I love Mr. Wish and have been going for several years since it first opened. They’re super fast at making drinks and taking orders and they also have a bathroom 🤩🤩🤩 unlike a lot of other places sad. They use lactose free milk (AFAIK) for their milk. I really like the red bean coconut sago drink (especially warm), avocado smoothie, mango smoothie, lychee sunrise, and passion fruit green tea!

I get boba here every time I visit Great Neck. Every time I get something different, and it is tasty every time. It seems that the owner gets his ingredients from Taiwan, so authenticity is almost guaranteed.

I’ve been going here ever since I tried bubble tea, and I have to say that this place is PHENOMENAL! I go here almost every week, and their variety of flavors, and quality of their drinks are amazing. I strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a refreshing or sweet drink.

Others imitate but don't come close. A lot of these places popped up around Mr. Wish, too many, but this is still the OG. Lychee tea is the best and service is quick, friendly and I love their packaging where nothing spills.

Every time I’ve been in i have never been disappointed. Now that we moved whenever we come back into town we talk about how we are going to get a mr. Wish bubble tea. Also the owner here always has a smile and makes you feel like you are appreciated.

Tried this place for the first time last week. Got 4 drinks for myself and friends. Everyone loved it. Called in advance to place order for the drinks, came a few mins later, paid, and was out the door in under 5 mins. Drinks were great!

Best Bubble Tea They pay careful attention to ingredients and the quality of those ingredients, everything is always top quality, ripe, not immature or spoiled. Mr. Wish is vastly Superior to alternatives bubble tea shops.

I didn't know bubble tea could be this good! Everything about the tea here is fantastic. I love all the flavor options, and they have a great matcha and red bean tea.

I added pics because I'm actually thankful for this kind of thought put into their service on top of just having yummy drinks.

Mr Wish has an AMAZING variety of drinks from the original bubble tea to the most exotic passion fruit or dragonflies teas. They are generous with their toppings and they have their fruits shipped for Taiwan. They have also have fantastic customer service and they have the kindest staff. Their drinks are extremely affordable- if not much cheaper then other places. My newest go to drink place. Really recommend.

Out of all the Mr.Wishes I have visited, this location has the sweetest employees. Certain drinks have more sweetness than others and the lady at the front desk is great at recommending what sugar percentage to get based on your sweetness tolerance. They always prepare me the best drinks ! This is my go to spot for a drink any time of the year, I wouldn't go anywhere else !

Their peach sunset is hands down one of the best drinks I’ve ever tried. Not too sweet and has a strong peach flavor. Tastes exactly like white peach. If you are not a peach fan I do not recommend however, if you even slightly like the taste of peaches, this drink is a must try. Aside from drinks alone, the staff here are extremely friendly. I have been here numerous times and David is always here to help. He is super sweet and generous.

We got our drinks and walked out. A minute later I realize it’s leaking so we go in and ask for a compromise. They started swearing at us, telling is to leave and that they don’t need us. Not to mention, on previous times I’ve come here they talk bad about people in Chinese, going as far as calling them slurs Reply to the comment, yes I’m sure. Why would I lie about this? My drink was spilt in the bag somehow, we went back to negotiate, a lady ended up kicking us out, telling us that they didn’t care if we left, nor did it make a difference. We tried to talk calmly, like calm and collected people were, but she straight up denied this and then went as far as yelling at us and conversing with the other employees, saying “oh it’s not possible, they’re liars”. They didn’t even give us a second to speak, right away just told us we were wrong and that we were lying. I have other friends who have also had this issue.

My husband ordered a hot oolong milk tea with 30% sugar and it tastes like oolong milk tea with rice water. After I called to tell the store that it tastes like rice water instead of milk, they impatiently claimed that it is impossible. Therefore I went to to the store and asked the Mr. Impossible to try the rice water drink to proof that it was a drink that they messed up. Basically they yelled at me and said they've been making the tea for 10 years and it is impossible for them to messed up. Then they questioned if I have ever have a oolong milk tea before. They showed me the milk and even questioned if I've ever tried Lactaid. They even accusing my husband was watching them making the tea and poured the milk. Of course my husband didn't pay attention if they used the milk. They got so aggervated, raising volume, and non stop yelling at me (a paying customer who spent money and got a messed up beverage) I said why don't you try the drink since I brought it back as you claimed it was impossible to mess up the drink. At the end they angrily picked up a few bills from the cashier and slapped it on the counter and asked me to take the money. I said I didn't return for $6, I came for an apology. There was no apologies, only aggressive yelling at customer service, and never admit the drink was bad. I left telling them their service is horrible as I walked out the door hearing them calling me an evil customer. I should have got my refund since I only took one sip of the rice water oolong tea. I will not go back to the store.

As a customer, I expect a basic level of respect and professionalism, neither of which were extended to me during my recent visit. The behavior exhibited by one of your employees, a young woman stationed at the counter, was not only disrespectful but also utterly unbecoming of someone in a customer service role. I was subjected to public ridicule as she openly derided and mocked me and my sister in front of her colleagues. Furthermore, the manner in which she handled and ultimately disposed of the product I purchased was nothing short of disdainful. Such treatment is wholly unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a paying customer, I demand immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. Specifically, I insist that a senior member of management contacts me without delay to offer a formal apology and assurances that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future. Please be advised that I take this matter very seriously and expect a prompt response. Failure to address my concerns in a satisfactory manner will compel me to escalate this issue further, and I assure you, the repercussions will not be inconsequential. I trust that you understand the gravity of this situation and will act accordingly.

Asked for a tea with no sugar, gave me a tea with mixed in fruit syrup - went back and wouldn’t give me a replacement which is fine. But you should warn any customers asking for no sugar that the drink is gonna be insanely sweet anyway because of the syrup
