If I'd saved the money I spent over the years at Taco Bell I could have my own franchise! In seriousness, this is my go to location in Milpitas. They are consistently good, both in quality and service. They train their employees well which is difficult in a high-turn business like this.

I used to go here late at night after work. I only stopped going because the drive through workers started to recognize my order and gave me the sauce I wanted without asking. It’s great service, but it made me question how much fast food I was eating. Good food and the drive through is pretty fast.

The cashiers are always nice but i hate when the baja blast freezes arent chilled enough and drip down the side of the cup. This didnt happen to me at the mcarthy ranch taco bell location.

Whenever I come here, this worker is always energetic, friendly, and seems like they're putting in their all for good customer service. Convenient location at the exit of freeway 680. Nice and clean from inside and quick service. Seating area is very spacious and very bright. It was super clean. Decent parking lot. They also have drive thru. The staff members were very friendly.

This is a much improved location from when they used to be located across the street. Spacious and comfortable for eat-in, and it has a drive-through that has always been quick for me. I love the large high-top table in one corner. I have the normal experience of variation in how much filling goes in my burritos, with some workers being a bit skimpy and others being generous, but it generally averages out to about what you would expect. I do wish taco bell would standardise their scoops for at least a lower threshold that seemed reasonable, but it's certainly not a reflection on this particular location. I'm generally happy with the food I get.

Taco bell is a place I enjoy going to at least 3 times a week. Sure, the food quality isnt the best but I don't know what more you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

Another Taco Bell fried chicken attempt and another pretty mid experience. Chicken flavors a bit off, maybe the seasonings are wonky but chicken itself is ok, a bit dry but ok. The new sauces are literally the best part. The bell sauce is actually really nice.

This Taco Bell is pretty solid. Nothing spectacular or over the top, but it’s a reliable spot to swing through and grab some inexpensive fast food tacos. Plus, it’s conveniently located right next to a Starbucks drive thru. Great for a double drive thru situation. Highly recommend the new cantina chicken stuff. Definitely the best meat option Taco Bell is serving at the moment.

Taco Bell has the best customer service when it comes to major fast food chains. They ensured to get my order correct at drive thru speaker & at window! To the staff at this location & beyond keep up the good work. 2019 update from 5 stars. Went at night which is not usual for me. They were quick but maybe to quick rice in my burrito very undercooked watch your health with that. I wanted the services to be consistent but the employees were tired & burnt.

Make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive through. I estimate that my order is incorrect at least 20% of the time. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and food is prepared quickly.

Taco Bell has been around for awhile. The menus have change since I was fourteen years old. What never changes is good customer service. I came over because I was in the area a couple of times. Everybody has an off day, so we always can’t be smiles and positive. The first time my cashier couldn’t remember my order. I swear he was falling asleep. The second time you could tell the cashier didn’t want to be there. And the tables weren’t wiped down. Will I stop going to Taco Bell? Of course not. I won’t go out of my way to go to this one.

I frequent this Taco Bell multiple times a month because it is close to my house. I don't think I've had a soda that actually tastes like what was ordered. Always tastes like multiple sodas mixed together. Not sure they ever clean the machine. I will most likely have to switch to a different one since this doesn't look like it'll change anytime soon.

Before leaving make sure you check your order, every time i’m here they always mess up my order somehow and forget something. i only go here because it’s close, but be careful. Otherwise, the food is decent and the place aswell

The order was difficult to get in. The woman hardly spoke English and kept interrupting my order for 3 crunchy tacos, light on the sour cream and regular pepsi. I had to repeat myself a few times. Then, they gave me an incorrect order with a large Pepsi. I was upset, but didn't want to argue or take any more time, so I drove away.

Ordered a crunchwrap Supreme and there was little to no meat. My grande stacker was all tortilla and meat 1/3 through. Also asked if I can get a refill on my drink and was told I have to buy another one. Came here a different day and asked for a grilled cheese burrito and was told "we don't make that anymore. " eventhough its on the menu.. I went to the taco bell in Milpitas and ordered it with no problem. Next day I ordered it again at this taco bell and they made it.

I had ordered vegetarian chalupas drive-through, when I opened the order at home, they gave me chulpas with almost empty (very few beans and no lettuce tomato , no cheese) Its almost cold and empty. I think they don't check, its like premade food. THEY SERVE ANOREXIC TACOS at the PARK VICTORIA Location. They put a tiny bit of meat and a ltiny small amount of cheese. BERRYESSA TACO BELL IS always good but this location on park victoria is very skimpy on all there food especially on their tacos. You'll be lucky if you get 6 little shreds of cheese. And a 1 to 1 1/2 small teaspoons of meat in there anorexic tacos. Might as well call them vegetarian. The only worker at the drive thru that wasn't rude was the Mexican older gentleman. The younger workers have terrible customer service skills and attitude.

Manager(?) wouldn't believe me and keep repeating that "I" already picked up at window (they didn't confirm for order pick up?). Finally made my order after 3-4 times showing my phone for app order and cc. Given order and had missing items. Bad experience coming here food was very sloppy not well put together. The restaurant was dirty tables not cleaned and floor not mopped. I got a chalupa box and it was more condiments then meat taking into consideration that they call it a double chalupa with more meat. That wasn't the case at all. Been there twice this past week, extremely slow service, one worker went off to talk on her phone while leaving the others to do the work on the first visit. I’m a local customer who has been coming to this Taco Bell for quite some time now. After it reopened, I was hopeful for a better experience—but today was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. I work in the area and usually go through the drive-thru because I prefer not to go inside. Having worked in the fast food industry myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be—but that’s still no excuse for the kind of disrespectful, careless service I received today. First, the employee at the drive-thru (a man with glasses, who I later found out is named Ivan Valenci) made me repeat my order multiple times. I asked politely for extra sauces and for the ingredients to be placed on the side. He gave me attitude and said he couldn’t make changes because “the order was already placed”—even though I was still at the window, handing him the money. His tone, the way he looked at me, and his overall behavior were extremely unprofessional. When I asked for his name, he rudely replied, “I’m not giving you my name because you can’t pronounce it.” That felt not only disrespectful, but possibly racist—was he trying to mock my background? After this unpleasant exchange, I went inside the restaurant to speak with someone, but no one was even helping the customers waiting in line. The staff just stood around and stared. Eventually, the same employee came over and sarcastically asked if I “needed help.” When I asked to speak with the manager, he said the manager wasn’t there. I asked for a phone number to contact management, and he refused to give it. To make matters worse, I later found out from a friend that the same employee has treated them poorly as well. So this seems to be a recurring issue. If someone hates their job and doesn’t want to deal with customers, they shouldn’t be working in customer service—especially not at the front line of a fast-food chain. Taco Bell really needs to address this and train their employees on how to treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. As of now, I won’t be returning to this location until I see a serious change.

This location is pretty bad. The customer service at the drive through is ok, but the chef is super shady. Every time I order the beefy 5 layer burrito, it's mostly all tortilla and no beef. Even when I bring it up to them, they make it even worse. All beans no beef, won't be returning to this location again. The Taco Bell on main Street next to the Great Mall is much better.

Thankfully the food is still good, but I doubt I'll be coming inside ever again. Wanted to sit down with the kids and enjoy it, like the good old days, ya know? After waiting for 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, another customer flagged down several employees and the third one told us to use the kiosk to order our food, which the other customer couldn't use cuz the tap was broken and had to wait even longer to flag down another employee. When the food was ready, the drinks weren't there. I waited by the pick up, made eye contact with several of the staff, and waited some more. Eventually, another order came up, and I asked the lady about the drinks. She held up her hand in a "Stop" motion and walked away. Didn't inform anyone of me waiting there. Eventually, I got the attention of the girl manning the drive up and she got me the drinks. I understand not wanting to interact with customers - I really do. But intentionally ignoring people and not informing ANYONE that there are people waiting or need help? That's ridiculous.
