Coincido con que el menudo es un poco insípido, pero estoy seguro de que lo van a mejorar. Hay buena actitud de parte de los que ahí trabajan.

El servicio es eficiente, la comida muy variada y con excelente sabor, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I was really wondering what to eat when I found this place. It looked like Naejangtang (tripe soup)... It was delicious, as expected. It tasted like naejang in Tom Nyang Palace broth. For Koreans, it would be perfect if they had rice... A small one was 100 pesos.

This is a small Mexican restaurant with outdoor seating. I recommend the menudo (Mexican version of tripe stew) here. To be honest, I wasn't a big fan of menudo, but the meat here is nicely prepared and the soup isn't spicy, so I've grown to like it. I ordered a small portion, and the tortillas are homemade, so if you order tacos or quesadillas you'll be satisfied! There is a lot of traffic at the outdoor seating, but you can also relax and eat under the trees.

The place is small and best for quick visits; overall, I'd give it a 4/5, so it's not a bad option if you want a good meal at a good price. Don't expect anything traditionally Guanajuato-style, as this place is just for filling up on a quick bite.

No está muy bueno el menudo, es insípido, y las tortillas, aunque hechas a mano, son de maseca, un poco alto el precio para la calidad.

Llegamos al lugar y estaba cerrado.

La pancita que es El Fuerte del lugar se entrega tibia, el sabor pésimo y el plato grande de 75 pesos no está muy bien servido

Aquí en Google dice que está abierto hoy lunes, fuimos y está cerrado. Deberían actualizar su información aquí y en su facebook, que también dice que está abierto, somos turistas y nos guiamos por esto, nos desplazamos hasta aquí para desayunar y lo encontramos cerrado. Que mal. Ojalá lo actualicen.
