Went in on Karaoke Night and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, Juan and Rene, who made sure everyone’s experience was fulfilling and enjoyable. The bartenders are not only skilled, but also incredibly attentive, making great recommendations based on taste preferences. The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, and the cocktails are expertly crafted! The attention to detail in the drinks is remarkable, and they’re always ready with a smile. What truly sets this bar apart, though, is the customer service. The staff, Juan and Rene, go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and valued. Whether it’s remembering your favorite drink or engaging in friendly conversation, you can tell that they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend going in to Gold Rail any night of the week!!

Came from out of town and literally had the best time ever! The staff Matt and Juan made my friend and I feel like we were safe and at home! Karaoke night was an absolute hit, we literally had the time of our lives and was a huge highlight of staying in Glendale! If you ever happen to be in the Glendale area please don’t miss out on this place, will definitely have to visit Glendale again and go to Gold Rail bar! Seriously Matt and Juan if you’re reading this we have still not shut up about how amazing you guys were! Your friendliness and generosity did not go unnoticed and it was a blast getting to have you guys be part of our trip❤️

Gold Rail is a local gem. A fun, casual, dive bar in the best way. Great beers on tap and yummy cocktails. Daily happy hour, good music and weekly karaoke! They also have occasional pop up food that never disappoints. Gotta love Gold Rail Bar

Many times here. Alex is great & makes everyone feel welcome. They have a pool table, karaoke on Thursdays, all sports games, good drinks, and casually has food vendors in the back. Highly recommend. Good vibes overall. Thank you big pee pee Alex lol

Let me tell you, I was visiting from Maryland and the staff and bartenders were so welcoming! They took shots with us, socialized with us, related with us, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The energy they bring made me want to stay until the end, which I did! I will definitely come back on my next visit but please stop by this place for a good time and chill vibes!

Honestly, this is one of the best bars I’ve ever attended. When I first moved into the area, I was looking for a new place to unwind, which in LA with its myriad bars can be hard to find. When I first walked in, I was greeted with the friendliest service and a ‘we don’t know strangers here’ attitude, and the ambience was laid back and chill. Adam, the owner, is one of the best guys I know and also slings some of the best cocktails you can get. Now that ambience has been established, let’s talk about the drinks. Every single bartender here makes a great craft cocktail, and they are constantly innovating and coming up with new drinks. In terms of beer, they stock tons of local beers paired with others that you must try. There aren’t any generic beers here, and they are all hand selected by people who know what they’re tasting for our enjoyment. 100/10 recommend Gold Rail for unwinding, having birthdays, or just having a casual game of pool on Pool Mondays where you can play for free. This place is a hidden gem, serving some top shelf bourbons, excellent mezcals, and quality tap beers. A very relaxed and comfortable environment, the oasis that is the Gold Rail is a great spot to play some pool, sing karaoke, fire up the jukebox or just sip a classic cocktail at the bar. You just wouldn't expect such a cool little spot on the west side of Glendale. Well-priced and very friendly staff to boot. Might become a regular...

Well, it was a very friendly bar...for about two days (???). Had a good selection of beer, much better than when it was the Brass Rail in the 1980's. I spent years here back then and loved it as a very cool watering hole-dive. Now it's run by a trendy, hipster jack*** that likes to act like a stuck-up little priss, and he took a dislike to me on the spot for absolutely no reason, other than spending my money at his business...what the? LOL

I would appreciate if this bar didnt have loud music on Thursday with people singing. Myself and neighbors have collectively asked them to close the back door at least by 11pm and the bartenders fail to do so. If you're going to be a neighborhood bar then respect the people who live here.

Bartenders are too drunk need to stop drinking on the job and be cut off, not attentive at all and bring their own drama to the bar dictating how they treat the rest of the customers. Its more than just not being attentive bartenders allowed to be drunk on the job and act like its their party and treat customers how ever they please. Horrible customer service and unprofessional at its finest. I Will never step foot in there again nor ever recommend clients. Do better, be better and actually mean it. If i could give no starts i would -1. ✌🏼

Bartenders are too drunk need to stop drinking on the job and be cut off, not attentive at all and bring their own drama to the bar dictating how they treat the rest of the customers. Its more than just not being attentive bartenders allowed to be drunk on the job and act like its their party and treat customers how ever they please.
