Love this place, but it seems like it's slowly going down hill. Burnt cookie and no butter on cinnamon sticks. After a few months of continuous eating here, they have improved again and are staying consistent.

Tell them how you want your pizza cook and they make it happen. Very good. Staff lately seems to be much better and more appreciative that you choose them.

Surprise surprise surprise!! This little gem was spot on parking good, atmosphere good f ood on point. The order taker not overly warming but had you covered.

After a long day of driving....i ordered for delivery to our truck yard....fastest delivery ever....the pizza was great - hot and fresh! Two cheese covered thumbs up!!!

About the food quality or service staff, I cannot truly attest; but I did speak with a kind man via cellular phone (Mister Victor) who was extremely polite as well as pleasantly courteous in customer service, even though I was not an actual patron but looking up personal information for resume reasons. Not even waiting for the pizza to get here. This was hands down the absolute best phone-in order over I’ve ever placed. It was my first time ordering there, too, so boss-[wo]man gave me a discount, which was nice because I placed quite a larger order. Good business practices, extremely friendly and helpful. Can’t praise enough. If you don’t hear back from me it’s because the food was as delicious as I expect it to be, and I’ve eaten myself in to a comatose state. (I’ll be fine don’t worry)

I love ordering from this location because the service is always top notch. Price is very reasonable compared to other fast food pizza places in the area. Also, I've ordered pizza, pasta and desserts (on several occasions) and was always good!

I've never had a bad experience from this location. Pizza has always been delicious. I will continue to provide them my patronage as long as I live in the are.

They have a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza and our grandson just loves it. The couple that own the place are the nicest people and they usually have fast service. They get pretty busy at times but they still get your order out pretty quick.

My husband had the sub sandwich, said it was the best sub he has had in a long time. Also while we was there, a man came in that was catching rides on the train, with no money. He asked if they had any food that was going to be thrown out, they made him a pizza and a bottle of water! That warmed my heart!

Went in and James was quick to help us. He answered all our questions and took great care of us. The pizza was amazing.

This location always does a great job with our order and the staff is friendly.

Oh. My. Goodness!!!!! SUCH great pizza! Comparable in price to Pizza Hut, but that's where the similarities END! This location worked well for us as its on my husband's way to & from work, although after almost 2 years, this is the first time we tried it. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone worked to get us the best price possible. Definitely worth trying it, I know we'll certainly be back!

I had passed by the neighborhood and decided to get some pizza. The guy said 15min ,bob the pizza came out super good and I had a wonderful time .

My daughter just had a baby and we had a sign outside that said "please don't ring the doorbell - baby is sleeping." The driver was so respectful and didn't ring it - he was going to his car to call us instead. Just wanted to say thank you and the pizza was delicious!!

In a rush, try the chicken sandwich. Chicken, cheese, ham and beacon bits. Three bites in I had to order a second one to go.

This location in Haslet, Texas is under new ownership and management James the manager and owner is very friendly and the food is always fresh. He also acquired the location in Justin, Texas as well.

New owners seem to have fixed the issues at this location. Gave it a shot after seeing the other recent reviews here and it was great! Glad to have one of the few eateries in the area back in rotation!

Even though they were during a little construction, the tables were fine. The pizza was absolutely perfect, seriously was the best. The wings were really good too. The ones that were working there was very friendly and professional.

We ordered and received our pizza in such a timely manner! Once I got it in the door my kids literally ate the entire large pizza and bread stick order in ten mins. We had never ordered from here before and will never NOT order from here again :) Thank you so much for the excellent quality of food!

This is the only pizza chain that doesn't cut back on the cheese. What you see in the commercials is what you really get. The closest pizza chain to have a gourmet pizza and I love the staff. They remember your name if you visit often enough. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Delicious! Get the sticky fingers and substitute the sausage with something else that you like. Also don't forget to use a coupon! They always have deals going on. Additionally, the people that own the one in Haslet are so nice. The Roanoke one delivers pretty quickly. So you can't go wrong. Their pizzas are always amazingly stuffed! So many toppings! My favorite for sure. My bf really like the white sauce as a base as well if that interests you lol.

These guys have the best pizza in town. I get regular crust with Sriracha sauce baked into the crust with everything on it. This is a husband/wife team that own this place so they have a vested interest in making the best pizza.

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Jim's Pizza and its amazing owner, Jose! After my car broke down nearby, I was in a real bind. Jose not only allowed me to use his lot to get my car repaired, but he also went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His kindness and willingness to help a stranger in need truly reflect what an outstanding citizen and great guy he is. Thanks again, Jose!

Ordered 220 For a work lunch event. Pizza was delivered on time and hot. I would recommend Mr. Jims's Haslet and Justin for on-time delivery and good quality pizza.

Outstanding!!! Amazing!!! After a day of unpacking, the family was starving and only pizza would do. We saw that Mr.Jim’s delivered and had good reviews, so we decided to give them a try. So glad we did!! A taste adventure!! Quick delivery and delicious pizza! Their chicken nugget salad is also a hit, same with their breadsticks. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

How do you differentiate one pizza place from another? In this case I would say Mr. Jim’s pizza stands out because everything is fresh made. The flavor was remarkably noticeable and good. Another way that Mr. Jim stands out is that they have several specialties and other pizza places don’t. I have to try those and see what their delish dish pizza is like maybe a third thing to rate them on is the price even with no discounts was really reasonable. If you’re in the area, this is really good pizza.

Pizza was great they had some computer issues that took longer than normal to fill my order. It only affected the delivery time not the quality of the food.

Fast Food is pizza these days. Mr. Jim's does offer a slightly different spin on its double crust and keto options. The Jim stixs is the standout just "get der done" cheese bread option.

It's the unique recipe of the crust for me from what I remember that takes me back. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I ordered 1 LG, 1 MD with a 15% off code and it was still $38 with tip which is the unfortunate sign of the times, yet I will still order again as I refuse to order from major chain restaurants & will support the little guys, plus I appreciate the nostalgia of when I was a kid. Also, the wait time when I ordered online was 30-45 minutes. Delivery was fast in less than 30 so that was a plus too! Can't wait to reorder, thanks ya'l... !

Pizzas not bad. Sometimes it can be a little to greasy. The cheese pizza they need to change though. Its got a funny taste.

Love their jim stix but the delivery time is horrible. Placed an order at 5:56 and had to call at 6:50 wondering where it is and they havent even left the store yet. They either need to hire more help or stop delivering. Even a courtesy call would have been nice so I could cancel my order if i had plans.

👎👎👎 Pizza was wrong but was on my lunch break and I didn't have time for them to correct it. Poor customer service and I even tipped them on my pick up order. Order pizza and salad. Salad was lettuce with 3 little pieces of diced tomatoes. Poor/cheap quality of ranch.

Me. Jim’s in Haslet as gone done hill fast. First they overcharged me a lot and today it’s been 2 1/2 hours since I ordered and they still haven’t left the store. They tried to blame it on the fact that they were busy but they didn’t bother to call. This is not good. They have made too many mistakes and expect me too pay for it and I think it’s time to move on to their competitors.

8 undercooked wings for 11 bucks. I get a real Little Caesar vibe but the prices are like papa johns. The napkins was as thin as the bathroom paper. I disliked the vibe. For $3.65 I can get a better dollar menu at Taco Bell.

I have no idea how the food is. I just walked in at 1215 and was told the 3 employees there were working on a large order, so they weren’t going to take my order. I said okay and walked out.

Received the wrong order twice, two different occasions. I kept calling stayed on the phone for 10 min no answer at all! Bad Customer Service! *Driver John was notified about the wrong order!

Went online to order a pizza for delivery stated no delivery drivers available. Order thru Uber eats order was cancelled because it stated Me. Jim’s couldn’t fulfill order in time prior to finding that out I called said establishment and whoever answered the phone said “ I don’t have an order for you, you need to call Uber eats and hung up the phone. Customer service is just not the same.

If I could rate negative I would.. Mr. Jims was great when we first moved here in 2010. It seems with competition the quality would be better. Not with Mr. Jims in Haslet... the last two times I've ordered from Mr. jims Haslet, the pizza is wrong. I order thin crust and get thick. I called to let them know and get resistance as if I ordered it wrong. I ask to speak to a manager I get a kid that doesn't even listen to what I have to say. I'm pretty sure I was putting him out by letting him know the order was wrong. Terrible experience and terrible customer service. You might as well settle for the two closest since Mr. Jims is not concerned with getting it right or customer service when they get it wrong!

I dont normally leave reviews but This place really ticked me off tonight. I placed an order online at 6:41pm, at 7:45pm I called to check its status. I was then informed that they were just getting started on it and that there was a 2hr wait. I said I ordered it over an hr ago and it would have been nice to know about the wait sooner, to which she replied (unkindly) that the wait started between 7 and 8, which still didnt explain why my order was JUST getting started. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will not be ordering from them again. We use to order from them EVERY Friday night.

Our order was still not delivered 45 minutes PAST the longest projected delivery time. We called the store to find out where the order was and the employee was dismissive and rude. Time to find another pizza place.

Tastes like a health code violation after the hour and a half wait

Just awful pizza. Online ordering doesn’t work, and ordering over phone was unpleasant with staff. Food was worst we’ve had, never again. Wish we could give it ZERO stars.

I ordered my pizza on 2/11. However, their electricity went out, and they were not able to fill my order because of that. I understood. I ordered again on 2/12, and my delivery was 10 minutes late. I specifically communicated that the order was for teachers, and we only have a 30-minute lunch. When I called her to see where my order was, she told me that the GPS said the driver was at my school. She called the driver, and the driver was actually stuck at a light down the street. I only had a 20 minute lunch at that point. I then paid for additional marinara for my Jinx Six which originally came with 4. However, I did not receive any marinara sauce with my order. I then called to tell the manager about this because I wanted to be refunded for the additional marinara sauces that I had paid for. She refunded me .53 cents or whatever. I feel like the right thing for her to do, is to refund me for the Jinx Sticks completely. However, I am not one to complain or be petty. The pizza was amazing, but the customer service seemed to lack. It will be a while before I order from the Mr. Jim’s in Haslet again.

We ordered from them at 6:35pm tonight and now it’s 8:06pm and still no pizza. We called and weren’t given any explanation or even given a courtesy call. How hard is it to run a pizza business? It must be difficult because this type of service seems to be typical. Unbelievable! We will not be doing anymore business with yet another pizza place! Update pizza arrived 8:15pm and it’s not even warm. Awesome!

It was the greasiest slop I've ever had. 89% greasy bread, 9% cheese, 1% toppings, 1% sauce. If you haven't used the restroom in a while I'd definitely recommend this place.

I went into the parlor looked at the menu and noticed no salads was on the menu. I asked the man with a can do they make salad.. he replied yes. He asked me what do I want on the salad.. I replied chicken bacon and sausage. Got the salad and on my lunch break looking forward to my salad….to my surprise I paid $10 for a dish with only lettuce and meat. No tomatoes, onions, nothing just lettuce. I paid $10 for lettuce. That I threw away. It looked horrible. I see why I never see cars there I wish I read the reviews before I went there. I purchased it on 2/7/23 2/12/23 I followed the reply and sent an email so they can ”INVESTIGATE”. No response their reply is just for show

We ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple. Instead they brought out tiny diced pieces of smoked ham with a smattering of pineapple. The pieces were literally 1/4 of an inch by 1/8 inch. Then, when I got my credit card statement I found out the amount I signed for was changed to a higher amount. I added a nice tip. I guess they decided it needed to be twice is nice. The other pizza was supposed to be pepperoni. I couldn’t find the pepperoni. Unless maybe it was the same size as the Canadian bacon (smoked ham bits).

An hour and a half after I ordered I called to cancel the order and get a refund. Was told my pizza was in the store and they were waiting for a delivery service to come get my order. I again told them I didn’t want the order and wanted a refund. I was told to call the owner, Jose, as he’s the only one that could give a refund. Jose didn’t answer so I left a message. 15 minutes later I got a text from the delivery service saying my pizza was in its way. I called again and asked why they gave the order to the delivery service when I told them I didn’t want it and wanted a refund. They gaslighted me and told me the delivery service had picked up my order before I called the first time. This was a lie as they told me my order was at the store and told me they were waiting for the delivery service to pick up my order the first time I called. The order was delivered when I was gone, over two hours after I originally ordered and didn’t even get the order correct. I called again and told them what happened again and told them I’d be bringing the order back and wanted a refund. When I got the store, there were three young teens working that looked between the ages of 13 and 16, and an older woman who wasn’t understanding me and thought I just wanted a Dr.Pepper. The youngest one was cussing at a customer whose order was wrong and trying to get a refund. A couple picked up an order and immediately came back in because it was wrong. The oldest teen gave all of us a refund… allegedly. I’m not going to believe until I see it hit my account. I feel really sorry for the oldest teen that his father/owner would leave him alone and in charge on one of the busiest days of the week with children for employees. Highly disappointed and will never do business here again.

**Update** see below for stores response telling me to email so they can find out more. Emailed twice no response back, cleary their response was just to make it look like they cared but have no follow through.***Don't order from this location. Put in my order for delivery for 1 pizza. Estimated delivery time was 25-35 minutes. After 1 hour I called the store and was told the driver just left. 2 hours after it should have been delivered I called to get a refund. I was told I would have to call back the next day to get a refund as no one there could do that. The pizza arrived over 2 hours late cold and partially burned.

I had ordered a set of pizza’s to be delivered to my work place an hour 1/2 before my actual lunch break (I put a specific time the order needed to be delivered by). By the I went to lunch the order still wasn’t delivered so I called the store and they said it was in the car and was being delivered now and would arrive in 5 minutes. 20 more minutes go by and the pizza still wasn’t delivered so I called again and they told me the order hadn’t left the store yet!!! Not only did they lie the first time but they told me give it 10 more minutes and it would be on the way, I had put the order to be delivered at 7pm (my break is 30 minutes), I waited until 8:10pm before calling for the third time and cancelling the order. Severally disappointed, and a waist of a lunch break. Customer service terrible and delivery time terrible.

We used to love Mr Jim's. The past year or so this place has plummeted in quality and service. Tonight we gave them their last chance. At 620, we ordered pizzas to be delivered at 0730. After multiple calls back to them, the pizzas finally came at 0815...cold with overdone crust. We always try to give our business to locals but the Haslet Mr. Jims is finished. They used to be good. What happened? What a shame.

Final edit: Called again, and apparently there was a new owner coming in and old one was on his way out and I got caught up in the mix! The new franchise owner James strpped up and made it right! He offered a full refund or for him to remake my order. I decided to give them another chance... as I do love their pizza... and had him re make my order. It tasted amazing and I will definitely continue to br a customer! Thanks James!! I ordered some pizza on August 14 (wed) at 730pm. Husband and were finishing up yard work so at 857pm I called and asked if my pizza was coming ..they close at 9, guy sounded confused and asked my name , he then said " oh yes it's on the way " 915 comes 921 comes...nothing, I call back 5 times no answer. Next day Aug 15, I call talk to a manager he apologies gets my order number and says he will hand it over to a different manager to refund ,as he cannot. Fast forward a week later ...wed Aug 21st, husband and I do yardwork and jokingly I say let's order Mr jims..then it reminded me about our refund. So I checked our account and nothing , called up there at 821 pm and I was told the manager wasn't there call tomorrow around 1pm and talk to Colby. I called Thursday 22nd talked to Colby ,he apologized that I had been passed around and every manager has the ability to refund. He gets my order number with the time and says he will refund. Now it's Tuesday the 27th and still no refund!!! So now I will be calling again today. Come on y'all, hopefully ( maybe) this will get the attention of someone ( owner) and get it together. Talk to yall soon cause I'm getting the 35. 92 back! Edit tues aug 27th..just called back talked to Colby and he did remember me from calling last week. Apparently he sent a text message with the info over to a different manager to refund. He is going to call and let him know I still haven't received my refund.

We have ordered from the haslet Mr Jim’s for YEARS. We have a large family and order 6-8 pizzas on Friday nights. I stopped ordering for a few months because the quality and consistency went down dramatically. I’m pretty sure tonight will be the last time I order. All but 1 one my 8 pizzas was burnt. The toppings were sparse and tasted off. This is my second weekend in a row with burned pizzas and I can’t waste that much money anymore. It’s really hard to ruin a plain cheese pizza but this was awful. I also had an entire order cancelled with no notification and they closed without contacting me about a month ago.

I ordered a lasagna with white sauce, and what I received was a pasta with RANCH DRESSING as white sauce. Hands down the most disgusting pasta I have ever had in my life.

Ever since the previous owner sold this to a new owner. The quality has just went down. You can do an online order detailed what toppings you want and it was there and it looked presentable and tastes great. Now not only they don’t put the toppings on there it looks and tastes basic. At this point I will travel to the Mr Jim’s that further away from me on 377 before I comeback and eat this pizza that’s taste like cardboard.
