Love this place, it's got the best burgers, amazing fries, and by far, the best part, they will out bacon in your milkshakes, let me tell you, a strawberry milkshake with bacon in it is a godsend, it is a national treasure

This is a well run location. The store is clean, and the service is good. Five Guys probably has the best chain hamburger in the Capital Region.

FIVE GUYS is always great! And for my first time visiting during COVID, the door were marked with signage indicating masks are required, and everyone was socially distanced, even at the grill, which I'm sure took some getting used to! The only thing I can say that was disappointing was that although I paid by card for my food, there wasn't enough change in the drawer to make change of a $20 bill so I could leave a tip... EXCELLENT FOOD, THO...THANKS TEAM!!

Cheeseburgers are great tasting, cooked to order. A little pricie for cheeseburgers but everything is hot not warm or cold and tastie. Great service too.

Not only is it always fresh, quality food, but they are the lowest waste "fast food" place that I've ever been to. All aluminum foil and paper bags! Other businesses could take a page from their playbook.

After having a bad experience and not even being able to place an order in Guilderland. Who had no customers btw. We called Glenmont who picked up the phone right away. They tool our order and we also requested that they drop the fries now. Everything was ready when we walked in the door.

Just wanna shout out one of the team members here that worked this evening (7/14/21). Not sure of her name but she was working the register and I believe the only employee without a mask. She was one of the most pleasant humans we’ve encountered in a long time!!! Cherish her forever!!

Unbelievably friendly staff. We showed up just before they closed, which I hate doing remembering my days in food service. They were nothing but kind to feed a hungry family. Much appreciated to everyone!!!!

This place is great if you want large proportions (with many choices) and don't need a "formal" way to eat. Fingers, aluminum foil, paper bags are all excepted, with dining.

Great burgers, great fries and their quick and friendly. The shop is closed for renovations right now but it was pretty well kept and clean to begin with, cant imagine what the renovated shop will look like. Their APP blows though. The food doesn't get made until your onsite and tell them you placed an online e order. If they are out of something you ordered and paid for on the App, your SOL being they cant credit you, only corporate can via a phone call. No need to order ahead though, just order and have some free peanuts while you wait for your order to be cooked fresh.

I’ve been coming here for years. The burgers, fries and shakes are so dang good! The best place to get a burger! You get a ton of extra fries! (a half of bag full of fries) this is my favorite place to get a very delicious, fresh, juicy burger!!! The price of food here is very reasonable for the amount of food and the tastefulness of the food!!!

Great place to have a Burger your way. The burgers are always good, you always get a lot of Fries, and five guys is one of the Few places that if you like to put Vinegar on your fries this is the place. This store also has a coke freestyle machine so lots of drink choices.

Fantastic. Employees are very friendly and kind. The food was fresh to the point where you have to let it cool for a few minutes. I work nights and came in about 20 minutes prior to closing and they were still busy making fresh food for multiple customers. Great location!

A clean, well staffed, we'll run location of five guys. The large private lot, and clean restrooms, make it a great stop. Free peanuts add to the charm. As long as you set your expectations for fast food, you won't be disappointed.

Went with my 11 year old and her friend. We all had the BLT. Good stuff! Got a small order of fries for the three of us. Also good stuff - doesn't even need ketchup. The sweet green tea gets a thumbs-up too.

Big yummy burgers with just about anything on them, fries with skins, shakes you can add bacon and chocolate to. Plus fast service. Can order ahead online and pay them walk in and they start your fries and shake. Everything is so fresh.

I love 5 guys , the burgers are a little pricey but when you see what you get and they stuff your bag with fries and before the pandemic you can also take as many peanuts as you like . I mean your def. Going to spend a little more than McDonald's but the food in my opinion is way better .

Went today and there was a tall man expediting on the line -AWESOME TEAMWORK and super fast ticket times. Order was perfect, staff was friendly, and bugers are the best. Just wanted to shout out to the team that was on the afternoon crew today, because it was fun watching them work.

By miles the best burger and fries you can get in the glenmont area from a chain style restaurant including the sit down ones. Food is always consistently good, staff is always friendly and for on-demand food cooking its still really quick. I eat in, i doordash and both have been exceptional. With the prices of 'fast food'/QSR going up it seems almost silly to not consider just upgrading to Five Guys over Wendys or McDonalds in the Glenmont area as they are both not great with Wendys being terrible (due to staff and quality not the brand).

Five guys is so great! I was able to place my order online. When I got there they just finished everything up so it was fresh. The food was perfectly prepared as ordered and who doesn't love their fries?! We were too hungry to stop eating to take a picture.

Great restaurant for the family! I have celiac and they were very accommodating. I had the lettuce wrapped burger which was prepared in a separate area along with there awesome fries. Win win for our family of five who does not eat out often due to my dietary needs. Thank you Five Guys.

Love the food best burgers around. Employees are always super upbeat, polite, and have a smile on there face. The eating areas are always clean as are the bathrooms. Overall the atmosphere is amazing the classic rock with the fresh burgers and great customer service is a win.

Got the cheeseburger with fries and it was so good! The burger was big, I didn't expect to get two patties :) really good quality and juicy burger. Also the fries were perfectly cooked and also came in a huge portion. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. You can definetly tell that they value quality.

If you want to have a great burger and fries, this is the place to do it! Great food and for as busy as this place can get, the service is pretty fast. Great quality fries and they always give extra. It is a bit expensive but as far as fast food goes; this is a step or two above the rest IMO.

Five Guys has been open 15+ years at this location but you could think it opened a few months ago. The crew had it looking super clean and keep everything looking great (it was quiet on a snowy night). The fries were great but with a LOT of salt, and the Little Bacon Burger was perfect!

The BEST French fries made to order and with a salt free option. Burgers and sandwiches are customizable. Shakes are superb. They also offer a vegetarian sandwich that is surprisingly excellent and equally messy but worth it. Can't forget, free peanuts while you wait.

Grabbed a late dinner here after a long journey from West Virginia. Needed something to eat before shut eye at the Comfort Inn that is less than 5 minutes away. Staff was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. Food was delicious as always, seriously, best burgers and fries for fast food. Husband enjoyed his peanuts during our brief wait for the food to cook. The coke machines are the best available with ultimate choices to pick from. The person cleaning was doing an excellent job, very polite and the place was spotless. No rudeness for showing up close to close either, we took our food to go. Between Sonic, Taco Bell stomach issues and Five Guys, I think the choice is obvious. Nothing beats Five Guys for burgers and fries!

I had the pleasure of having lunch at 5 Guys.Even though I took it back to the office,it was truly exceptional,and still very warm.I specifically ordered my fries without salt.I received them just like I ordered them,and in a timely fashion. My bacon burger was "SMACK" as usual. Customer service was "spot on". The store looked clean,and the working staff had their gloves and hats on. If you want a good,reasonably priced lunch,go to the guys,all five of them.

It's Five Guys.. It's the same as every other Fine Guys. Dependable food that is made when you order it, all the toppings you could want, and way more fries than you want.

They ran out of hot dog buns. How does that hapoen??? The counter person gave me a hard time about cutting the hotdog in half and putting it on a hamburger bun. WHY?? Was I asking too much? It seemed logical to me since they ran out of hotdog buns.

I love Five Guys but my fries weren't right this time. They tasted a burnt and had a chewy outside. I've seen them pre-cook fries and I think they over cooked them.

My husband is obsessed with 5 guys. I have to admit that a burger and fries sometimes just really hits the spot. I'm not personally convinced that 5 guys is superior to some other burgers I've had, but a happy husband sure makes for a nice meal.

The burgers are really greasy, but the flavors are good. They would get 5, however that would have been 2 years ago when I could get a basic lunch for under 10, now I'm 15+. Ridiculous.

My burger was spot on, This may be one of my favorite fast food burger joints in the region. No complaints about my visit.

It's a good Five Guys. They have always gotten my order right (even when it gets a bit complex) and are generous with the fries. And the staff are friendly and efficient - even if you get caught behind an entire busload of teenage athletes after a game, I didn't have to wait more than fifteen minutes between arrival and getting my food.

We usually order online to skip the line. Even when they are super busy, our food is always ready and hot. To top it off, it’s always right. They have never messed up our order which is really saying something. When you come inside it’s clean and organized. Proper signage so your not confused about where to order vs where to pick up. Staff greet you in a friendly manner and are very attentive. Will definitely frequent this more location as our experiences here have always been pleasant.

Definitely fast food, but better than the other burger chains. The food is as greasy as it is delicious, so this I make eating here an infrequent treat. The decor is simple and kept fairly clean. Enjoy free peanuts while you wait for your order.

The burgers and fries were delicious. Prices are soaring. More than $35 for burgers and fries for two people. I still have sticker shock although the great tasting food took a bit of the edge off.

Food is excellent and service is pretty okay, it's just a little expensive even for the good food. I do regular fundraisers there and they are really awesome about helping us raise money for our school groups!! UPDATE 1/20/22.... Same deal. Did another fundraiser last night and they were easy ans awesome to work with!!

Nothing too crazy to say about this particular Five Guys location. The place was clean, the food was decent (if a little pricy), and unfortunately their soda machine was broken. Still, it was a good lunch. If you’re a fan of burgers, this is your place - and they have malt vinegar for the fries if you’re into that!

Friendly, efficient staff, consistently high quality food. Exactly what youd expect a five guys to be. Ive had some unpleasant experiences with cashiers here buy having worked in customer service myself i can understand that its not possible to be cheery 100% of the time, and we never know whats going on in these folks personal lives. Pictured is a bacon cheese burger w lettuce mustard and grilled onion. The customizability is perfect for specific preferences. The milkshakes are to die for as well, my go to is a chocolate-peanutbutter-banana shake, they dont feel too heavy and nothing too sticky sweet.

The front counter service was very good. The woman that took our order was very polite. I like how there are many different kinds of fountain drinks you can choose from. I tried the sprint ginger never had it before was very good. The food that we order was made right to the way we ordered it. I got a bacon cheese burger with lettuce tomatoes pickles mayonnaise and mustard with a large fries. The burger was very good. The fries here are good too. Fresh cut potatoe fries. I ordered through the app online. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Then I went in and had to wait another 15 minutes, so it took 25 minutes from the time I ordered to get my food. The food was good when I got home, but 25 minutes is a crazy amount of time to wait for food.

I used to LOVE this place and I am not a burger guy once in a while. It seem that the past year the entire franchise has gone down hill. The fries haven't changed (u can't get half n half anymore) but the burgers have really gone down hill ! It is something different each time so I can't even tell ya how to fix it. Either the patties are dry and grainy or lite mayo and ketchup means nothing on the bun, the bacon is burnt onions or mushrooms has a slight sour taste. There is always 1 thing wrong with my burger. About 70%of the time they are dry. If you order and wait you can see th 20 yr old kid pressing all the juice from the burger ("cause it sounds cool") . It is aa arwan wide problem as well. If you only do 5 things( burger,fries, shakes dogs and grilled cheese) they all need to be done well and if the top thing is burgers you need to do them better than the rest.

This place used to be a great place to get 5$ burgers, a Coke and a bunch of free peanuts. Now they're 10$ burgers and I'm not sure it's worth it when you can get a nicer 10$ burger at Applebee's or Chili's right nearby. Milkshakes are super malty.

I honestly don't understand the hype surrounding this place. It cost $23 for a cheese dog with bacon, large fries and 2 drinks. The large fries was $8+ and wasn't worth it. They are the kind of french fries that you could make at home. The hot dog wasn't bad. The price was steep though at $8 and change.

Ordered 3 burgers, 1 hot dog and french fries on Friday in a snow storm. We ordered on the app and drove to pickup. It was not snowing so it wasn’t busy which should have given them plenty of time to correctly make our food. None of the burgers had the correct toppings on them. They were a mish mosh of the toppings we had ordered in total. Needless to say our child did not like the jalapeños that were supposed to be on my wife’s burger and I did not prefer the mushrooms that were supposed to be on hers either. At least the hot dog and french fries were correct.

They cook all burgers well done.I don't eat beef often and when I do I want a medium rare juicy burger.The staff member I spoke to was friendly and very helpful .The place was very welcoming and clean.

I asked for light ketchup, saw it on my order listed that way, as well as got grilled onions on my burger. They put a ton of ketchup on both buns and added 6 little pieces of grilled onions... And am I the only one who is tired of having the re-arranged their burger because for some reason when you get pickles they want to stack five on top of each other and place it at the corner of the burger... Five grown men working and cant make a burger I would ever see themselves being happy with...

The burger has changed since the last time I was at this chain. I got a bacon burger and the two patties were paper thin . I don't believe that the two burgers were as big as the single burger I remember getting. The burger, fries and drink was definitely not worth 20 dollars. I know minimum wage went up a couple of bucks, but to charge an extra 6 or seven dollars for the same thing that I used to get 4 months ago is absurd. Five guys burger is as thin as Wendy's or McDonald's. There are several burger restaurants in the capital district that still serve a decent sized burger. Sure their prices have went up some as well, but at least you still get a decent burger.

Fries were over cooked , both my wife and I had our order incomplete. There was plenty of help so there was no excuse for the poor quality of food and service

Found a bug in the ketchup as it came out of the dispenser! They took it away! Then as we were swatting fruit flies at the table.... I found several bugs in the bottom of my milkshake! Ugg!!! So I discreetly went up front to inform them to possibly fix the ice cream machine...( soft serve). The manager came out & told me it was OREOS! WTH? I didn't expect a refund of $24.45 for 2 hamburgers..1 French fries... 1 milkshake! But come on... I'm 62year old who has worked in the food industry since 16! Do I look like I fell off a turnip truck? NEVER AGAIN! Hope we don't get sick tonight! Dated ... December 10th 2015 at 4:12 pm

Would give it a negative 1 if I could, waited for cashier Jasmine C to fraternize with the guy in front of us and then we were able to place our order at her leisure while she was laughing boisterously the entire time… stopped here because it had good reviews, wildly disappointed… you could get a headache from how loud the cashier and workers are YELLING and SINGING to each other. The manager should really consider letting some of these people go because this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Absolutely ridiculous behavior for adults in a workplace.

This location is filthy and clearly does not take potential health code violations seriously. Tonight (for the SECOND time), there was a disgusting curly hair in my burger. I should have learned my lesson and never returned after the first hairy burger. STAY AWAY.
