Nuestro restaurante absoluto favorito. Producto de gran calidad y una presentación exquisita, cuidada al detalle. La cocina japonesa es espectacular y se nota claramente la especialización, pero también destacan las carnes, los pescados y los arroces, todos riquísimos y al mismo nivel. Es un sitio perfecto tanto para ir en familia como con amigos. La atención es impecable: Regina, siempre atenta y profesional, y Andrés, cercano y encantador, hacen que la experiencia sea redonda. Un imprescindible.

Fuimos a Sibarius el día de San Valentín, una fecha en la que el restaurante estaba completamente lleno, y aun así la experiencia fue magnífica. A pesar del alto volumen de comensales, el servicio fue cercano, atento y muy amable en todo momento, manteniendo un trato profesional y cuidado. La comida estuvo estupenda, con platos bien elaborados y llenos de sabor, lo que hizo que la velada fuera todavía más especial. Sin duda, un lugar muy recomendable al que volveremos.

En Restaurante Sivarius siempre es un acierto. Sitio espectacular, con un ambiente familiar que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. 100% recomendable. Cenamos un grupo de 6 amigos y nos sorprendió muy gratamente la experiencia. Platos con unos sabores intensos, producto excelente y con elaboraciones muy cuidadas y una variedad de platos de atún de almadraba Gadira maravillosa. Muy buena experiencia. A mi pareja y a mi nos encantó el sushi. Probamos también un delicioso milhojas de Queso de cabra y Mango. Terminamos con un steak tartar buenísimo. El personal fue muy atento y cercano. Sin duda, un sitio para volver cuando estemos por el centro de Granada.

Estuvimos un grupo de amigos porque nos lo recomendaron, sin duda uno de los mejores sitios que he podido estar en Granada y en plena plaza Bib-Rambla!!! A destacar el servicio que estuvieron atentos en todo momento y nos atendieron con mucho cariño. Las carnes de vaca a la brasa fueron sumamente increíbles!!y el arroz a la leña de costilla de cerdo y sepia espectacular! Además de unos entrantes de sushi que nos elaboraron al momento, todo de 10 mil gracias volveremos.

A delicious variety of dishes centering around asian cuisine. Among the stand outs, I would highly insist trying the wagyu burgers and the fried wontons. The service was attentive and the establishment was neat.

The food was very good. The problem with the menu is- there's too much "complicated" dishes and ingredients that are unnecessary (and I've eaten in many restaurants from all over the world), so I think you should simplify your menu because it was difficult to choose something to eat.

What an incredible meal! I am truly impressed. I think this might be the best dining experience I’ve had. The staffs were so service-minded, and they even made the experience extra special by surprising us with a complimentary appetizer and Cava. I could really see the chef’s dedication and creativity in each dish. The food was fresh, clean, and perfectly prepared, with minimal wait time – it’s clear the kitchen and restaurant’s management is top-notch. The prices were also very fair. I ordered the Peruvian Causa, Nigiri Sushi, and Sirloin Steak. I only review when I’m genuinely impressed, and this place exceeded all my expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

Our first trip to Granada and found Siberius. A beautiful looking restaurant with outside as well as inside dining options. Menu is full of diverse tastes. Firstly we received a complimentary vicchysoise, delicious! Then had the best Tempura Veges with prawns, large serving enough for 2. Wines were very good and the staff friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

An outstanding experience at Sibarius Gastrobar! We enjoyed a vegetable and goat cheese tumbet, tuna nigiri, and a 1kg beef rib with fries and peppers. Everything was simply incredible 🤩. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the setting on a lively tourist square made it even more special. Highly recommended!

Fabulous experience at Sibarius. We went there at my family's recommandation(Sept 2023) Service was great, view of the plaza very nice and quiet, and food was amazing. We had sushi, tuna tartare, a Peruvian dish, Paella and desert(chocolate cake) We went there Thurs night(June 5th) and back again on Saturday(June 8th) and we dined outside. I believe the prices are normal/reasonable, quality of sushi was great and will come back when visiting Granada. Highly recommend this restaurant. Daniel

Creative and delicious fusion restaurant with Japanese, Peruvian, and Spanish influences along the center of Plaza Bib-Rambla. Went multiple times - staff are professional and friendly, food is fresh, and the menu offers variety from more traditional tapas restaurants. If you like fish, this is a particularly great spot. Highly recommend the tiradito and tuna dishes.

We wanted to eat oysters on our trip to Andalusia but none of the reataurants we had been to had them. Sibarius not only had delecious oysters paired with champagne, but also many other great main dishes aswell! The interior is luxurious and the outside dining area is cozy even on hotter days. There are a lot of dishes to choose from. Nice sushi, fresh seafood, awesome burgers!

Lentos, muy lentos, una hora y cuarto esperando para 4 platos fríos. Cuando hemos llegado el restaurante estaba vacío y hemos pedido de los primeros y aún así, muy lentos. La calidad del producto es muy buena (lo pagas) pero la espera ha sido eterna.

Absolutely terrible experience!! I was seconds away from giving a 1 star review whilst in the restaurant. I have given 3 stars because when the food finally arrives it is good, not sure if it's worth the price though. Going to this restaurant completely ruined our day. The service was non existent and the sarcastic comments from the waitresses who weren't even serving us soured the experience even further. The experience was saved by the manager (Manuel I think he's called) who I complained to after 90 minutes without any food. And to his credit he tried to resolve the situation and with his intervention we finally got something to eat. But by this point the quality of the food was irrelevant. If it looks busy I would hesitate going here but if you mange to get served the food will probably be ok.

Hemos ido a cenar el día de San Valentín teníamos reservas. Después de una hora esperando nos dicen que no saben si nos van a poder servir sushi. El servicio de camareros muy malo. Posteriormente vino un encargado y nos atendió muy bien. Estubimos esperando dos horas para cuatro pedazos de sushi. La comida en sí está buena pero las raciones son muy muy muy muy muy escasas para el precio que tiene. El vino estaba caliente y cuando se lo comentamos a las camareras incluso se ofendieron. Entiendo que es una noche un poco especial pero si admiten reservas tienen que estar a la altura. Pero bueno, realmente no se me ocurrirá más ni siquiera pasar por la puerta. Un desastre.

The best thing about the restaurant is the design. The rest is to avoid: slow restaurant service, even slower food service and food that lacks attention. Some dishes needed flavors, others were too salty. Avoid.

Horrible service, demotivated, unfriendly. Also, first time in my life after traveling the whole world where a waiter got angry because we asked to have the unrequested ice cubes taken out of our water glasses (we needed to take care of our voices) and wanted us to do it ourselves with our own hands. Moreover, the place sells itself as fusion/international, but the manager only went to greet and check on tables with white guests. We were invisible to him. Overall terrible experience in an otherwise very welcoming and friendly city! Go spend your money somewhere else, Granada is full of charming places to eat and drink.
