La comida está deliciosa y ofrecen mucha variedad en los tamales y el champurrado, es de los pocos lugares que he visto que cuenten con ATOLE DE GUAYABA. Tardan un poco en atender y la comida se acaba rápido pero es debido a la cantidad de gente que frecenta el lugar.

Muy sabrosos los tamales de esa doñita, recuerden que los chidos son los de la casa, por q hay puestos q se ponen el mismo nombre.

I really wanted to love this place. Tamales were sort of disappointing considering they were just alright. I had high high hopes and i was a bit sad that it failed me. But atole was great!!!! I had to just go back for a second cup. I wish I could have another cup right now! 🤤

A good experience, average tamales. I tried the tamale with rajas and panela, which was good, with a good portion of rajas and good flavor. I also tried the chard tamale, which was super dry and lacked flavor. The service from the waiter was good and fast.

Very delicious tamales. They have a variety, but the mushroom and chicken tamales in green sauce are the most delicious. Sometimes you have to wait in line, but they serve you quickly. In my opinion, they are the best in the Expiatorio area.

There's always a line, but I think it moves quickly, not because they're not serving you. It's the first time I've tried them; I had one with chicken and vegetables and one with sweet corn, and I have to say the sweet corn one was incredibly delicious—it's become my favorite. The chicken one had some meat and was a good size, but it wasn't spectacular, nor was it bad. It's a must-visit spot for trying tamales or for grabbing a bite while you wait outside the Expiatory Temple.

They're small, expensive (and low on meat), a bit dry, they need to improve their cleanliness, it looks really bad, the place does NOT look very hygienic, it's super dirty, EVERYTHING!!!! The floor, doors, interior are all neglected, and there are some cats roaming around. I decided to try them for the experience, but... 👎 They're right next to the expiatory, and the service was quick.

They treat you like they're doing you a favor; they're incredibly rude—the father, the mother, the daughter, the son, and everyone else. Honestly, it's all just hype. The tamales are expensive for their size. The "corn with poblano peppers and cheese" tamale was super salty and didn't taste good. I won't lie, the green tamale is tasty, but honestly, it would be great if there were more tamale options nearby! These people really need to improve their customer service. Oh, and they're incredibly slow.

The tamales were terribly bad, but above all, expensive. Because you want to support local vendors instead of more established ones, you end up paying more. I bought Oaxacan tamales that turned out to be just masa with a tiny bit of meat. Oaxacan tamales are NOT masa tamales. Unfortunately. Go to the tamales at the Country Club; they actually have tamales, not like these that are just masa.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for tamales. Xofia Chocolatería has delicious Veracruz-style tamales. The Oaxacan tamale here is nothing like a real Oaxacan tamale. The rude man acted like I was doing him a favor, didn't even look me in the eye, and didn't say a word. They used to be decent, but oh well, what a terrible experience, and expensive too... Yuck, they weren't even cooked properly.

Honestly, they're not even that good. I bought one from Sinaloa and the vegetables tasted spoiled. Then I ordered a sweet corn one and they gave me strips of corn with cheese. I won't buy them again. Besides being expensive, they're bad.
