funky taste and texture as if our meat was old. Disappointed in our experience, we didnt get to eat. Our son is in the hospital and we just needed something different than hospital food.

Prices just keep going up and quality keeps going down. This is a long overdue review. Gave them another try. Ordered a veggie bowl. Received a bowl of pretty much all under cooked crunchy rice, a little of the corn salsa, black beans and lettuce ordered but no veggies at all. I guess the good thing I can say is that it was ready when I got there.

Sadly only giving this Chipotle location 1 star because the parking lot sucks. The parking lot at this location is small, awkward, & annoying to get into during peak lunch times which prompts people to just park at the cvs lot right next door so they park & walk over for less than 10min BUT CVS NEXT DOOR WILL TOW YOUR CAR even in short amount of time. My car was towed because I walked over to get a Burrito… & in my time waiting for an uber to go back to work I was able to warn 2 people who parked & were on their way walking over to the Chipotle when I warned what had JUST happened to me. This Chipotle should put a warning sign on the door to help protect your patrons. I won’t patronize this location anymore I’ll just go to the one on 7th. Tow company charged $321 btw … BEWARE

Not only am I leaving a bad review. Im calling the health department to come out an inspect. I dont know nobody who would throw rice in your bowl that has been dropped on the counter then throw the rest of the rice back in the rice pan to serve to others once you drop rice on the counter it is a contamination. You might as well pick the rice up off the floor an throw that in the pan too. Same thing. That's nasty that should have been thrown in the trash. People do unbelievable things, but to do it in a person face that's ordering the food is even worse. I won't eat here anymore after watching the lady do what she did.

Constantly getting online orders mixed up. Today they forgot the protein in all of the bowls ordered and refuses to remake them. Very disappointing and their app is a trap to take your money.

Ordered a bowl delivered from here. The bowl was mostly just rice, maybe a few little chicken cubes, pinch of cheese. Seriously, just go through the line, they will actually put food in your bowl that way. You would think from my picture I already ate most of it, ive taken 3 bites. I had to stop just to come rewrite this review.

Management is more concerned about meeting their production quota during the lunch-rush than providing good customer service. Won’t be going to this location again.

Wasn’t able to refund order when order was placed at another store. I tried talking to the manager and the number for the contact for help and couldn’t get through. Now my order is in Plano and not able to get it. There was no help what so ever and I am disappointed in the customer support. Do not want to deal with chipotle again now.

The rep who rung me up name on the receipt was KWOBEER not sure if that’s the guy, but it was a young dude with black hair very rude ! Im at the store at 11 in the morning why would you be rude to me ?! this location absolutely sucks every time I come in here at somebody different being rude so I highly would not suggest you guys coming to this location. There’s multiple locations in the area so just go to a different one. Why spend money and everyone everyone’s rude not one person greeted me when I came into the store And it’s a full staff absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back here. He didnt even hand me my food when i paided smh basic customer service skills should be a requirement for the job. They didn’t even have the vinaigrette done because the girls were talking so I wind up having to leave without a vinaigrette even though I got a salad just terrible all the way around!

well I guess I ordered a salad without the lettuce 😂 not to mention I paid for guacamole and it was no where to be see either. Best advice if you still want to order from here go in store they don’t do you dirty like they do online orders.

My pickup order today was half-complete. I ordered chicken, rice, pinto beans, veggies, corn, cheese, lettuce, and salsa. When I got home and opened the container, it had chichen, rice, and beans. Nothing else. Totally BS.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Two female employees made my smoked brisket bowl. When the cashier told me my total he stated I had queso. I didn't order queso, yet one of the female employees said she added it. I told her I watched her make my bowl and no queso was added only shredded cheese. I said, "If you added queso I'll pay for it, but show me where you added it. She said she added it at the bottom but declined to show me the queso. Upset, that I called her out on her BS the other female employee and her quickly started to remake my bowl. She stated to the cashier, "I WILL EAT THE OTHER BOWL FOR LUNCH." I GUESS CHIPOTLE IS ALLOWING EMPLOYEES TO MESS UP ORDERS AND EAT THEM FOR FREE SMH! Employees may eat for free regardless, not sure. IF EMPLOYEES RECEIVE FREE MEALS THEY'RE SAVING MEAT, QUESO, AND MULTIPLE ITEMS FOR THEMSELVES. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO CUSTOMERS!!! Furthermore, anytime I ordered queso it was put in a container. NOT AT THE BOTTOM OF MY BOWL! I also asked for two different salsas and the same employee who does WHATEVER SHE WANTS gave me two of the same salsas. The cashier politely told her that I was missing one of the salsas I asked for. The reason I go to this location is because it's close and I received holiday gift cards from family. I can't believe people are paying for a bowl full of CHEAP RICE with barely any meat. NOTE: Sugar packets were old and crunchy with stains. I don't care if some of the reviews are positive. Corporate and the health department need to secretly visit this location. The wait time was ridiculous! They were almost completely out of all their meat. When I was about to walk out an employee stated it should be 5 more minutes. Once the meat I selected was ready, an employee gave me barely any meat. I was in line for a long time and didn’t want to make a scene. I went to a table and called for a manager so she could witness how my bowl was made. A manager resolved the issue but never again with this location. For the number of customers, the establishment was clean. The staff were friendly but unorganized.

So I came in around 1pm. When I got there, they were already waiting in steak about 15 minutes. When I went to order the girl said about 10 minutes on brown rice. I waited since by that time steak should already be ready for my order. As the 10 minutes go by the girl at the front tell me that brown rice is not going to be ready in 10 minutes but in 45 minutes. Three other people walk out because that's just ridiculous that I went from 10 to 45 minutes. Brown rice and steak not available during lunch time is crazy work. I asked for a managers card but couldn't even find one at the office. Communication needs to be better between the team on this location. They have the hospitals next to them and should be ready for this kind of rushes during lunch time.

For this place to close at 11pm you would think they would have drinks available. All agua frecsas were out, and some fountain drinks were out as well. The place was disgusting. Trash everywhere, piled up, all over the floor, all over the seats, and tables. It was not busy, seemed too focused on pre closing to clean the dining room. Overall gross.
