My grandchildren and I have a DQ date every Wednesday! The staff is always cheerful and patient with the little ones deciding what they want to order.

I don't go to Dairy Queen for their ice cream, I go for their delicious Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich! O-M-G I am addicted! lol It is soooo good! But go to the dairy queen in Hamburg ny..Eden charges more for that meal! plus If you get the older lady at the Eden Dairy Queen, you may end up paying for your food at the drive thru window and have to drive around and get back in line like she made me do one time because my sandwhich wasn't ready!!? WTF?! I never went back to that one. She is EXTREMELY RUDE! Hamburg is great though! A+++

Fast, efficient and friendly. Had a big order for 7 people and they had our order out in just a few minutes. Our youngest decided that they did not like what they ordered and they rushed out a second order. We drove to this location because it’s indoors. It’s hard to take several children to an outdoor stand. Great customer service.

Great service, and they make some of the best blizzards in the area. A lot of the other Dairy Queens I've been to do not mixed them as well as this one does. I go there around 10 times a year and every time they have done a great job at evenly mixing the blizzards I gotten.

First time I was there in a long time and was surprised that they lunch items. Very clean place and friendly people.

The line for the drive thru was extremely long. It took about 15 mins to get to the speaker. I wish they would've opened up the store to allow us to come inside to order as well.

Good treats. Closed during the winter months. Don't expect anything healthy on the menu, obviously. And because they primarily hire teenagers, it will not always run smoothly during busy hours.

Staff were personable, ice cream yummy. The inside dining area floor was really sticky, could use a good mopping a few times a day.

Freshly sealed blacktop parking lot made it smell like tar. But good ice cream had to park across the street.

The DQ in Cheektowaga on French Rd gives a veterans discount police and fire discount. The little profit lost is gained by more people going because they honor and respect those thar serve their country and community..

Been coming to this location for over 30 years. The food quality has always been consistent. But wish the customer service was. Every year the employees are different. Some friendly and others aren’t in the slightest. I go to this location more for nostalgia more than anything else.

Very nice staff. Sadly seating options are a few booths inside or some seats that are literally in the middle of all the traffic in the parking lot. Still, good service and it is a DQ, you know what you're getting.

I gave 4 stars because I asked if they had a treat for dogs and I was told yes (I've seen them before with lil bones in them) all I received was vanilla ice cream in a cup. I wish they would have told me they only had the ice cream and no lil doggie bone.

I don't usually go here since there are so many better ice cream places in the Hamburg area. But the blizzard deal buy one and then get a second for 99 cents made it worth while. ice cream is not as good as Fran/Ceils or Amsdells.

I mean, it's DQ, amiright? Not artisan crafted ice cream, but sometimes it's the scratch the itch needs. One note: we stopped in for the Peanut Buster Parfait, and my wife asked for whipped cream, which, I don't know why, I didn't know was an option. The guy next to us was buying a big box of Buster Bars along with a PB Parfait (super fan!). He must have heard us and when the employee brought the parfait, he asked for whipped cream. Of course, the transaction was complete, and she said, "Oh, well, whipped cream is extra, uhhh...well, I can just ring it up and..." He politely just said nevermind , but I'm like, dude just gave you like $40, give him the 5c of whipped cream. Not the employee's fault, she was just following her rules. But managers have to train people to make simple judgement calls. Manager was standing there and I hope she was occupied and didn't hear the request, because that was a missed opportunity for awesome customer service.

I have only given them 3 stars, it's ice cream. As usual the ice cream was cold and delicious. My wife and I had the hot fudge sundae. The taste was on par with the rest of their stands.

This is the only place that will not let me purchase nor provide my rainbow sprinkles on the side. I always get a vanilla soft serve cone with cherry dip.. I proceed to eat the dip and dunk whats left of the vanilla ice cream cone into the sprinkles. But not here. Super staunch about it. Everywhere else supplies me with a copious amount sprinkles in a dish. On the better side, their drive thru is convenient and I believe Diary Queen is the only local ice cream place thats open past 8:00pm. They close at 9:30pm.

Staff seems indifferent...not rude but not friendly either. The drive-thru has been rerouted so you have to come from a side street. This is crap. The product is good, but this location leaves a lot to be desired.

Great ice-cream, but they don't have many of the things I use to have like the smores parfet and their prices have skyrocketed. So disappointed.

Be sure to check your order, every time I've been here they forgot at least 1 sometimes 2 things. Especially if it's extras you want in a blizzard, they never forget to charge you though. Hmmmm.....

You cannot get Reese's peanut butter cups on your sundae, for any price. Seems like a pretty dumb rule. 🤷 They have a rewards program but if you don't download the app, sign up and scan all before they put your payment through, they won't give you the points 😩

The ice cream is yummy and the service here is fairly quick considering there's always lines down the street. I only give a three because it always feels like they are rushing to push orders out and then they end up wrong or are melting when handed to you and they never give you napkins! I think if they spent more time on orders and customer service this location could be better. I would personally rather have it be slow and correct than fast and wrong.

I tried going through the drive-thru tonight and they were closed. Google said they were open till 9:30pm, i pulled up at 8:58pm to be told they were closed. If hours changed recently please update your google add. Otherwise i usually dont have problems with this location.

DQ must have changed the base they use for their soft serve ice cream. Got a blizzard, and the ice creamy wasn't creamy. It seemed to be more watery. I'm not a fan of what I got for the price of the product.

Ice cream is expensive and need to bring back full braziers, not the grill crap.

Waited in line for 25 minutes and ordered 2 oreo blizzards...Employee did not repeat order or give price or even say pull up to the window. Got to the window for them to ask me if i only ordered one and then tell me that they did not have any oreo pieces. Terrible service and most importantly management!

The iced drink I got had way too much syrup in it. It was the same way from another location, so they probably made it correctly. It just didn't taste good in my opinion.

Just ordered a banana split. It was not good! Use to be 3 scoops with different flavored toppings, now it's just one scoop with everything on top. I want the old style back!

My daughter and I went in Sunday, March 12th and placed an order for her birthday cake on Friday, March 24th. They filled the form in front me us. Went to pick it up on Friday, March 24th with my daughter for her bday and turns out they never made it. They asked me if I went to their location, like it was my fault it. My daughter even told the workers that we were here and placed the order. After asking the same questions over and over- when did you place the order. What did it look like? I finally asked, so you don't have it and the nice girls said no. They had what I assume the manager on the phone. The girls were nice, but what bothers me is they offered a larger cake to my daughter, which cost more and only look off $3.00. I ended up spending more on a cake my daughter settled for. If my daughters b-day wasn't that day and if didn't have dinner reservations that we had to make, we would have gone elsewhere. I have to say the girls that were working handled this situation well and were apologetic, but whomever they were talking to on the phone could have handled it better and offered more than the tax of the cake off as an apology.

First things first. I worked at a Dairy Queen in Marlborough Massachusetts and this one Tastes just like any other Dairy Queen except their menu limits what you can get. TARA (I believe the Manager) waited on me, my wife, son, and nieces. First problem, my son wanted a sundae with m&m's she told us candy toppings were for blizzards only...I've never heard of this being the case. Then I wanted an Oreo shake or Frappè just without the coffee flavor. ...this also could not be done apparently. I asked you can't just put vanilla ice cream oreos and milk and mix it? No was the answer. While we were waiting for our ice cream some of Tara's friends came in, she then commanded one of the employees to take over the register so she could talk with them and give them free ice cream. If she really was the Manager the only managerial skill she attained was delegating....I'm not impressed or happy with the service.

Sad to see their prices go up like they did but to cut back on size of cups too is RIDICULOUS!! The Banana Boat is now 1/2 the size it was and oval and the shop on Camp Road in Hamburg is watering down the syrups for the strawberry and pineapple toppings. As for the cup for the Peanut Buster Parfait they screwed the customer and it is 1/3 the size it was ….. talk about ripping people off …..

Sat in line to order a box of buster bars and was told they were out. This is the 3rd time this has happened. I would think this is one of your major products and they should be kept well in stock. Won't ho back to this Dairy Queen again.

I waited in line for 30 min to have my order be completely wrong. The sizes were wrong, the contents were wrong, and the customer service was horrible.

Awful service Little blonde is a ..... Made my request poorly then would not fix even though she could see there was nothing in it. Drove to the next dairy Queen and gave the great attendant a huge tip. Don't go if the little blond...who has a chip on her shoulder...is working. But young men were nice.

I asked for a choco brownie extreme blizzard and was disappointed to find no brownies and she gave me the chocolate chip kind I went to buy a new one but she insisted on remaking it I gave her it and she acted like nothing was wrong she said do you want it without chocolate and I said yes (thinking she meant the chocolate chips) and said I wanted brownies she then gave me vanilla ice cream with brownie chunks also ordered a banana malt and there was WAY to much and barley any malt! Very upset and will not be coming back to this one. I would give 0 stars if I could

I ordered 3 of the grasshopper pie blizzards ... Thinking it would be minty green like a shamrock shake and all three were vanilla with spots of green at the very bottom .. Went through drive thru so not even worth driving back to complain.. Can't say this is the first time there's been a botch either ... So much for a hankering for DQ

Got a cotton candy blizzard, it just tasted like vanilla ice cream with pop rocks, I expected a actual cotton candy taste thru out...was very disappointed and threw it out!

Went in for my free blizzard and the app frozen right while I was waiting in line close to the register and showed I redeemed it when I clearly didn't and I asked the girl and she was like nope never had that happen instead of offering assistance in seeing what happened.

Picked up a cake clearly priced at $11.99 they charged me $26.99 for the cake! I brought it to the manager’s attention and she said “oh it’s priced wrong” took the cake in the back and changed the price! Not my fault that they priced it wrong and knew about it and never fixed it! I appreciate the automated response to my review however all the response is telling me is to contact someone the way I already have! So maybe someone should actually DO something rather than give me the run around! I have submitted a review, contacted the manager (with NO response) and contacted corporate! The next step is to report this location to the state and county offices! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with as far as managers go! Who takes someone’s purchase and runs in the back with it to change the price and refuses to talk to their customer? This is the worst Dairy Queen ever and sorry to tell you but it ruins it for all Dairy Queen’s for me!

I'm so genuinely disappointed. I have wanted to try Dairy Queen for so so long! Then I finally get to try them and I'm not impressed. 1.) Who sells burgers but not fries? Hell, who sells ice cream AND NOT FRIES?! A lot of people like to dip their fries in their shake! 2.) I asked for 2 different sundaes. The first one they, apparently, didn't have the stuff for it, and the second one "wasn't apart of the 'ANY sundae and dipped ice cream for $4" deal. 3.) I asked for a CHOCOLATE sundae and they gave me vanilla ice cream with some chocolate syrup. That's not chocolate ice cream. Hell that's not even really a sundae! They're supposed to be mostly an ice cream shop, yet they only really have generic flavors (i.e. vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, peanut butter, Oreo). McDonald's has those same flavors, for cheaper. 🙄 I'm not at all impressed, and I'm genuinely upset. I'll stick to Sonic.

Terrible location! Our office ordered Ice-cream for everyone, and several were incorrect. When we called to tell them we ordered chocolate blizzards and received vanilla, the manager Tara told us "not all locations have chocolate." I find that hard to believe, but if that were the case that should probably be disclosed before accepting an order and money. Worst customer service I have ever seen from a manager! ***** clearly you're not the brightest crayon in the box. Grubhub doesn't even provide the option for ice-cream flavor selection. However, there's a lovely option to type in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS. I'm certain you have the ability to read at this point in your life. You're ignorant, but blessings!

Just ordered a medium Reese pieces cookie dough blizzard and it literally tasted like I was eating a chemical every time I tasted the cookie dough pieces. Not sure if they were cleaning machines with chemicals or what but a waste of $7!!! I have had it at other locations and never tasted like that.

This Dairy Queen is very unaccomodating, I had asked for a plain cheesecake blizzard even though it’s not on their app/menu and was told I either had to get it with chocolate or the other mix ins on the menu when that has never been an issue before. Wouldn’t even just put it on the side for me instead of putting it directly in my ice cream. I look forward to getting Dairy Queen every so often but won’t be going to this location often anymore.

Asked for a small cone with rainbow sprinkles and also asked for a side of sprinkles. The worker told me no. I said I’d be happy to pay for the side.. which I was told no. The worker said he can’t do it. I am 8 months pregnant and just want rainbow sprinkles. The worker then proceeds to hand me a cone with barely any sprinkles on it. So, needless to say, I will be going to all the other DQ’s that don’t have this ridiculous policy.

I went to this location for the 10x this summer and last week was far the worse once again. I don’t know who the trained these staff but they have the worst customer service ever. Especially the one w the nose ring at the cash register, she was rude and ignorant then went on to yell at someone by the drive thru. That’s really nice when you have your 2 daughters with you. I do have to say the one time the manager (maybe young blonde) stepped in an apologize for her behavior and gave me a free ice cream. How is this acceptable? Also, besides that the effort that went into making the 3 blizzards was pathetic. I understand people have bad days but honestly this is repetitive. I’ll start taking my family to Down the street to a different location.

Got my ice cream and asked for a cover. There was probably another half a blizzard inside the lid. When I got home about 10 minutes later I picked the blizzard up and the ice cream came spilling and leaking out of the top due to the blizzard being over filled. Thanks Dairy Queen. I'll make sure to come back next time I want my car to be sticky.

I thought this was going to be a ok stop but no way. The hot dogs were absolutely tiny an like rubber not sure if that was chili but your better off going to 7/11 down the road for a hot dog an cheese an chili for half the price. This is sad ...
