Great pizza, my go to spot. Taking off a star due to a visit recently where I got there at 11, when they open, wanting to grab a couple slices, and they said it would be around 45 minutes until any pizza was ready. Why not have pizza ready at opening? So, had to go somewhere else.

Finally getting around to this review- I appreciate Giacomo’s more recent switch to an improved gluten free pizza dough! Do still have to give less than a 5 due to past issues with this location closing prior to what listed open hours were, as well as being unable to get gluten free pizza later in the evening several times when calling in. (I also can only eat this one single item!) But in spite of the slightly high price for the size, the new dough is a nice compromise- much better than the usual flat/cracker like one of the past.

Decent place with the exception of the woman at the counter who rolled her eyes at my sister and got annoyed there was no need for that she already told her that we were going to eat here and gave her a nasty look there is no need to be nasty if you don’t like where you work leave

It has been years since I ate at a Giacomo’s pizza and I went there because I remember how good it was - not anymore! The dough on a slice is extremely chewy- so not enjoyable. Not doughy just chewy and lacking flavor. They serve warm, not hot (reheated) pizza. The cheese wasn’t even close to being melted, it was just gross. Table was dirty. Such a disappointment and waste of calories!

Entered at 7:43. Three people behind the counter. One blond girl cleaning looked at me then went on cleaning. Other girl on the table hone taking an order. One boy clueless just walking around. I am standing there for three minutes. I finally ask if I can place an order. No plain slices Ok. I order others. I then ask what time they close. Because I would have waited for a plain slices if a pie was in the works. They close at 9. So why are they taking all the pizza out and cleaning. The lady then asks if I need something. No. I placed my order. Ok. She rings me up. Then the blond girl that took my order starts to ring me up. I said no I paid. Then she just blankly stared at me. The other girl boxed up my order handed it to me and walked away. Ok. No thank you No have a good night I have been to this store and all their others. I live an hour away. But their pizza is pretty good so I make the drive. No more not with that customer service. Don’t have teenagers that just want to leave run your store.

Staff seems to get flustered easily. What do you mean you can’t put vodka sauce on a chicken parm sub? If that’s too difficult, then I’ll go elsewhere for mediocre food.

Just left this place told girl working now during lunch I want my slices warmed up for the kids my son left crying she litterly burned the slices didn’t even cut them up for him very disappointed I know owner real nice guy hired young girl’s disappointed with this place

I ordered a chicken parm with pasta last week and have to stay it was the absolute worst tasting Italian dish I have ever had. The sauce was extremely bad tasting. I took one or two bites before throwing it in the garbage. I love pasta but this was disgustingly gross.

Not doing great... last time I ordered it took more than 1 1/2hrs to get a single entrée delivered. To top it off the ordered was messed up, you sent the wrong kind of pasta. This time I ordered the girl who took it hung up before I even gave her my card number. So if the delivery person showed up I wouldn't have the cash on me to pay them. Food is otherwise great with the exception of one time I ordered chicken marsala and had it loaded with onions? I'm no chef but I know marsala doesn't come full of onions. I'll be looking for another pizza place in my area.

You guys are way too inconsistent. I order a pie and it's so undercooked it's almost raw dough. I order well done thinking it'll be fully cooked and instead it is burnt. Good tasting sauce and cheese but you ruin pizzas with your cooking times. Do better.

I got a delivery today which was packaged so poorly that ranch split all over. The soda I ordered was actually hot not cold at all. I ordered cheese to my sandwich, which was not added, but squishy old tomatoes were. The sandwich looks like a toddler made it, and the fries were ice cold. Do not order the prosciutto to your salad, because its just deep fried garbage. Waited over an hour for the delivery, and was highly disappointed. Usually this place has some what decent food, but I will never order from them again.

Found piece of metal on the underside of my wife's pizza on 4/26 evening. Called immediately after and complained to manager. Manager was a little apologetic and refunded my order after I requested but didn't get the impression it was taken super seriously based on our conversation. Never going back. Second issue I've had at this location. Had a previous issue a few months ago where a few slices were ordered and were taking forever to come out. Turns out employee forgot take our order out of try oven and it all burnt. Since it was later on in the evening the food couldn't be replaced without baking new pies from scratch. Another employee gave a half assed apology (honestly even less than that) since the one who put our food in was nowhere to be found so we just left without them even offering something for wasting our time. Decent food but ruined by employees who don't care.
