Very unprofessional employees. Horrible place DO NOT STOP HERE! Our entire family was on a drive to a funeral and we are trying to keep our spirits up so we are telling stories and joking around. So apparently our laughter was to much for them to handle so they come out acting like we are laughing at them. I mean if your that pairanoid then something is wrong with you so don't be bring that out to customers. I repeat DO NOT STOP HERE!

We live in Hearne and thought we’d give Sonic another chance. We got a smash burger which was not fresh or hot and a footlong dog with chili and cheese. We live 5 minutes away and our food was cold and not fresh. My chili cheese dog had very little of what they call chili and no cheese. I would give them minus stars if I could.

Pulled to drive thru menu... looks busted and no one asked my order, went to drive thru window.. card reader has tape all over it, sat 5 minutes..no one came to take my order. There were very limited parking kiosks..i think 5. Full. I left.

Took the family here for slushes & shakes. I got the Chocolate Oreo Milkshake, as we’re on our way home I’m not seeing any Oreo in it, and figured they must have forgot. But as I got towards the bottom there were a few small pieces, about enough to amount to a SINGLE Oreo (2 tops) like it would have been better if you had just forgot! Finding the tiny amount in the bottom is almost insulting. Anyways, everything came out fast and no issues with server etc. just whomever made the Shake. NO, I don’t want to escalate a complaint to corporate (your standard response for the bad service in these reviews) JUST FIX IT IN HOUSE! Thank you

Had to do a drive-thru order. Sign in parking lot saying no park orders taken... Cashier was rushing to take the order. There was nobody in the parking lot or in the drive-thru. Cashier was very short with her responses and rude. Placed all food into one bag. Kids meals we're not in a separate kids bag. We we're taking orders for 2 different households. Waited at the window to ask for bags to separate the food, but was ignored. So there we are digging into the bag to separate the foods. This is not a good thing at all digging into other people's food... We will not stop here anymore next time we'd prefer to travel 45 minutes and buy in another town and give our $50 to a better restaurant and drive back home.

When you’re open till 10, and a customer arrives at 9:30, the least you can do is say “sorry we’re not taking orders”. Instead we sat at the drive thru waiting for several minutes. Pulled up to the window and again waited a while before leaving. I just wanted a sundae.

Worst experience EVER! My wife and I stopped by to order food. My wife was ordering and evidently she could not hear my wife speaking, So my raised her voice a bit so the lady on the other end can hear her. After the 1st order she asked is there anything else. My wide said yes. After giving the 2nd order we didn't hear anything else. Came to find out she started taking someone else's order with out finishing our order. DO NOT STOP at this Sonic. These people are horrible at their jobs.

We came today for a hot dog and after reading it back to me, THEY STILL DIDNT PUT THE HOT DOG ON OUR ORDER. It was also mid happy hour and nothing we got was discounted literally at all. These girls working seem sweet but regardless this is a work issue that should really be addressed with management. If you don’t want to do your job DO NOT DO IT. There was also condiments added and missing from the food we did receive. I will NEVER return to this location. As it seems many others from the reviews agree.

So I wait in line for 7 mins before placing my order through a faulty microphone wait an additional 15 mins before getting my order. Drive home (12 miles) then realize they forgot my wife's meal.. worst case outcome. Never again

They charge you for sauce for your mozzarella sticks whe it’s SUPPOSED TO COME WITH IT. But they say it’s a “location” thing. The staff doesn’t listen and we ordered the jumbo popcorn chicken and this is what we got, not even close to a full amount. Also wanted to charge us 30 cents for ketchup. Rude staff. Hate it here. Will never come back.
