Food is great, their drinks are amazing and addictive and their restroom is pretty cleaned and maintained, the Female owner of the restaurant is very kind and social. Will definitely be coming back next time in Louisiana.

I was very impressed with the food as a first timer.

Ambiance is a little lacking if dining in, usually just one waitress for the whole place, but the food comes out quickly. I’ve only tried the Pho but it’s some of the best in the area frankly, very flavorful. Amazing that a mom & pop can still crank out this much food that quickly! Can get busy with takeout at peak times so they sometimes stop taking stirfry dish orders due to prep time constraints. Ok for dine in, but takeouts likely a better option.

Used to go to KANH frequently for lunch when I worked in the area. I had not been in many years and decided to try it again. I was surprised how good it is. All of the dishes had great flavor and I really think it was better than my regular Vietnamese restaurant go-to. The staff was super friendly and gave us a few samples of some of the smoothies as they were closing (we were the last family there). Those were delicious as well. It's a good bit farther away from my regular place, but worth the extra travel for sure. I'll be back soon.

Kim Anh’s in Elmwood is a local gem for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The pho is fantastic, the grilled chicken poboys are amazing, and everything tastes homemade with real attention to flavor. Service is always gracious and quick, I've never had an issue with service or food quality here. Like, ever. The ambiance and décor may feel a little dated, but it adds a sense of comfort and nostalgia. The people and food more than make up for it.

Located in Eastern NOLA, where there's a relatively large Vietnamese population, this is one of my favorite ones to go to. Of course, their phos are ridiculously delicious due to their amazing broths cooked in large pots derived from a myriad of beef and chicken bones, especially the bone marrow parts that gives so much flavors, along with roasted 🧅🧅, ginger, shallots, star anises, cinnamon sticks, etc. Their stir fry dishes are just as yummy, along with side dishes like deep fried spring rolls, or lighter rice sheet rolls, all with peanut or fish sauce dipping sauce. And best of all, all their dishes are reasonably priced; ~ $20 or less.

Kim Ahn's Noodle House will always be my favorite place to eat. The family atmosphere and incredible char-grilled pork vermicelli is always spot on.

Always a pleasure to eat here. The Pho is some of the best in the city. Their Vietnamese salad is SO good. I also love their spring rolls but I always add cilantro. Also their lemon grass chicken is delicious as well as their grilled pork rice plate. And, I always order a side of their pickled vegetables. I can eat those every day.

everything we had here was absolutely wonderful! i had the shrimp spring rolls and the vegetable pho with vegetable broth and tofu added, and it was so delicious! the tofu was fried to perfection, the noodles were soft and tasty, and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. i’m vegetarian and i always have to cross my fingers that there will be something for me to eat at places that are mostly meat-focused, but there were a handful of different vegetarian dishes on the menu to select from. they even gave me vegetable broth instead of beef broth <3 my mom ordered a thai tea, which was very yummy as well. i ordered an iced matcha milk tea with boba. the matcha flavor was perfect! i asked for light sweetness, and it was just what i needed. the boba was soft, chewy, and pleasant. the service was very attentive, friendly, and kind. they made sure they got our orders 100% correct, we had enough water, and checked on us multiple times in a timely manner. they made us feel very welcome! i will definitely want to dine here again the next time i visit the city 🥰!

Long day after a hard night at Mardi Gras, and a bowl of pho from Kim Anh's was exactly what I needed. Exceptional pho and the kindest staff around.

One of my favorite lunch spots. Good food and very pleasant staff. Family-run. Viet coffee is on point and made to order. Mind your p's and q's in Harahan cause the cops have zero sense of humor and they're probably not going to like you.

I was really looking forward to eating at this place because of all the good reviews, but the spring roll was absolutely the most boring spring roll I've ever eaten. Literally just rice paper and noodles and shrimp. No flavor. No basil or mint or lettuce or any type of ingredients other than the bare basics minimum. I guess that would suffice for someone who's never tried Vietnamese food but for me it was a giant disappointment. They also didn't bring out any sort of sprouts or basil or limes to go with the vermicelli salad we ordered. The beef fried rice was super tasty tho!! I messaged the biz on FB to give feedback but never heard back from them so I guess my feedback will be public rather than privately hearing back from the owners. This place is OK, especially for the burbs where it's hard to get to the West Bank for the best Asian food. A bit disappointed but would take another stab at this place.

Not impressed. Got a bowl of combination pho. It was a decent size bowl but not huge, and I had zero problem finishing it. It doesn't come with tendon and tripe which is fairly standard, but it came with chicken in it. This is unusual and the chicken was dry. The side of add ons was tiny, and it with a tea was $17 before tip. I know inflation is nuts right now, but I usually get this for $10 to $12 and it isn't cut with chicken. Service was also less than great. Tea was never refilled and there wasn't chili oil to add to the soup on the table. Better choices elsewhere...

Place doesn't appear to be as good as it used to be. This was one of the best places to get pho but now I find their broth to be lackcluster. I believe they also charge extra if you're going to use a credit card.

I've not had much worse, as far as Asian cuisine. Google's reviews really let me down this time. Staff was very friendly, but food was definitely sub-par and disappointing :( I was really looking forward to eating here after being in New Orleans all day.

The food is okay. The service is horrible. If I give you my payment in your hand, I expect my change in my hand not on the counter. I expect to be greeting when walking in. The atmosphere is horrible. Never ever again. Just rude!
