Went in around 9:30 pm, staffs were still nice and chill, they weren't in a rush to close the restaurant even though they close at 10 pm.

Pretty good chipotle. I got a bowl with sofritas and it was good. I did delivery at night. Good amount of guac and protein too. Good amount of rice in general the bowl was pretty good in terms of amount of food. Good amount of chips too. Some parts were a little salty but it is what it is. They’ve raised prices though, a standard bowl is $13 without guac and chips or anything.

Very friendly and helpful workers, food always fresh and yummy. Ty for taking care of me when I show up. Can you replace seed oils for beef tallow? It's supposed to be healthier.

Love the vibe people and energy. BUT WHY ARE THEY SERVING BURNT MEAT?? Lightly burnt is ok.... but for our sake... Meats are burnt so much its almost unhealthy to eat. Grilling is a hard job, but I don't want to jeopardize my life neither by eating total burnt crusts of meats...

I always order pickup. The food was ready when I got there, and when I asked for extra sour cream & cheese, they gave it to me right away. The order (burrito bowl) was huge, and the food was great.

We tried the new Chipotle Hot Honey Chicken, and it was so flavorful. The staff was quick and attentive while making our bowls.

Edit: this post was 9 months old and I’ve tried it again, I must say it’s improved. Clean organized with professional people. Happy to see some old faces back running this location! What happened to this Chipotle? I frequent this location, and the manager that was here previously ran it way better than it runs now. Food was great and everyone was respectful, when he was here. And let me not talk about food portions now, I felt like I was being served at a soup kitchen, rations of free food and not paying..sad… will find the next local store and hope it’s better there. I rather drive elsewhere than eat here again.

As always a delicious burrito. This time I got Barbacoa, one of my favorites and it did not disappoint. I can always rely on Chipotle for providing a great tasting meal that leaves me full and satisfied. Bonus! I got the meal for free because I used my reward points on the Chipotle app!! Woohoo!!

It's fast and tasty. Very glad that Chipotle is in Great Neck. Wondering how they managed to get past the Fast Food chain prohibition from the town, but glad that they managed it. Perhaps because it's more of a healthy food option than most Fast Food chains. I remember when Bennigans used to be in Great Neck Plaza in the 80's. I guess that was just a chain restaurant and not considered fast food. So perhaps Chipotle is of the same vein. It's good a great quick meal / take away option in town!

lovely spot to get lunch, workers are understanding. only complaint is the environment– filled with gym bros after they came from planet fitness so i recommend eating at home. the food is delicious though, missing the carne asada. wished they offered spicier sauces. chips n queso is also amazing. plus, you can ask for a free cup to get your water with!

I highly suggest getting a bowl over a burrito. You get more food and the price is much cheaper. I ordered a burrito and it was 18$ which is pretty pricy for a single burrito. I ordered Guacamole and queso blanco in my burrito and was able to finish it in one sitting. After coming back, getting a chicken bowl was a better decision. Overall though, the service is nice.

Had a great lunch today, I got a chicken salad with chips and guacamole on the side, I also added some pinto beans on the salad and it tasted really good. I really liked how i got a quick service, the bathrooms were clean and the staff were really nice. The tables here are usually a little messy but thats to be expected. There’s a great parking lot out front but you’ll rarely find a spot unless you go to the far side. This plaza is always crowded.

people with night shift are rushing home that give less portion. come here in afternoon and portion is bigger than night shift.

Ok. Ingredients aren't as fresh as some other branches. Rice and chicken were both pretty hard and cold. Also didn't have the mild salsa as an option.

Good when they feel like it pretty much, otherwise they're messing up orders and serving stale chips which can get frustrating. Also no one ever picks up the phone so might as well disconnect it and save yourself on the phone bill

Food is good as always, but my mom and I ordered 2 margaritas and it took 20 minutes for them to make our drinks....we were mostly done with our food before they arrived. Very disappointed

I know Chipotle is supposed to have this industrial look, but this place is seriously depressing. I think it’s affecting the staff. Food is ok, but I have eaten much better chipotle.

Pretty chill spot, although depending on the night you go, you may get good staff and you may get so so staff. One night I had a dude make me a nice bowl and wanted chips girl said no more, guy is like "I'll make more no biggie". Next night I go because I like how they were previous night and I get, " we only have kids chips and you only order one because those other chips are for online orders... I said but I'm here now. And she just shrugged 🤷‍♀️. So it's a hit or miss. I'm sure she would've gave it but probably some rule kept her from doing it.

I don't like to give negative reviews in food service, as everyone makes mistakes, but I've had a pretty consistent issue of my orders from the app coming out wrong; either missing or unnecessarily adding things. I've gotten guacamole in my burrito bowls multiple times without ordering it, and I'm allergic to it. The staff is polite and timely, but it has gotten frustrating.

Closes at 11pm now, chairs are up on a sunday at 9PM!! 10:30pm and mobile orders that haven’t been picked up yet are sitting outside on the curb! If you close at 11 you close at 11, no earlier. Workers here seem to hate their job. I ordered a chicken burrito and she put about one and a half oz of chicken! I asked for more chicken and she said double chicken which came out to a little less than 3oz of chicken. The cashier was rushing me asking repeatedly “anything else” while I was looking at the menu. No other customers were on line. $17.11 for a burrito with “double chicken” and guacamole. But the food was fresh.

Terribly disappointed. Hispanic, male cashier had to be told 3 times he made a mistake on my bill. Charged me double for a single portion of steak. Not sure why he took so long to understand how to calculate it and he wasn’t new. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I tried explaining it to him but he refused to listen. Will not return.

Went a bit after 9:00 and was freezing inside. Food selection was bottom of the barrel, even the guacamole had started to turn brown. Unfortunately around here options are limited, but even in desperation i almost dont eat it as their food is way past salty; just too too much salt. In the end, I only ate half a bowl and tossed the rest.

The food is good as usual and that's why I visited this place with my boyfriend, however its customer service is really poor: the girl at counter barely talked, she looked like if we were bothering her, and when she talked it was like if she was whispering. So disappointed with this Chipotle.

Come here few times a week. Every time the bowl portions vary by quite much. And it’s usually to the less side. It’s not pleasing to come hungry and receive less than the usual. Management should look into this matter.

I tried this location when I first moved to NY years ago and it was so abysmal I didn't come back for years. Today I finally gave it another shot and wow, it's completely turned it around. Pretty clean, good portions. I went at off-hours (right before the dinner rush) so not sure how it is during the busier times. Edit: Nevermind, went back post-dinner rush a day later and they had the food stations pulled out to clean behind them and were serving lukewarm/clearly not at temp food while cleaning the floor drain filters, including carrying one filter over the food without anything to protect it from dripping bits in the food. Yikes. Probably ok during the afternoon hours when they're on top of things but I wouldn't want to eat the reheats the next morning after that treatment. This place needs a health department visit.

Disappointed in chipotle. The food is always awesome, and I visit often, but this one experience ruined it all. The workers ignored me for a solid 5 minutes, while I stood there. It took way too long for them to serve me compared to other people. The atmosphere was okay, other than the fact that there were multiple kids screaming and yelling and laughing. I’m giving this a two star review because I placed an order online. I usually go in the store to place it but I was in a rush today so I ordered it online. I told them my name for who I was picking up for. They gave me Sam B order instead of mine. I can’t drive back there because I would be late for my work. Sam B order wasn’t even that good. Chipotle CANNOT make tacos. I ordered 3 tacos while my husband ordered a bowl. His looks perfect. But mine was a mess. The server splattered each ingredient to the point where the tacos just ended up like another bowl. I couldn’t even pick up the taco without everything falling out. Chipotle can’t make tacos and it should be removed from the menu. I took a picture at how bad it was. Once my husband finished his bowl I just poured my messy tacos in his bowl and voila another bowl… btw the cashier was fine. It was just the guy who put my food together. I attached photos of the tacos and then another picture of me putting the tacos into my husbands bowl.

I called to ask if they could pretty please give me some Tabasco as it’ll make a great difference to my meal. Uncaring person said that station is closed...aka screw you. :(

HORRIBLE!!!! After I told the young Asian woman 4 times that I wanted brown rice, she continued to try and give me white rice. I also ordered a kids chicken quesadilla; I went to pay and the Asian boy came up and told me I was rude to the Asian girl, yet he had nothing to say to me while he was making my order. I to,d the manager and not sure what happened with that. My kid bit into her quesadilla and it was not chicken. The manager apologized and made me another one, yet he used Spicy chicken without asking if my child can eat spicy food. My burrito was also disgusting. Why would anyone dine here?!? Go next door and eat Chinese food.

This chipotle puts their chairs up an hour before closing and tells you that you can't dine in. They also rush you out if close to closing while dining. Workers aren't friendly and just want to leave. Terrible service.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up. The bag had my name and my correct order information listed. However, once I returned to the office and opened the bag (the bags are sealed), the order inside had a different name and was a DoorDash order, completely different than mine.

Nothing wrong with the food. Just bad service! Went there at 8pm on Friday 8/23 and they look like they were ready to close. Ordered a chicken bowl and they ran out of lettuce. So rude!!! Find another place!! Zero manners, one of the workers started aggressively arguing with me without explanation. I didn’t have a mask I asked if they do. They had people eating at the table but they refused to take my order and kicked me out even though I had my vaccination card and I wasn’t trying to sit inside. You have to learn how to treat people right and realize that word “Sorry” exists instead of insulting people for trying to order some food.

I went several times to this location and everytime I went there the employees working there had an attitude. I felt as if I was a bother to them or they were just annoyed that they had to serve me. Today I went and there were 2 girls serving. When I went up to order they both walked away. When they finally came to help me, the young lady was very rude. Every time I go in felt like I was an imposition to them. Inwill not be going back to this location. They were very rude. Looking at the other reviews of this place, I am not the only one that sees most of the employees as rude and treating customers like impositions.

I have eaten at this restaurant many times and the food and service is usually okay, but just tonight I tried to call the restaurant to correct an online order. The worker at this Chipotle grabbed my quesadilla—and other customers' food—without changing his gloves. While I was waiting, he grabbed a wet cloth from a bucket and started wiping down their dirty table. Then, with the same soaking-wet gloves, he touched my quesadilla directly—not even using the parchment paper (his gloves were SO WET). He kept using those same gloves to prepare other customers' food until I confronted the worker. No one even apologized. RUN.

I used to come here pretty often, but I definitely won't be returning. When I first walked in, there was no line or anything. I waited at least 8 minutes for them to do a few delivery order. When I tried to order, I asked them for 2 scoop of tomatoes, and she told me I would need to pay extra $1.25. I thought it was gonna be another scoop in the bowl, but she was going to put it in a small container. The chicken bowl already costs a lot more than what it use to be... Definitely not worth the value anymore

I've given this chain several chances and each time it seems that the food gets worse esp tonight's order. My chicken entree barely contained any chicken and it was a wet soggy salty mess, not even fit for hungry dogs. The guacamole was grey and nasty looking and couldn't eat it. Threw away the sides and entree. Not sure how this chain could operate with this bad food! Will not return to this location.

I visited your store at 9:30 PM on February 14, and the store was still open. I asked politely to use the restroom, but your staff refused without any valid reason. The store was not closed at that time. They blocked the pathway to the restroom with the chairs As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and service. This experience was very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff behavior.

I have an allergy. I alerted the staff and asked them to change their gloves. The employee turned around and looked at her co-worker who started to laugh (I am assuming she rolled her eyes or made some face). I guess my autoimmune disorder is an inconvenience and something that is so absurd that it elicits laughter. Rude, unnecessary and discriminatory.

Paid full price and got half scoops of everything—protein, rice, beans, all of it. By the end, half my bowl was literally empty, which is ridiculous. This didn’t feel accidental; it felt like management-driven skimping, not a mistake by the staff, such greedy and rude people. What are you trying to feed birds? If you’re going to serve half portions, don’t charge full price—I won’t be back.

Probably the worst chipotle I have been to, and I’ve been to a lot. Consistent for some reason the food is not as good as other chipotle, the portion sizing is never good, and they consistently don’t have things items that people want. Servers mess up the orders as well (you can never rely on them for pickup) Go to the chipotle in little neck or new Hyde park it is way better.

While eating at the Great Neck Chipotle restaurant around 915pm an employee shockingly began using a leaf blower in the food and dining area to assist in cleaning floor debris along with his broom. The restaurant was fully operational with closing time posted as 11pm. Other people were eating as well and several customers were on line at the counter ordering food. This is a major and serious health violation! I am wondering how clean and safe is the food to eat and where is the management oversight of this Chipotle location?

At this location in Great Neck portion of meat is extremely small. All I see is a bowl full of rice and some veggies, with only a few tiny pieces of chicken scattered throughout. It's unclear whether the staff or owner are being cheap, or if this is a policy from Chipotle to reduce costs by not giving enough protein portions. And if someone doesn’t believe this then try yourself! 🤓

new owners as of July 8th 2022 7pm. cheap with ingredients. it's like pulling teeth for an extra grain of rice. and the new ownership is not even friendly. but yes burritos are still at least $9+. there is another chipotle closeby you should go to instead.
