We've never been to a jack in the box before. We went here and the food was hot and tasty, the associates were pleasant and nice and the prices aren't bad. Will definitely miss it when we return home.

Great! I ordered ordered the bacon and cheese fries substituted the curly fries for regular fries. jalapeno poppers the 7-piece delicious. with ranch dressing. A number 7 Ultimate bacon cheeseburger combo. However I substituted the fries in the combo for $2 more on the ones above mentioned. K^

It's Jack in the Box. If you like their food, this is a great location. Fast and friendly service. Have never had an order be wrong over the years.

You know the saying good things come in small packages, the building isn't large but the customer service is much much larger than the building! Staff treats customers with a ton of respect and that's A++ in my book! Food is good and service is speedy. Not sure his name but a male manager who was working this afternoon (12/8) surely should get a raise! Definitely will return.

I went in on Friday morning...I ordered mobile order..I ordered 2 sausage croissant n 6 taco's.....I loved all the food. Was very fresh. Very neat....the line was very very fast..I usually go to the one by my house before I go to work. But this time I decided to get it by my job ....thank u for ur good n fast service..thank u

I've been visiting this Jack in the Box since 1980, the food is always good. The prices are always good. Use your app. Your app gives you big discounts.

It was the first time I was at a Jack In The Box in a long time and it was excellent. I had the prime beef hamburger with a chocolate shake and no doubt the chocolate shake was better than McDonald's very good food. I went through the drive-thru so I can't tell you how clean the restaurant was but I had a good visit good food and a good time.

There's no line when I arrived and a nice guy took my order. Then other guy delivered my order to my table . Waiting was no longer than 5 minutes. Is an excellent place to go alone or with some friends, but if you are a numerous family probably this is not for you, the place is kinda small.

Out of all the Jack's I've been to, this is easily the best location. Chicken strips are my go to and they do not disappoint. Big and juicy unlike other spots that sell strips as thin as card board. Fries always taste fresh and perfectly cooked.

Been going to this Jack in the Box for 3 days straight now for breakfast because it's on the way to work and it has been a pleasure going there. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The food is consistantly flavorful. All in all, it has been satisfying.

Today I not only received the worlds best salad from this location I also received the worlds best service. Who ever the gentleman was who worked this morning around 6:15am was the kindest jack in the box employee I have ever met. He made me smile and made my day.

Small place and great for a quick bite with friends. Drive through makes it very easy to get your food quickly. Usually not very busy, making it great for lunch breaks and quick bites. Very good for going with a small group, as dine-in area is small and can easily get crowded. Location can make it tedious to get in and out by car, as El Segundo is a very busy street, especially during peak hours in the Hawthorne area.

What's to be said? After more than fifty years... [USN '71 - '75] Jack-n-the Box!!! Really! Mmmmm good 👍 what i needed, when i needed it, at a price i (& u) can afford. That's a period. Affordable. Fills the hole. ? whaddya want?

Drive thru is a drive thru. But today, the sweet young lady that took and handed my drive thru order was a ray of light! I'm today's social climate, as we all feel the weight of the lowest of low moral; at a time of the decline of great customer service, when social niceties and pride in ones job has all but disappeared, this young lady was a tonic for a weary heart. She spoke with happiness and at least looked like she took pride in her work. Head held high, moved quickly, and had the biggest most genuine smile. Thank you, young lady, for shining some brightness into a dark day.

I am usually not a big fan of Jack in the Box burgers, so I was pleasantly surprised at the new Ribeye Burger. It did not disappoint! Juicy & flavorful, complimented by the Curly Fries and a (possibly best in the industry) Strawberry Shake. I am well pleased. And the service is outstanding. Dining room and restrooms are nice and clean.

Just an ordinary food stop. Just make sure your condiments are in the bag before leaving as they will charge you for extra condiments

Excellent customer service pleasant, knowledgeable. Apparently they made the order upon ordering because it was a rather lengthy wait time. No one was ahead of me and it being nearly 2 in the morning. I was told the food was good. Good job for fast food.

Parking is iffy, but takeout is very good, so.etimes a little hard to understand the server, but the electric screen showing what's ordered is the best thing to help with any issues that arise. Great service.

I recommend you get the jalapeño poppers. They're delish. It's Jack in the box, I went late drive thru. The service was efficient, my food was fresh and hot. I plan to go back for those tacos and dip em in buttermilk.

Average! Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger is my favorite so far. Stuffed jalapeños are delicious!!

The only reason for the its ok is that I do not like their food LOL. Especially when the only item that they have that is really good is the tacos, okay and the cheesecake.

The guys that work there are very nice people, the last 5 times I've been there I had a guy take my order and he was very polite!!!

New restaurant, nice staff,clean restaurant but the food just wasn't Jack in the Box, the orders were mixed up I called they said come in so they gave me the missing food plus a little extra but again over cooking on the burgers curly fries were soft, chocolate shake could us more chocolate

The staff is not very friendly at all. Most of them never smile, and the female manager kept looking at my 13 year old son and me like we were going to steal something! I have frequented this location because it's close to my home, but I really don't care for the way the staff responds to the customers.

This 3 star rating is based on location and late night service. There is enough parking and I can usually walk to get a bite. The place is what it is. And the staff is okay. They could work on getting more healthy options and always shine clean. But thaws why I stay at 3.

Jack in the box is awesome, but this fast food store is the worst one ever. On one occasion in April 2022 we went and they screwed our order greatly. They gave us someone else’s order with ours and over charged us. It happens! The same day, they did not have any shakes. Then in another day in April 2022 we went back and they were out of crispy tacos. The issue is that if you get in line, there is no way to get out until everyone in front of drive-tru leaves. Therefore: Caution, go at your own risk. Check your food, check your bill and check if they have what you want before you go through drive-tru. Update: owner wants a respond through website. Thank you for prompt reply. Jack in the box is not the issue. Everyone who eats at Jack in the box loves jack in the box. The issue is that you go to a fast food restaurant and they mess up your order in a way you need to give money back and food due to error. Also where you need to make sure they have what you want before you actually get in line to order, it’s sort of a store issue and not of a Jack in the box issue. Sometimes the line can get long and once your in the line ordering your basically stuck until everyone leaves if they don’t have what you wanted. Maybe if the store will be out of Tacos or shakes or sandwiches or anything they can post before getting anyone getting in line. 👍🏽😀. Thank you.

I don't have high expectations from any fast food chain. The food was the food, but this particular time was during lunch, and the two ladies in drive thru were having communication issues. I ordered the number 16, and when I was handed my bag, there weren't any condiments present. So I asked for sweet and sour sauce. The manager looking lady said, "it's in the bag." I replied, "there's no sauce in here." So she says, "Here's some more." Some more what? As if there was some already in the bag. So before I drove off, I checked the bag completely. I then asked, "Can I have a fork too?" The lady attitude worsened and told me there was a fork in the bag. I showed her the bag with just the food and napkins in it and she the said, "here's another one." Another what? When i was pulling off i heard the manager lookig lady ask the insubordinate, "you didn't put a fork and condiments in the bag?" Now, I understand S.O.S. because i used to work drive thru at a fast food restaurant, but how you improve your time is by improving your service not rushing the customer.

Employees argue with you about what you ordered, charge your card three time and then argue with you they didn't (even after you show through the card's app that there are 3 charges). Argue with you about EVERYTHING and have bad attitude like you're inconvencing them

Incredibly rude service by the young man working here at 9:30 pm on 1/2/2020, in the drive thru he slammed the window in my face twice while I was trying to add something to my order. I shouted to them through the window and he just locked the window and walked away and had someone else complete my order. He was extremely rude in ways that I can't translate into text.

They require your ID to use a card. That not only is against the merchant agreement, it puts you at risk. Don't do it. It does not protect you or them. It does expose your ID to someone who does not need to see it. I refuse to ever eat here again.

The manager (Jose) refused to refill my drink more than once because the drink machine is behind the counter and they are too busy. As I understand it there are unlimited refills at any Jack in the Box. Bad attitude and bad service.

It's ridiculous that you have to pay $0.25 for each condiment that you get, and you're buying like more than $50 worth of food for your family. The woman who took our order, Neisha is her name, seemed at first friendly, then when we noticed a mistake on our order and showed it to her, her response was "You didn't pay attention" so why are you hiring rude workers? If you cannot treat customers respectfully don't work in customer service. I'm here on vacation with my family and not native to the area, but even if I were to visit again, I will forever avoid this location because of how rudely we were treated when trying to correct our order. Lose the attitude with your workers. This was so unprofessional and not okay to speak to your customers that way.

Okay, normally I would give it 5 stars. But this is the second time I have received the wrong order. I caught it the first time when I exited out of the drive through. But now I'm all the way home. I ordered a large curly fries and I have regular fries. I'M VERY UPSET!!!!! It's almost midnight. I parked on the street so I don't wanna leave and not have parking when I get back. Been coming here for a minute and in general not really any problems. Recently this location is starting to charge for sauces aggressively. I ordered online and asked for 4 sauces for about a 18$ meal but on pick up I was asked to pay I want to say .25c or .50c a sauce cup. I explain I ordered online and I already paided for whatever was needed or deemed necessary online. After a bit of back and forth I just asked for a refund. When I order food and pay , online or by phone I don't expect to arrive and pay more than what was agreed. Nice little spot otherwise.

terrible customer service. I had to repeat an order of 4 tacos 3 times, when I received my order it was incomplete (they only gave me 2 tacos), by the time they delivered the other half of my order the first tacos were already cold. They charge you 25¢ for each sauce and they only gave me 2 napkins. The most unfortunate thing is that there were absolutely no other customers in the restaurant because I don't want to think what will happen when they have to serve more than one order at a time.

Customer service was awfully terrible. The man at the cash register gave me terrible customer service meanwhile the gentleman in front of me who had a lighter complexion received quality service.I had to wait TEN minutes to order my food. I purchased some food from here and received food poisoning. The workers here are grimy and childish. It’s bad to the point I had watch them prepare my drink in case they’d do something to it. Will never contribute another dollar to this franchise. Thanks for letting my food sit out to the point it’s cold. The cook tampered with my food by putting a bunch of spices on my chicken sandwich. I should’ve walked out once they started spraying chemicals around the food to clean the floor and drying areas. Just know you’re eating cross contaminated food mixed with soap and cleaner. #getcustomerservicetraining.

Never ordering from here AGAIN!! Normally when I place orders here the food is fresh and tasty. I do not know who was in charge of cooking and preparing the food but it was poorly cooked. I placed an order for a sausage croissant breakfast sandwich, large curly fries, and churros. Upon receiving my food I noticed that the yoke inside of the egg was runny!! Not fully cooked! The curly fries were cold!!! And not fully cooked! This is unacceptable!!! Please consider hiring someone else to be the cook ! Whoever prepared the food did a lazy and poor job! Unfortunately I will never order from this Jack in the box after this experience!

I live super close to this location. I have visited quite often. If you use drive thru most of the time you can't see how they handle the food. I went inside the other day and the manager touched all the food he prepared with his bare hands. He touched frozen food and cooked food all at once. I told him I saw and he just replied, "if you ain't going to order anything, don't criticize me." I didn't order anything, I left. The times I walked into this place everything looked grimy.

These guys have horrible customer service. I’m from out of town and I came through the drive-through earlier and got lunch and a large drink with my combo. I actually lost my receipt and I was on the way out of town and just wanted to stop by the same Jack-in-the-Box and get a refill with the soda. They asked me if I had a receipt and I said no unfortunately I lost it. I apologize. And they said no we can’t do it unless you have a receipt and I said can’t you just do it this one time? And they’re like no sorry and I said well I was gonna order something like a chicken sandwich and two tacos but now that you said no on my refill from earlier i’m not going to order anything and you get a complaint from corporate. That’s exactly what I said to them because I feel it’s pretty ridiculous that they can’t just hook it up with a refill out their generosity, knowing that I lost my receipt. All you had to do was grab my cup and feel that it was still cold to know that I got it recently if you can’t pay attention to faces with your memory in the drive-through. Like I said thanks a lot. First time here ever and i get attitude and the wrong food along with getting food with no sauce or anything. Only thing i was happy about this visit is to get breakfast in the middle of the night hot and ready. Wish it was the fully correct order but it happens sometimes. I used the jack in the box app and ordered on there then came to pick up my order in under 10 mins from order time. Hopefully i can get my order right, hot, and ready.

Another jack in the box that served me hot rotten eggs. Not only do the workers continuously mess up a simple order but they never can hear my order. To the point I have to carry a receipt around to help them...I think I’m just done with jack in the box overall. I always have the worst experiences, no matter the location. So maybe it’s just me. In response to the owner, I’m not reaching out through your website. I literally did that before and received no response. Hire employees who use their eyes and can comprehend better.
