A wonderful experience, today, October 25th, at the Dal Barton tavern. I must say I had high expectations, since I went on a recommendation. And those expectations weren't disappointed, but reinforced. The food I chose and tasted was delicious. The host was very discreet but present and attentive. I must say, the lunch exceeded my expectations. I'll tell you that the Prosecco I chose was perfectly chilled, and the glass of Valpolicella I ordered was also good. Let me start by saying that the appetizer was very good: tartare of Patanegra lard with hazelnuts and honey. And the fried anchovies with thyme mayonnaise were superb. The mushroom risotto was excellent. The sirloin with veal tuna sauce was very tasty, along with fries. I also had the meatballs in tomato sauce, which were very good. I also had a taste of Sardinian pecorino and a panna cotta with caramel. But there wasn't a single course I didn't like. I lingered on the risotto because it's a tricky dish; sometimes the rice is either overcooked or overcooked. But here it was excellent. I didn't even skimp on dessert and coffee. We celebrated an anniversary, and I must say that a visit to Taverna Dal Barton was just the thing. If you want a positive dining experience, go for lunch or dinner and you'll be happy. I stayed there, and I had even forgotten my phone. I went back to get it and saw a beautiful scene; the entire staff was busy cleaning the room with the doors open for ventilation; it's beautiful to see. You can tell they care about those who come for dinner.

I stumbled upon this magical, quiet trattoria by chance and was amazed by the quality of the food. The waiter was very kind. Excellent Nebbiolo by the glass. Well done. I won't be returning just because I live on the other side of the world. I recommend it to everyone.

I'll start by mentioning the kindness of the staff, who are courteous and attentive to the guests' needs. The atmosphere is family-friendly, spotlessly clean, the food is excellent, and the quality/price ratio is truly top-notch. The wines are equally refined and truly delicious. I went for lunch with my dad. The atmosphere was lovely; they seated us in a bright and inviting room. We each enjoyed a delicious appetizer and a first course, both appetizing and unusual. The flavors were delicate yet bold, with seasonal ingredients that were truly excellent, all for an excellent value. The staff was courteous, kind, and welcoming. Last but not least, the restrooms were spacious and very clean, a sign that everything worked flawlessly. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. Excellent!

Informal atmosphere, as its name suggests: osteria. But quaint and memorable! Excellent menu and fantastic wine selection. There's passion and a desire to do well here! Service met my expectations (I had lunch at 1 PM) and reasonable prices! I highly recommend it.
