Solid, consistently good sandwiches. App has good rewards that don’t require additional purchase too! Pro tip… you can ask for extra of any/all topping to load up on some healthy bits, do that with a Little John and you have a decent sized $5 sandwich which is unheard of these days. My only complaint is the door needs to be fixed/adjusted, you need to be in shape to open that sucker… maybe I order too many Little John’s 😅

I just want to take a moment to shout out Courtney for her customer service and attitude! Every time I come in there, I’m hoping Courtney is working because she is such a great employee and person. Today, I got to witness her being a solution seeker, uplifting teammate, and someone that was committed to providing the best quality customer service, regardless of circumstances going on at the time. I just want yall to know you have a gem in her and she should be promoted to leadership! She’s incredible! She was displaying far more leadership today than the manager on duty. She transformed what could have been a negative experience to a positive one because of her being there. Great work!

To the gentleman working, thank you for your military services. Watched him restock 1 bag of chips to keep it full, after I grabbed mine for my meal, while he was multitasking cleaning and doing other tasks. That’s a detailed worker that’s hard to find. For someone who runs their own business, that’s hard to find in employees. The Thai wrap is good and refreshing too.

They really do a great job at this location. The guy who I assume is a manager or shift leader is always super friendly and overly accommodating. Without a doubt, the cleanest "fast food" dine in option for all of Granbury.

So I was just hanging out outside waiting for my ride, but that alone has made me want to rate this place 5 stars. One of the employees was walking to his car, and asked how it was going, just because he thought I seemed a little down he said. I wasn't, but that was pretty cool. And then I saw another employee helping a woman carry a bunch of food out to her car. I already knew the food was good, but the friendliness and of the employees really solidified this place as a great place to get something to eat. Makes the food taste even better, if that's even possible.

Second time getting mine and my husband's order mixed up. I have the condiments at home and we picked off and put on what each other actually ordered. It was a similar order. But it would have been nice to be able to just eat. I have to check every time now.

Order a Turkey Tom Unwich and I wasn’t impressed! I added extra lettuce, tomato and pickle. I unwrapped it to find a bunch of wet shredded lettuce that’s seen better days! Lettuce should not be browning and you still put in on an order. Underneath all that mess was a row of pickles, tomatoes and the tiniest amount of turkey!? I paid $2 for extra turkey. The turkey was also gross and tasted funny. Nothing was extra on that sandwich except the wet lettuce that literally should have been thrown out last week!

If they ever get your order wrong, they will not be accommodating to fix it. Awful experience when you just paid $25 for cold cuts.

Sandwich I ordered was the Tuna Club and I had to pull the bread open and look under the veggies to funding miniscule amount if tuna. I "expected/anticipated" that the sandwich would look like the sandwich on the menu, loaded with tuna- boy was I disappointed lol. I'll never order again and in this economy, with good old Subway making a good portion tuna, you guys need to up your game and not have false representation of your food. Granbury's food service just gets worse and worse. Damn shame, I was expecting more.

I would stay away from this place. The customer service is extremely rude. I ordered delivery and they took it to the wrong address. When I called about my order, instead of telling me they sent it to the wrong address, they said they never took my order and it was never in the system but it took my money anyway. They called back and said they found my order and was delivering it, it took them an hour. The guy who delivered it was sloppy and rude and brought me the wrong food. This place is bad news and my sandwhich is dripping wet what looks like water to the point where my bread is basically soup and falls apart I don't trust the food to even consume it at this point.

My wife called an order in I walked in about 10 minutes later only 2 customers inside who walked in 15 seconds before me. He carried on a conversation with them long enough for me to go to restroom when I returned he was telling them to try Jersey Mikes that they were better. Not Freaky fast just Freaky fu$&@? Up.

Pasta salad was marked with a month old expiration date, how does that even slip by unnoticed? Sandwhich was also dry and tasteless, huge step down from how this location used to be.
