Drove through here at 10:30pm with a 8 people in a van. Everyone got an individual order. The food was out quickly and every order was spot on. Impressive service!

Always hot. And the 4 for 4 gets a big ten in my book. Just look at how the other fast food big hitters are scrambling to keep up. The 4 for 4 is taking a bite out if the fast food market. When I first starting going to this Wendy's ( nights) there was a very rude employee working drive thru, also so slow!!! Now they have new people at the drive thru and it's a pleasure to go there! My husband and I LOVE your oatmeal bars!!! Just love the nice gal working drive thru.😊

February 1st, time 6:35-6:45pm, raining heavy. Inside crowded, but the window 4 cars long, not including my truck. Less than 7 minutes my order is here. Outstanding performance. I ordered a #10 with a vanilla frosty. Thxs guys.

Love meal deals. But prices increased on them. Now $6 include a sandwich, 4 nuggets, fries and a drink. Options to upsize from small to medium or large. Also for $.50 more the drink can be changed to a flavored lemonade.

Came in tonight and was served by a very kind, respectful young man. Receipt said Victor. Line was getting long since it was 6:20 dinner rush, he handled it with no problem. You have a great asset. Young man knows the ropes well.

Open late, one of only places in Santa Barbara that you can get food after 11:00. Usually you can get in-and-out pretty quick. One of my favorite things is there Big potato and crispy chicken sandwich. Also very Affordable which is nice. Every time i've been there the place has been clean. People are very friendly and nice to.

This establishment has a wide eating area with plenty of seating, restroom was quite clean, and the service is fast. Their fountain drink dispenser has tons flavors.

The deals and the quality of the food here at this location of Wendy's is amazing. The baconator is a yummy filling burger and always has a deal going on with it such as BOGO or buy 1 get fries for free. I highly recommend eating here.

Haven't had Wendy's since moving here from Texas. Fries were fresh & hot. The fish sandwich was great. Wish it was closer to my home as I'm not often in that area. Cashier was friendly.

They have really good deals, food is always fresh. I would go there every day if I could! Their breakfast menu is pretty good, I would recommend their English muffin sandwich, they are all good. The breakfast potato wedges are the best, I wish it was on their lunch/dinner menu as well. Not that their regular fries are bad, but those breakfast wedges are just that good.

I hadn't been here in years, and was pleased to find it a clean, well-maintained dining room. (There is also a drive-through.) The service was great, and the food was the same Wendy's quality. I particularly enjoyed the Strawberry Chicken salad, which is one of their seasonal items. Sad there was no unsweetened ice tea, fyi.

I have always received great service at this Wendy's. I use their drive-through. There is usually a line, but they are lightning quick and I usually don't have a very long wait before I am at the front receiving my food. I ask for ketchup and mustard left off my burger, so it's not a standard order, and they have always given me exactly what I ask for every time. Great consistently in excellent service.

This Wendy’s slaps! Top tier service, great management, excellent always hot food, cold drinks, and crispy fries! Got me thinking all they would need is some batched Manhattan cocktails and steak tartare or something and I would come here 5 days a week! Can we make this happen? It has been a while since I have been here. I like the amount of parking they have. The staff was pleasant. The order was filled incorrectly and it took awhile. And I was ind of disjointed with the dinning area lay out and cleanliness.

Good food service could be better. Drive thru order today, they got my order wrong (again). When I went inside to get it fixed I felt as though the girl was upset at me for them getting the order wrong. Cashier did his job...cook added cheese.

Homestyle chicken sandwich combo was served hot and tasted very fresh along with large order of French fries that were a bit oversalted. Dine in was chosen and the interior was clean keeping in mind it was three in the afternoon on a Monday. A great place to stop for a fresh tasting chicken sandwich that was served to me within five minutes of my order while in Goleta.

Its worth the drive. The food is fresh and they have good deals. They have 4 for $4. You Can choose a cheeseburger or chicken sandwich. You also get a 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries and a drink.

The new "Crave" series of chicken sandwiches are awesome! I feel like they've had each one from time to time but now they have them all at once. Definitely try the asiago ranch or BBQ ones. Also, the frosties are always good. Late night drive-thru service could be better though...

Good, standard fast food. Plenty of seating. Should hire an additional person for the counter as the wait to order is usually longer than most fast food places. Not the employees' fault, you can see they are given several tasks.

I tried their breakfast for the first time and must say I was impressed with the Sausage, egg & cheese croissant sandwich. Quite tasty. Not the biggest fan of the seasoned potatoes. The vanilla frosty-ccino was really good too!

Cashier was friendly, the Mrs had a bit of communication problems but over all the service was great. Drinking fountain was behind the register which was odd since most of the Wendy's have to nifty 1000 choice fountain drink machine

How do you not love Wendy's? Their salads are quite decent, and there's a variety to choose from, they offer a decent chili, their bacon on their burgers is crispy, and their frosties are a delicious ice cream treat. Service is consistently quick and friendly.

I come to this Wendy’s on a regular basis. They are always very fast and the food is hot & delicious. My friendly suggestion would be to add a garbage can or two to the outside parking area. As far as food, please note the differences in “plain” or “dry” for burger requests. If someone orders a “plain jr cheeseburger” it WILL have cheese, just no condiments or dressings. Other than that, you guys are a great & efficient fast food chain and I hope to continue enjoying your classic meals.

Nice to have a Wendy's in town. On the main drag of Hollister so easy to find. Close to the airport too. Standard Wendy's as far as the food and atmosphere go. Nice to have something familiar if you are passing through. definitely one of the most reasonable places to eat in town. Burgers & salads and don't forget a frosty.

Very busy restaurant. Drive through and dine in area packed. Food was still prepared very fast. Food tastes average. Nothing spectacular. They do not carry jalapenos.

It's Wendy's nothing extra special to speak on. The staff at this one is great though. It tastes just like it should and nothing bad about it.

Ok here I go: My Dad likes their Spicy Nuggets with ghost pepper sauce and we both love their Chocolate Frosties which in my opinion is their best product, I also like their french fries they taste like a potato(that's important, LoL) and they have just the right amount of salt, as for my other food experiences there they are limited but I was Not impressed, the burgers never look as good as on their sign actually quite the opposite and look like they have been hastily thrown together, sad really I mean come people, I always feel like a bait and switch has occurred when this happens at restaurants I wish restaurants could get busted for this it really is misleading the customer to say the least ok stepping off the soap box and moving on, we use their drive through and there usually is not a long wait, now for the negitive, sorry Wendy's but your staff sometimes forgets to put parts of the order in the bag, we now always check our order before we leave and I reccomend that you do the same. So if you are running around doing your errands in Goleta on a hot day I do highly recommend a nice cold thick and rich Chocolate Frosty!

Service was great. Drinks were awesome. Ordered fish and chips. The fish was litely flowered. Grat texture and flavor. I ordered fries got rice pilaf. The fixed it by bringing the fries. My wife ordered grilled shrimp with baked potato and rice pilaf. She said the rice pilaf was mush. Either it was over cooked or held in the warmer/ hot table to long. She loved the shrimp. She said the potato was a little bit hard. Once again I have to say are server was great.

The service is really hit or miss. The cashiers can be very argumentative. I had ordered a medium frosty, and was given a small. The cashier at the drive thru tried to convince me it was a medium even though it was much smaller than the small soda I'd ordered. I eventually gave up arguing with her.

Well getting what is Wendy's version of Happy meals was kind of fun and we got that little boo book that's got coupons for these little mini shakes but they don't have vanilla only chocolate and strawberry! Great french fries! Their lobby doesn't open sometimes with people don't show up for work and even though their bathrooms are clean and they don't need a key there often. Open when you need them.

Wendy's used to be a great place one of my favorites. If you want to go to one of the most inconsistent fast food places Wendy's is your place. Watered down natural lemonade, cold buns cold cheese and soggy fries is their specialty. These are the reasons why Wendy's is always empty if you look at In N out they are always busy and still manage to deliver, Perfect fries, hot buns, melted cheese and hot steaming meat and to top it off Wendy's doesn't even have shakes they have nasty frostys This Saturday 07/03/21 is my last time I step foot on a Wendy's. RIP.

This restaurant is always out of food, never gets anything right. There manager is not doing there job. This place is consistently getting worse.

I was told off about the way I had parked my motorcycle. As the place was not full, and the lot was almost empty, this did not go down well. Please note this happened nearly 20 years ago! Need less to say I have not returned since then.

Let me congratulate the Goleta wendy’s team for having the worst possible customer service in town. Terrible experience and never again. I always wondered why people don’t like Wendy’s but today i found out.

Food is good. But the customer service needs a lot of work. Some drive thru employees are rude and are hard to understand.

So sad, lately the burgers have been raw, not fully cooked. I like my burgers well done like Wendys used to make them. This happened twice so I don't know if its a new thing Wendys is doing or a mistake. I don't realize the burger is raw until I get to work. So unable to go back.

I have never felt like the bad guy for receiving my order wrong before. I will never go to this location again. Habit is across the street and has way better quality and it's not more expensive if comparing the combos

Lousy every time we go in there we ask for extra lettuce and onion and every time they neglect to prepare our order the way we asked for it. It's either stupidity, laziness, or they just don't give a damn. Their food is also way over priced. We solved our own problem. We quit going there.

Terrible costumer service - always a wait time no matter the amount of costumers, pitiful.

I'm a delivery driver and the lobby was closed 15 minutes before the listed close time for the lobby which is 9 and they had locked the doors and refused to let me in to pick up the order despite the drive through line being long. I hope whoever's in charge sees this and corrects this from happening again.

Waited for over 10 minutes to place our order inside the restaurant (which was not very busy), Finally just ended up leaving because we were not going to be served. There were two gentleman ahead of us and they were waiting for quite sometime before we got there. It was around 6 pm. The cashier seemed more interested in helping out with the kitchen staff than taking orders from the front counter.

The wait was super long in the drive through. They forgot to give some guy something and had him try to reverse while still in line causing all the other cars behind him to try and reverse. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before they took our order. Maybe it was a one off as we've never been to this particular one before but I certainly don't want to return.

Trash management level service. Would it kill you to update your effing hours?? 4 effing times I've placed an order online only to show up and i can't pick it up BECAUSE THE INSIDE IS CLOSED EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE THE OPTION AVAILABLE TO PICK UP INSIDE. Smh go to McDonald's or Taco Bell, both literally down the street or even The Habit right across dont waste your time and money here

The worker Gloria is really rude every time I go. She talks rude and demanding to me. Or just ignores me when I’m ready to order till other coworkers tell her to attend me. Also the food has been bad the last 5 times I’ve gone cold and burnt sloppy burgers didn’t use to be like this. And recently they forgot a burger in my order right before they closed.

High prices, the chicken sandwich had this look/flavor of something coming out of hibernation. The place was clean but had a cold/dull feel. The only thing good were the fries.
