House special chicken here is the best! So is the chicken pad Thai and the Mongolian beef. Been coming here for years, never disappointed and never leave without a full stomach!

Simple menu for single or family size servings is available for convenience. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff plus lots of parking spaces.

This was the 1st time I've been to a pick up stix. The quality of the food and the speed with which it was delivered amazingly. I wasn't expecting to be so good.

The food is tasty,but small portions 🫣never the less i keep going back. Their service is good and fast.

We shared one of the smaller garlic chicken dishes and both had plenty to eat. Staff was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Plenty of smiles!

Good is consistently great (at every location I've been to). As a vegetarian, I love this place- they make amazing tofu and any protein can be replaced with tofu :) This location is very clean, efficient, and the staff is super friendly.

Staff is friendly, food is cooked fresh. But long wait times. But the food is bomb. Would recommend!!!!!

Was looking for yummy inexpensive Asian flair food options, and the lettuce wraps here caught my attention. Now I know why it's their signature appetizer -- because it's super delicious and fulfilling. I don't have to trek to Woodland Hills anymore and pay twice as much. Also picked up an order of Vegetable Spring Rolls. In and out in less than 15 minutes and customer service is top notch. Will return to try other items on the menu.

It would be better if they have jasmine rice. The white rice used is not a good quality

I went there for lunch with my wife, had a very good meal. I've only eaten here about 3 times in the last 10 years, they have better menu and the portions were great.

The food is great. The price is a little high. They charge extra for friend rice or noodles. I ended up paying $15 for lunch. I could go to a buffet for that. If they lower their price just a little I would be happy

The food is good and prices are reasonable. They really need better management because the floors are sticky and so are the tables.

It was my first time there snd the lady who took my order seemed irritated when i asked her to tell me what things were. I had never been there so i was not familiar with items. I just wanted to try something new but that was a mistake.

Smaller and shorter, while the prices go up. Honey chicken was very tough and didn't taste of any honey sauce, while my orange peel chicken was so spicy I could barely eat it. At LEAST they could fill the rice containers to the top! It's rice! It must cost 15 cents, but it was very lightly packed and not filled. Sorry, this is getting too expensive and you're still hungry afterwards.

The menu was changed in the last few months and since then they cannot seem to get my order correct. Quality of the food and service is now horrible both at this store and the store in Porter Ranch. I will no longer be going to this restaurant.

dec 18 2017 - I was in the area & decided to buy some for dinner. My choice chicken pad thai & 2 pieces of egg rolls. What an insult to a customer to be given egg rolls drench in oil & the wrappers were already torn apart, worst it smelled rotten. I called their store to tell them not to sell egg rolls that are 1 month old. I had my order to go & when I reached home I was taken aback to see the paper bag wet with oil. Panda Express never sell a month old food. The chicken pad thai had whole peanuts on top & not even chopped. This location should be closed. Their tables are all empty & it is peak hour for dinner. what shame on this Pick up stix,. I did not demand for refund coz i did not ask for my receipt. Besides not worth driving. It is just dissappointing . Next year this branch will be closed. There are no customers so their food inventory must not be fresh. Shame on you Pick up stix. Customers pay your price and do not bargain, do sell rotten foods.

Stopped into this place for lunch today and ordered the spicy beef and broccoli with white rice. Horrible! For one thing they should rename it beef and carrots because it was loaded up with so many carrots its rediculous. Extremely greasy sauce, hardly any so-called beef, more like mystery meat that looked like it had already been chewed. On a scale of 0-10 I would rate pick up styx already been chewed beef and carrots an absolute zero. Do yourself a favor, go to Ralph's across the street because ANY microwave dinner they sell will beat this swill.

Worst customer service. Waited 20 minutes for a salad when there was only one person ahead of me. This is the closest one to me and every time I go, the wait is horrendous. I go to Porter Ranch because they are more efficient.

today is to hot 😫 and in of this restaurant is more hot, the A/C doesn't work, also the cashier make bad critics like racism to the costumers never come back.

I hate to do this to a local buisness but the food was way undercooked and the veggies were cold and hard on the inside. The chow mein had close to no flavor. I'm not expecting gormet quality expirience, but at the very least it needs to be sorta good. My stomach hurts and im left sad and disappointed. I will not be returning! I feel a bit sad because I live close by and it's super convinient for me.

Which they never gave me and she said she would not honor it because I didn't have it. All around just horrible service. I would say just go to the Porter Ranch location.

The Thai Basil shrimp or chicken used to be pretty consistent, but then started this pattern of sometimes its good, sometimes its pretty awful, guess it depends on who does the cooking. The third to the last time I came here my friend and I waited for like 15 minutes after we ordered and no food, mind you it takes all of 45 seconds to stir fry this dish. I walked to the counter and said, "did you all forget me?" The blond haired manager was very nice and apologetic and gave me 2 coupon cards for 2 free meals, but when we got the food, lack of noodles and very oily. The second to last time I came here with one of the coupon cards, and again, like 15 minutes to get the food, lack of noodles and really oily. Today I said to myself, going back with the last coupon, I'll just order something else. So I get in line behind 1, I repeat, one customer who is ordering. I am standing behind this guy for 5 minutes, then I say, excuse me, but could I please order? They have 3 cashiers. The girl at the cash register says, excuse me, I'm the cashier today". But the rest of the employees, including the manager are well aware your like waiting forever, but don't seem to care. And you know why they don't care? Because their entire focus at that store is on the post mates and uber eats customers. In all 3 cases theres hardly anybody in the dining room, but they are working away filling orders and putting them in to go plastic bags. So thats their deal: screw the in store customer, if they don't like it they can go somewhere else. So if you go to this store you can count on a guaranteed long wait for not so good food. The entire crew at this store should go to Habit Burger and just watch the show, those people get it when it comes to great customer service experience.

The staff is superbly LAZY !!!! Lazy lazy lazy . I might as well go behind the counter and cook my own food too right ? Management , do better. People are not getting PAID to tell your staff how to accurately bag up food and FULLY COMPLETE AN ORDER . Never coming to this location again , to eat nor to pick up any Uber eats orders.
