My favorite beverage is a large chi frappuccino extra sweet with half a shot of espresso! Yummy!

All of the ladies are super friendly and provide fast service! Tracy is amazing she knows my order and I don’t even have to say anything! She always greets me with a smile and wishes me a good day/week. I love going there!

The wait times vary so do the drinks but overall it’s a good experience

Just wanted to let it be known that the young man working today at 4:06pm did an awesome job. He was working all alone and had a line and still took his time on my order. I just want him to know i appreciate him for taking time making my order, even when it messed up he made another drink and made it right. Really great customer service.

They did real good making what I asked for, especially since I had no idea what I really wanted. Two good humored girls that made me laugh.

Im not sure who was working the drive thru the night I stopped by but she was extremely pleasant and cheerful!!! Wish more people treated others like she treated me and my husband!

I love the coffee at Starbucks, I drink it everyday, but this one, was unusually slow, and a mess. It looked like they had enough help, but they had lost their focus, on customer service, and cleanliness.

Over priced and and it was not worth the money.

i went there recently and i had the worse experience i had a girl who taken my order who wasn’t paying attention rung it up wrong and over charged me, She was rude and they way she spoke to her cow workers was so inappropriate. when i called to speak to a manger i got hung up on.

Went there on Saturday to get a hot chocolate and the man that waited on me was to much into making sure everyone see and hear him that he didn’t even put whip cream or chocolate on top of the hot chocolate and when I ask he went and got the whip cream out and nothing came out of the can and he started laughing and grab another one and put so much he couldn’t get the lid on and then dumped it upside down in a bigger cup with the whip cream and chocolate on the bottom this was 5.00 for something wrong and it was not hot either never had a problem with this store just this person this is a job not a pick up place and when you order a drink you fix it like the description it said unless the customer ask otherwise

Not to mention the manager of Starbucks talks bad about her customers to the employees and bad about the employees to the customer not a good place at all! Got to the regular Starbucks much more friendly and will be where I take my business now

Hate it Because of the CEO of them said that they will not send their coffee products to Camp Leather Neck. Because they dont support the war or Our Marines Fighting for Our Freedom. The Marine's were willing to pay all. Costs for the Coffee and other products. But were sent a letter saying that Starbucks wont sell it to them or send any Starbucks products to a war torn country.
