Best sub I've had in a very long time!! I was craving a classic sub & Jersey Mike's did not disappoint! The roll was delightfully fresh. Meat & provolone had sooo much flavor. Veggies were crisp & tasty. The juice was tangy & flavorful. My only 'complaint' is I didn't eat it fast enough before it was soggy. I'm a huge texture person & had to throw away the last few bites. Not a dealbreaker. I just know how to order it next time :) oh & don't forget the COOKIES!! ♡

Good subs, but staff does not know how to handle a customer complaint. Only one issue in over 10 orders so not bad. Maybe it was the kids first job who knows.

This place is bussin! Staff is super friendly and helpful in what to order, whether it is size or what toppings to get. Also, Jersey Mike's has a great thing going with Children's Hospital where you can round up all month to this local charity. I will be back soon for sure.

First time at Jersey Mike's & I definitely will be going back!! From the moment you walk in, its super clean, the staff is so friendly and the food....c'mon forget about it ! So damn good! I got the Original Italian on rosemary bread with provolone cheese The meats & cheese are cut fresh right in front of you. Definitely "A sub above" I can't wait to try some others subs! Bravo 👏👏

Forgot the chips because they were too busy goofing off! Another customer was also there that had to come back for items missing.

Food is good like they cut the meat fresh staff is nice and since it was slow when I went there was a good amount of cleaning going on my only complaint and reason for the lower score is that the young girl that helped assemble my sub had long pointed press on nails under her gloves and coming from the food industry I know that is a no no might as well not have gloves on at all. Either the managers suck at training or she’s young and doesn’t know but an easy fix

Had a Buffalo chicken, it was pretty soupy. Not really impressed especially with the price of the subs. I’d rather select a local pizzeria. The guy up front was proactive with cleaning his station so that’s neat. The cookies where pretty good

Jersey Mike's was ok. It was a sub shop. I thought it was over priced for a generic sub. Better than subway but in the same plaza you can get a better sub at Wegmans.

Ordered ahead for pick up. For one of the two subs: (#9 club supreme) White bread was stale, sub was dry because there was no mayo, bacon was not included. The #7 with rosemary roll was very good. Did not get oil on the side though.

Food was good. Service was horrendous. Female employee was very helpful however a young man working was extremely sassy and horrible at talking to people. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who likes to be treated like a human. Thanks!!

Just left this location. Workers have no sense of urgency, the girl serving us legitimately looked high, and when someone cut in front of us just to have their card processing for 5 minutes, the worker never spoke up about her cutting us or that her card wasn’t going through and we had to sit and wait. Worker’s name is unknown, no name tags or anything. These subs better be good, because the service was horrendous.

I had to wait at the counter for at least 5 to 10 minutes for my order to be taken and I was the only person in line and it was not that busy. The General Manager finally came over and started making my sandwich which was a cold sub and then he went to the back somewhere and I again was waiting for another 5 to 10 minutes for him to come back to the counter to finish my sandwich. He did not come back but saw him. Finally, another employee came over to finish the sandwich. Did not appreciate being treated like this!

Ordered a Tuna mini and paid extra for cheese. Received a mini with no Tuna. Been a customer for years. Finger pointing between Manager ( it’s hard for new people to learn) and DoorDash ( whose App couldn’t identify main ingredient for a refund. So paid 11.45 plus tip for some awful looking lettuce, tomatoes and cheese ( $2.00 x-tra) Submitted picture and all.What a hassle, customer loses in the fingerpointing.

Meh, don't know what all the hype is about. They cut the meat fresh. That's about the only difference I saw then every other sub shop.

8:55 PM sign says open, doors are open, they say not going to serve, we're closed. I say it's 5 minutes too 9:00, they say they are closed. I will not go back but will SUBWAY my appetite from now on. Obviously these guys don't know good business sense. Why should I go back when they treat customers like crap.

This location is terrible! Promo codes were not working which they fixed. I tried to give this location another try which I regret. Order online and when I went to pick up my order it was not even being made. I had to wait another 10 minutes. It was early and they were not busy. Then when I got home my orders were not made correctly. I cannot stand mayo and they put mayo on the sub and the pickles were missing. The sub was drenched in mayo. I called the store and the young kid who made my sub refused to make it right. I threw out the food. I told him the Mckinley location never have issues and he told me then go to the Mckinley location. I am so angry now! Dont go to this location unless you want to leave angry and with the wrong order. If the owner is reading this I am charging back your store back on my card since you did not want to make this right and I had to throw out the food

Looking at the other reviews here my experience lined up and it’s obvious management isn’t working toward improving the customer experience. I waited 5 minutes to order (was only person in line) to literally be given no eye contact or even the courtesy of “ we will be with you shortly” The girl with glasses and dark hair - no name tag of course. Was incredibly rude and disrespectful .It’s insane that is the person they placed at the position where you have the most customer interaction. After another table left I could hear her complain about the patrons. I don’t care the excuse you try there is no reason to treat customers this way (let alone consistently)

This is by far the worst location anywhere around Buffalo. If you order online your order will definitely be made wrong. If you order in person it'll still probably be made wrong and they give you a hard time about fixing it. The staff is not friendly at all. I've given this location multiple chances because it's location is so convenient but every visit is the same. Spend your money somewhere else.

I bought a sub here and they were very Rude not only that they rush you get irritated when your out of line looking at the menu could get better at wegmans I used to work here as well so I’m not even surprised one of the staff ladies even yelled at another staff and made the girl cry honestly, the worst service you could probably get, not to mention the managers are awful. The staff is awful They barely even train their employees and they’re always messing up orders honestly, I would take your business elsewhere if you’re thinking about going to Jersey Mike’s

Went to the blasdell location and they said they don't toast their rolls it's a sub what do you mean you don't toast your roll it should be call Jersey Mike's sandwiches walked out went to firehouse much better

8/27/2025 Update they did it again very little meat done ordering from them now I remember why i got out of the restaurant business. New photo attached. Was so very disappointed I find it absolutely appling how a giant sub was made with so little meat. I reached out to the corporate office and sent them a few photos of how this location is making their steak and cheese subs. This owner should be ashamed of themselves. There is no excuse to allow such a poor product to leave their store
