I ordered the fish for the first time, there is a wait but it was excellent, perfectly cooked... Well worth the wait...

So impressed with chicken express the other night. The fish was sooo good! Great portion sizes, good service.

Nice, clean place. Food was excellent. Not over-cooked. Biscuits were so delicious....buttery and soft. Manager was very attentive to customers....in fact, offering a free cookie. The young man at the cash register was very polite and professional. Definitely a place to come and eat when in Graham.

The store is always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food never feels old or stale like other chicken express places I've been to

I ordered through the drive thru and of course there's a wait which is fine and expected when you get fish. I'd rather wait and have it fresh. No problem. It was fresh and awesome. They must have changed their fish but to be honest I haven't ordered it in awhile as it was ok. Today I wanted fish and so glad I did because this was amazingly good. It's great and I'm sold. Please, please don't change it. I'll be ordering it more often.

This is the best chicken Express that I know of in the 4 county area. They cook the livers just right, and give large portions. All the others give all portions and give you spicy when you don't ask for that or they are over done.

Reliable meal that's good every time. Fast service and friendly staff. Love their fried okra. Eat in, take out or drive through; my choice in Graham for a fast meal.

This restaurant had the cleanest nicest atmosphere the cleanest restrooms I’ve ever seen at a restaurant the freshest cleaners crispy fried food. I’ve eaten at a fried food restaurant A++++ keep up the good work

This place never disappoints for our high school teams when we travel. Played in Olney, game went long and our original place didn't want to wait. Called Chicken Express and told them our situation, Not only did they help, they stayed after hours, let our girls team use the restroom, had our food ready, gave us trash bags for the road trip home but also hooked us up with yummy cookies at no additional charge. This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond for a team I've coached. Many thanks and appreciation from Baird Lady Bears Softball

This is a nice fast food restaurant. Food has always been served hot and the star seems to be nice. I love their rolls and sweet tea. Stop by if you are in Graham.

The small fish plate was very good. Just wish I could of had some fries and Cole slaw both. Your Cole slaw is the best.

At first I thought it was expensive but then I realized it offered 3 family sized sides along with biscuits. My order was filled promptly and I asked for paper plates. When I was given the paper plates after looking through to make sure my order was correct, I decided the price I paid was worth it.

They do what they do well ... but are stuck in an era where healthy food options were for literal and figurative 'light weights'. The counter service varies from unit to unit ... and the environment is clean, low maintenance, and uninspiring. What you see is what you get ... and their niche customer obviously loves it!

Best iced tea in the south! Food choices good too. Fast services. The drinks happy hour price jumped to high & should go back to .50 cents. Otherwise no complaints.

Great Service! Facility is always clean. We got the fish, it was horribly over cooked and greasy. Same for the hush puppies. Don't know what I was thinking "fish at a chicken place". Avoid the fish!

The chicken was horrible. My breast was over cooked and too dry to eat.

So the lobby is closed they don't offer curbside and if you call in an order you have to wait in line no matter how long it is to get your order. Had we of known all this we wouldn't of called it in we would of waited in line for fresh food

That means because we used our debt card we were charged extra. Now if you pay cash - you are not penalized. They state this fee is because the bank charges them for credit card use. But isn't that a part of doing business? They certainly charge enough for their product - that charge should be absorbed. I did speak with Sydney & at the end of our conversation she seemed very upset & didn't like the fact - that I was asking all these questions about the fee on our receipt & I did state to her - as a consumer I did have a right to ask why I was being charged a non cash adjustment - when people paying cash were not. I know I am only one person & it won't matter to them if I no longer come there - but I'm thinking other people just may not like this fee as well as myself.

Count your chicken before you leave and don't call to complain if you're short. They will hang up on you but must say the pieces I got were delicious

My husband and I went to Graham location for lunch. He had number 1 and I had combo 1 thigh, roll, cole slaw and drink. My cole slaw was old. Checked his out the same. Bit into chicken thigh red. At that point went to restroom waited 8 minuets. No one came out left. Last time going there

So you can use their cup to fill up your cup but you can't just fill you own cup and save the company money doesn't make a lot of sense to me o well I will take my 100.00 a week somewhere else o and always check your order

Every time we come here we never get our sauces so we have to turn back around to get our sauces, if there is one thing without fail with this place its the fact that they will forget your sauce, something that should be a very simple transaction. The last time we went we had ordered a couple of sides and we had 3 sides of fries but we get the fries (not the sauces we asked for either) but the fries were trash and burnt as if they had that same batch of fries sitting out for over an hour and just dipped them back in the grease to heat them up plus they were stale so we came back to get some fresh fries that didnt taste like butt and they gave us an order of 2 fries when the container we gave them had our 3 sides of fries so we waited at the window for 5 minutes or longer for them to fix it. Chicken express DO BETTER!

It tasted terrible, and all the food was cool and old like it had been sitting out all day, the fried pickles would crumble in my hands they were so hard.

Do not eat at this location!!! Chicken Express is my families #1 go to meal, or it used to be. This location has gone down hill. We actually stopped eating here months ago because the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way or the sides were so greasy and tasted like they had been sitting out all day long. I saw a good review on Facebook and decided to give them another chance, BOY should I have thought twice! Yep still will not eat at this location.
