I came through the drive thru and had the most professional and respectful worker I believe her name was Emily but man she was so sweet double checked everything and had a wonderful attitude from beginning to end I really hope to have her every time I come through, you guys should be proud to have an employee like her.

Didn't get to go inside because it was so late but the 24 hour saved me. It was my first time eating there and I wasn't sure what to get, the menu had a tasty-looking variety. I got the spicy chicken sandwich. Let's just say that the advertisements of jacked Jack aren't all for show, the food really is amazing. I had tried In-n-Out for the first time just a few hours before as well and it didn't even compare to Jack's food. Hope I find one in my home state.

Food was awesome. They did have a leak coming out of the sidewalk in front of the establishment. It would have been very slippery and dangerous if someone was walking out there. So I don't know if the well had broke underneath the sidewalk or was it the sewer system? Not quite sure but you definitely have a leak there a creek I would call it

It's fast food. Maybe a bit too long under a heat lamp, somewhat tough and chewy tacos and chicken sandwich. The salads are pretty good though as are their onion rings and fries.

I am a repeat customer, I appreciate that there is breakfast all day however the only reason why I love breakfast is bc of crispy hashbrowns. I bought breakfast there not too long ago for the first time in a while and my hashbrowns couldn't keep their form when I picked them up bc of how soggy they were, I still love everything else on the menu this was just the one thing that disappointed me. But I still support how good of variety there is and good flavor everything has and how I always come across something deliciously different. This jack in the box is still my all-time favorite restaurants in town, that's just the one thing that bothered me.

The service was amazing. The food was very good, but when I asked for Nacho cheese on the side, I got Shredded cheese melted. That's not nacho cheese like i asked for!!! The hot sauce needs to come in choices of mild or hot not just hot. But the Restaurant was nice and clean, and so was the bathroom! I was treated wonderfully and I will be returning! I would have gave it a 5 star if it was not for the miner things. I DO RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!

I get the Grilled Chicken Salad 🥗 when I can, and it usually comes with 2 to 3 pieces of chicken. Looks like the cook was too lazy or there wasn't any left. 😒🙄😂😂 Either way, low score from me today. If you don't want to make something on the menu, get rid of it so we won't order it again. 😝😑

The SUPREME SOUR DOUGH sandwich showed piled with ham, bacon, and egg overflowing. How sad I was to get down the road to find two pieces of bread, a slice of paper thin ham, paper thin bacon, halfway cooked. And a half an egg. Good grief people! $12 bucks!! You never know who will be a google reviewer!!

Loved the food, as always. Service was painfully subpar. After waiting 10 minutes behind one car with a small order, knowing my food was ready, I had to wait almost 5 minutes more before being tended to. Trainee on the cash register? Even if that were the keys it was time for a trainer to step in.

DO NOT ORDER A BREAKFAST SANDWICH FROM HERE UNLESS YOU NEED CALCIUM AND WANT TO CHEW UP EGG SHELLS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MEAL. I have not ordered an egg sandwich YET that didn't come with 2-3 shell pieces MINIMUM. Called to inform management of this ONGOING PROBLEM and Rainy 's response was okay👍. Just buy fake eggs if you can't teach people how to crack them. Edit: Tried again for a salad. It would be helpful if they were marked, but I won't include the fact that I got stuck eating somebody else's salad because they weren't. Why so stingy on the lettuce of all things? It was more like a very small or half? chicken breast with a little side of salad. Like literally all you had to do was fill the bowl with salad. Also, I just found the approximately 10 black beans and seven pieces of corn that apparently make this a southwest salad. IS THIS A NIGHT CREW THING?! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES CHARGING PEOPLE FULL PRICE FOR THIS! I would add the picture so you can see for yourself but I don't see an option to do that.

The last time I went the Ultimate cheeseburger,Jumbo Jack, Tacos and fries all bland and tasteless, what happened to this place, probably won't be back.

I stood at that counter for over 5 minutes waiting for them to take my order, acknowledge I was there in any way shape or form. No all four employees were discussing how a tattoo would look on some guy who should never have a tattoo. Worst people 12:45pm Saturday 5/10/25 so management can give a refresher course on customer service to those employees! OBVIOUSLY, YOU GUYS DONT KNOW JACK!

Bought 2 breakfast sandwiches, mini tacos, some French fries and a small Dr Pepper/diet Dr Pepper and all 3 of us got sick. The mini tacos tasted like old/bad oil, and the fries tasted even worse.

Ordered 16 tacos with no sauce and when ordering did in fact say no sauce on the tacos the worker double checked with us on the no sauce and what happens? we get 16 tacos with sauce would not recommend going to this jack in the box. Wait time for a full line was almost an entire hour at his place. Might as well take the extra couple minute's drive and go to a different jack in the box. This place sucks and this isn't the first time they messed up my order this is the secend time this place needs better workers better servering time better everything. And while I was in line a worker went outside nearly right next to my car and smoked it got into my car like I understand ur on break but like go somewhere and at least don't stand right next to the line so everyone's cars smell like smoke. The city might as well scrap this place and plant more trees cause at this point trees are more useful

Took a while to be able to place an order, asked if you could pay with Google pay and got the most sarcastic yes. Ordered the milk Boba drink and it's not good at all and for the price it was below bad. The fish wraps we ordered were drenched in sauce, you couldn't even taste the fish. The box with the curly fries, mini tacos and mozzarella sticks was a huge disappointment. The box was $10 for 3 sticks a tiny handful of fries and 4 mini tacos. Plus they took almost 15 minutes to get the order out. It's a fast food place for a reason, it's supposed to be fast.

Good place to stop and eat but the restrooms are in plain view of the dining area. The men's especially. When you open the door, the urinal is right there, everyone can see the person using it. Really weird.
