Bryan the bartender was AMAZING! all the servers were super friendly and extremely attentive. The head chef even came out and spoke to us. She is so absolutely sweet! And she brought me out some beef stroganoff which really made my night. Thank you so much everyone.! UPDATE back again for the second night in a row here for Christmas Christmas Day dinner and we couldn’t be happier that must be as beautiful the most friendly staff that you will ever meet even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his daughter, and they are the most kind human humans ever. They constantly check on you and make sure everyone of your needs is meant. We love it here and will be coming back very often.! And more compliments to the chef! And our server Gabriel was so sweet!

10/10. My wife and i’s FAVORITE restaurant. The service is amazing. Our favorite server is Naomi, she is always so kind and goes above and beyond. Everyone here is so kind! Everyone should experience something like this as least once in their life!!! WORTH IT!!! The steak is unbelievably good, and the market table is full of absolutely delicious food.

Atmosphere and elegance of a 5 star restaurant. Attention to small details, always refilling drinks, asking if you want extra portions, and truly caring about your opinion on the food. Location has been hard for establishments in the past. I ask that many go out of their way to enjoy the experience. A cold and hot food bar, endless amount of spirits to lift yours, large meat portions for all-you-can-eat, and the prices are reasonable compared to that “other” commercial Brazilian steakhouse.

A Carnivore’s Paradise – A Must-Visit Brazilian Steakhouse From the moment we walked in, this Brazilian steakhouse impressed on every level. The food was exceptional — each cut brought out deep, smoky flavors, but the bottom sirloin stood out in a class of its own. To say it held its own against a Ruth’s Chris steak isn’t just high praise — it’s the truth. I never expected to make that comparison, but it absolutely earned it. One unexpected delight was the grilled pineapple — sweet, caramelized, and the perfect balance to the rich meats. It's a must-try, even if you're there for the steak. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and inviting, striking that perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. The only small blemish was the placement of the children’s seats. While families are absolutely welcome — and it's great to see a place cater to all ages — the positioning felt a bit visually jarring in the otherwise refined dining room. A classy and elegant privacy wall or thoughtful relocation could easily solve this without impacting the overall flow. Still, that minor detail aside, the experience was truly top-tier. The service, food, and ambiance came together beautifully, making this one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We’ll absolutely be back — and bringing friends with us next time! I must add the pictures and videos do not do the food nor atmosphere justice.

Gives Fogo a run for it's money! ❤️❤️ This is a must visit! The atmosphere and jazz music was just right. The food was great! Presentation was awesome. Service was above par! Go eat here!

We love Devour as gets us out to try new spots and we found a winner in Ten Cuts. We loved so much about this place and of course having been to the other Brazilian steakhouses in town, we just had to go. Let’s start with location. Easy to get to and parking not something to contend with unlike Fogo, which we love. Service was outstanding and honestly felt almost everyone working there stopped over at some point. A review mentioned unorganized and I highly disagree. Eagerness would be my take on it and that’s not a bad thing. The setting may not be as elegant as the downtown competition but it it was warm and had some interesting decor. Let’s get to the food. Loved the salad bar and we both felt it had great options not found at the other more famous Brazilian steakhouses in town. All of the meats served were perfect. Highly recommend the beef Ancho, it was wonderful. The Picanha had plenty of taste as mentioned it was lackluster by a review. The Fraldinha also another winner. I honestly did not feel any of the presentations we had did not compare or in some cases excel over the competition. Although a few items left off the full experience due to Devour menu, we certainly did not miss them and will absolutely be back soon to sample those as well. Ten Cuts absolutely a must try and we are looking forward to our return.

Gabriel was absolutely fantastic! Never had to ask for a single thing the whole dinner. So many people stopped by to ensure we had enough of every meat we preferred. They even sang happy birthday in Portuguese! Truly made our christmas eve dinner absolutely MAGICAL. Thank you so much to the staff of Ten Cuts for making our christmas eve dinner memorable. Will definitely be back!

First time at Ten Cuts. From the time we walked in the staff made us feel welcome. We went to the bar and Brian the Bartender made us some house specialty drinks and talked with us. The drinks and Brian were excellent. The salad bar is rather remarkable, something for everyone, salads, rice shrimp, cheese cold cuts, chick pea salad, beets and plenty of other salads. The meats, chicken, pork and the various steaks from sirloin to filet Mignon and everything was excellent. It's great to have Ten Cuts in Greenwood. Much success to the owners and staff.

Bryan is the best server ever, out of this world, I believe he deserves a pay raise excellent customer service. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Except the music should change for sure.

Great variate of food. Our waitress Marlbel was great. The manager Sebastian was very friendly and checked on us a few times. Very personable. Salad bar is excellent. We had cheesecake for desert which was excellent. The variety of food being brought around was excellent. Cheese, pineapple, bread in addition to all the meats.

Wow!! Ten Cuts is fantastic 😋 I’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses and so happy we have one here in Greenwood, Indiana. It’s small, but all the workers were very attentive and seemed happy with their work. All the food was fantastic. They have a large salad bar as well.

One of Greenwood, Indiana’s newest restaurants brings a cuisine and concept similar to another established restaurant chain Fogo de Chão. Fired roasted chicken, pork and beef are delectably prepared from different cuts and served to you fresh from the open flame on a skewer and served rodizio-style. A simple flip of your coaster from red (pause) to green (bring it to me!) opens up your palate to a variety of spicy, delicious and crispy meats. My personal favorites ranged from Picanha (pea-kaa-nyuh) a cut of beef taken from the top of the rump or sirloin cap (A thick layer of fat drizzling down the steak providing a tender, delicious taste that is out of this world) to bottom sirloin which has a rich beefy flavor as well and tender texture. Not all meats were as tender or especially enjoyable for me (such as the chicken and pork offerings) but most likely, that is matter of personal preference. With the endless variety of meats to the extensive salad bar (that includes but is not limited to soups, stews, vegetables, shrimp and fruits) one must be careful not to overindulge which might cause one to end up having a miserable experience. Lastly, when dining at Ten Cuts it is important to note that the menu is only applicable if eating at the bar. The dining area experience offers only the rodizio style (waiters bringing meats) and gourmet salad bar combo or just the gourmet salad bar. There’s literally something for everyone including cocktails, appetizers (samplings included) and an assortment of delicious desserts.

My son wanted to eat at the "Other" Brazilian Steakhouse, downtown Indy; but my sister told me about Ten Cuts. It's closer to home, has its own parking lot, and was offering a Devour Menu. I pulled the Mom Rank and we drove to Ten cuts. I will probably always choose this place, when the other place comes up. The fact that it has their own parking lot is a huge selling point for me. The food was amazing. The cold bar was decent. Not as many choices as the other place, but it was still quite delicious. Service was amazing.

My husband and I came to celebrate Valentines, and even though they were busy we felt well taken care of and never rushed. The food was delicious, and our server Gabriel was very attentive to any needs we had.

We have tried many different Brazilian Steakhouses and this is one of the best we have experienced. The salad bar is flavorful. The flavors were excellent. The lamb was likely the best I have ever had. The service and staff were amazing. They were polite, courteous and friendly. They were attentive and enthusiastic without being pushy. We would recommend this to everyone.

We tried Ten Cuts for the first time for Valentine’s Day and are absolutely thrilled with our experience. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, the food was incredible, and the cocktails were delicious. We typically visit Fogo in downtown Indy for a nice meal, but ventured over to Greenwood and we were not disappointed. The picanha, pineapple, and fried mozzarella were our favorites :)

Talk about an unexpected experience. The food and service were amazing. Sebastian was the manager, and he did an outstanding job. So did the other numerous staff members that checked in on us. The food at the bar was perfect. The cuts kept coming and the boys kept cutting. Way to go crew, from top to bottom. We will be back very soon! Fogo who?

I can't say enough about how great of an experience my lunch was today. I came in towards the end of their lunch period and was completely blown away by both service and food quality. The market table and garden bar looked like they set it up just for me. Everything was fresh, the presentation was perfect, and everything I tried was fantastic. I ordered the full experience and everything came out of the kitchen fresh and at the perfect pace. Each round of meat was spaced as if it was designed to be on my plate right as I finished the last one. Great flavor, great quality...and once again, the greatest of service. I was one of the last people in for lunch, and absolutely felt like I was being treated like royalty...but I fully believe that is the guest experience they strive for no matter how busy it is. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. The location is a little hidden even for being on a main road, so please make the effort to support them when you can and keep them around for the long haul.

We have been excited to finally try this place and it succeeded any expectations we had. From the moment we walked in to when we left the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was incredible and I loved the many options at the salad bar. Very clean restaurant and just a overall fantastic experience. Our server was Jessica and she was amazing. We cannot wait to return for another great experience.

Really good place to eat. We tried this for devour Indy. The salad bar was enormous and always fully stocked. The meats were served very quickly. Never felt like we had to wait. The staff was very attentive and treated us well. The place was packed, but we never felt crowded or rushed. Would definitely recommend.

Wow, wow, wow! From the lighting, presentation, cold bar, light noise, endless tender delicious meat options —lamb and ribeye being fav’s of mine, even pineapple sprinkled with cinnamon! My son and I enjoyed a date night out in celebration of his 12th birthday, which they honored with a free dessert & a birthday song per our request. . What’s more? They asked if we’d like them to sing in English or Portuguese? Portuguese, please:) It was a fabulous experience, to which my son exclaimed “this is a dream”. We will be back!

First time here at Ten Cuts Brazilian Steakhouse, the service was beyond our expectations. Very attentive and great attitude. Everybody that came to the table was friendly & would check n ask if everything was to our liking. The buffet has a good variety of selections. The meat cuts were delicious & cooked to our preference. Brian (manager) took his time to ask about our experience & explained to us the different meat cuts. Cant wait to go back and take some friends next time! Highly recommend & best part prize was very reasonable

Amazing! They accommodated our party of 40 and the service just as perfect if we had a table of 2! All the food came out hot, drinks where always full and it felt a server was never to far away. Would absolutely recommend! The meat was so so delicious!

Better than Fogo di Chow hands down. Everything was fantastic, especially lamb, and the bacon wrapped (steak) lol idk what cut of meat. Literally went to try the lamb and one cut of lamb was brought by. Asked for lamb and they literally went and cooked us lamb! It's super busy but the servers are too notch. Also asked for more of the honey drizzled cheese and they immediately brought it out. Wait time was long but we actually just went to the bar and got seated at a 2 top table withing 3 mins of walking in the door. They also take reservations. Highly recommend

100/10 highly recommend! This place is 100 times better than Fogo De Chão! We had a large party of 30+ people, and they were able to cater to us with out issue. The service is fantastic, the atmosphere and ambiance is a mix of modern and rustic, and the food was out of this world delicious and bountiful! Thank you so much for making our first experience here, one for the books! We will be back!

Went to Ten Cuts for Christmas & it was excellent. The service was spot on & the food delicious. 😋 A special shout out to our server, Naomi & also a shout out to Sebastian. The meats & salad bar were fresh. I couldn't of asked for a better dinner. I asked for lamb Chops & they came out fresh & delicious. I will definitely be back. 💯

Ten Cuts has once again been a amazing dining experience. The staff are always beyond attentive and patient but our server this evening, Jessica, was wonderful with us and the other patrons. The food is always worth the price, the cold bar items are always lovely (Fish stew is always a winner in my book), and we have never had anything short of amazing service. Is you are on the fence about this place, don't be. It is very much worth the price, and your time. Maybe not the best place if you are vegetarian but the cold bar certainly has a number of vegetarian options on it.

Food was great! Bryan is especially funny and a sweetheart! He was kind enough to go over how things work since it was our first time there. And since we don't drink, he made me a non-alcoholic tasty margarita :) Shout out to Bryan! We tried pretty much every steak and whatever meat they brought in and they were all very good. Some were seasoned with garlic more potently than others. So, if you're a garlic fan, you'll enjoy them alot. Overall, it was a ery nice experience getting to try a wide variety of foods. Hats off to Tens Cuts!

I was celebrating my 20 year anniversary with my husband and we brought our 2 daughters with us. The food was fantastic, service was superb and the atmosphere was nice and friendly! This restaurant was recommended to us by a Facebook Group called “Explore Indiana”. Glad I happened to see it! We will definitely be coming back. Husband said the best steak and chicken he has ever had. 10/10!! 🥰

A delicious meal from start to finish. Expertly prepared meats and an extensive salad bar with a variety of both hot and cold food choices. Lovely atmosphere and outstanding service. Food was very good, would recommend coming hungry and getting the full experience with the salad bar and the skewered meats. The cinnamon pineapple skewer was something I’ve never thought of and was so good! The staff is all very very friendly as well. Very nice group of people and shoutout to Brian the assistant manager, he was very friendly and personable. He spent time talking and getting to know us. What a great experience all around.

We called in advance and we also went on our table, made reservations and ahead and let them know that was our anniversary as well we've never been there before.. the girls server that medicine table did not understand about devour Indy.!! Advisor for the 4699 we get the full menu finally I had to get somebody else to understood what was going on with the devour Indy that goes on to a lot of restaurants.... Food was good 👍/ Brian was the main guy on the floor that took care of us, ones that are Serving the meat of tables, table Skip couple times by meat servers. No one advised us had to flip over a (circle card) to get the meats out that your drinks sit on. Commnication was lacking on first time Attending this Restaurant...... I was able to talk a couple minutes to a guy named Sebastian nice guy I guess he's a customer service rep at the desk, what's not there when we arrived at 4:30 p.m. so I started off a little hectic...... Inflammation make sure you take your card and flip it over or you will not get served????

Went here with a decently sized party this weekend for a birthday. Made the reservations with someone on the phone. They were really nice. Had to make a change to the reservation the night of and the girl on the phone was really nice as well. Our waiter's name was Gabriel and he was spectacular. From start to finish he would check on us, was super polite and helpful, and did everything he could to make sure our experience was great. He deserves a raise! The service and experience here are top-notch. Excellent job. The only thing I'm slightly disappointed about is the food. There were a few Cuts that were excellent, but generally I found most cuts to be in the okay to good range. The hot bar was fine. Really nothing from it Blew me away. But I was really disappointed in the lamb. It was very gamey. Perhaps some people like that but I guess it didn't need my expectation. I am also curious about the excessive amount of seasoning on some of the cuts . I am unsure if it's customary for this type of cuisine to be salted this much but it seemed pretty excessive. I am the type of person who typically over seasons my food and even this was a little much for me. It did make me ponder if that was to get people to fill up more on drinks and other things to fill them up faster. That's purely speculation though. Ended up spending about 65 per person *not including tip* which includes the hot bar, soda, and the full full Brazilian Steakhouse experience. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. I appreciate the staff and the hard work that they do. I will be going back in the future.

Oof .... Budget version of Terra Gaucha and without budget price which would of atleast been a reason to try again .... We were greeted promptly and seated. Unfortunately our table had to be changed because the table was extremely wobbly. We were fine with that and excited to get the ball rolling since we first heard this Brazilian steakhouse was coming to our side of Indy. There were some good things, some bad things and so-so things that I need to share. One of the good things is prompt hostess service yet the bad was where is our waitress after all this time? After we figured that out we ordered drinks and headed to the salad bar. It was good but not anything amazing. Terra gaucha salad bar is beyond better in selection and quality. Ten cuts has about 1/3 of their selection for comparison purposes but I'll get to why I'm comparing soon. For the food .... We started by having to ask if we were supposed to get sides like rolls and our waitress realized she completely forgot and went to get them. The steaks are EXTREMELY salty. Not salted .... I said SALTY. More than 'seasoned' or the good kind of salty. I drank 1/2 my glass of water to choke my very first bite down. From then on I went for the way more inside cuts of my medium temp. They also don't understand the temps of meat and where to cut. They look for the instructions on your face and hands basically. Beyond that if they didn't have my temp they said they'd come right back and never did until I later asked them if they could get it finally. We were offered sausage no less than 8 times tonight before I lost count. The reason that IS important is besides that we were offered bacon wrapped chicken and lamb quite a few times, pineapple twice yet never saw the beef ribs come by our table. They were out by the time it got to us. Picanha only came once and they didn't have enough for the whole table and again they never came back so we gave that up. THIS IS WHEN we finally realized we were sitting on 'the wrong side'. By that I mean if you are sitting on the left side of the restaurant and all their fresh food comes from the right apparently YOU ARE DOOMED! By the time the meat gets to you it's been in rotation soooo long it has very few temps (if any) you'd prefer, colder and just not as fresh. We ended up just asking for specific meats to hit our table first and that worked just fine. I'll say on the server end they 100 % aren't attentive unless flagged down. Price .... Well I'll say for expecting almost the same price as Terra gaucha you HAVE to step it up. I'll pay the extra $5 and head north or even to FOGO first. The meat quality needs improved as well. Even the rib eye was good but not great! Terra gaucha and FOGO offer filet, bacon wrapped filet, lamb chops and Parmesan pork. Yes the latter two aren't a must BUT for the price of I don't at least get filet why would I come here? Who doesn't want filet at a steakhouse? Never had this unfortunate type of experience with a Brazilian steakhouse when they first opened (TG) or they've been around for decades (FOGO). All in all it was our first time being there, food was good, they are brand new and learning soooo some grace was given to this review. Someone did pop by our table at the end just to ask how we thought they did with everything and we did give him a fair and honest review. He did take $10 off per person at our table and gave us a free dessert to share. Side note they likely need sharper knives. Sometimes servers were having quite a bit of difficulty cutting through the meat. I really think corners were cut from tables, silverware to food

Almost finished eating without getting the full experience that i am paying for. I ordered lamb chops and i never got it.the meat i got was so salty. My husband ordered a sprite and it came when we were about to get the cheque

I recently discovered a newly opened Brazilian SteakHouse near my place and decided to give it a try for dinner. The ambiance was decent, but for some reason, my expectations were too high. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly friendly and received rave reviews for their exceptional service. However, the food left me completely disappointed. I’ve been to many Brazilian Steakhouses before, and this one fell far short of my expectations. The serving was sloppy, and the meat carving and gaucho staff seemed untrained. They were fumbling around, which made the dining experience unpleasant. The chicken and steak were both dry and lacked flavor. The picanha was okay, but it didn’t have much taste. I’m not sure if I’ll give this place another chance.

I want to preface with I did order carryout. The atmosphere is getting 3 stars because when I went there was a large party that was very loud with people standing up socializing. Had I been dining in I would have likely requested to be sat away from them. The girl who got my food was pleasant. However, the 2 gentleman working who were having a disagreement right in the door were not a great look. The food-was disappointing at best. On the carry out it asks how you want the cook on the meat to be. Don’t bother filling out what you want because my medium well food I got was definitely NOT the rare to medium rare we ordered. The bacon wrapped chicken was fine but literally didn’t taste like bacon. It was just dry chicken wrapped in rubbery chewy something like bacon. The rice is literally just boxed rice. It was dry and honestly tasted stale. The bread was strange. Fogo’s is FAR better. These tasted slightly off. Maybe it was because they weren’t as cheesy or crispy outside. I don’t know they just had a weird after taste that was not pleasant and a they were oddly soggy. Overall for the price it doesn’t seem worth it. I will say portion size for carry out was SIGNIFICANTLY larger than Fogo but honestly wasn’t worth it.

Cant give an opinion on the food because we didn't get to even get seated to try it. Made reservations a week prior for Valentine’s Day, when we arrive they say they cant sit us right away it would be a few minute's but you can sit at the bar until then. I said ok, waited way more than 15 minutes till we decided to leave. When we left thats when we really go their attention, they called my phone when we got outside the building but decided not to answer because felt like our time didn't mean much to them till they saw us leave. And this was our first time ever being there and trying a Brazilian steakhouse. We ended up going to Bonefish grill where we were lucky enough to get in as it was packed and the food was phenomenal!
