Asked the lady making my sandwich to cut my tomatoes in half and this lady looked me in the face and said “No! I already sliced the tomatoes and I don’t feel like doing that.” Super unprofessional. I’ve definitely had my tomatoes cut in half before at that location.

I was helped by an older white woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional. She did everything in a hurry despite no line behind me and was abrasive. She had airpods on and did not hear me when i said honey mustard and put yellow mustard all over my sub. I told her as soon as she did the mustard that it was wrong and she got upset. she removed the cheese she put the mustard on and fixed the sub, but she put one whole big slice of cheese instead of the halves subway is supposed to do. I asked her if she could please fix it as it was too much one one spot and she rudely responded “it’s cheese what else do you want”, I responded “okay, mayo please” to which she responded what else. I said mayo again, she asked me again, I said mayo a 3rd time. Once done, she rang me up quickly and walked away to help another customer before the card reader even loaded for me to swipe my card. I had to reach over for my receipt as she had left. As I walked away, she had the audacity to tell me to grab my receipt which i clearly already had in my hand. I finally got upset and told her I already reached over since she was in such a rush to leave. Terrible experience, don’t come here.. not worth dealing with that goblin of a lady.

I went to this SUBWAY and was served by a tall, thin woman who was very rude and impolite. She was doing everything quickly, it seemed like she was in a hurry, even though I was the only one in the store. I was treated so badly that I decided to leave without eating my sandwich because she left the counter and left me talking to myself. I went to Royal Subs to eat, which is much better, both the food and the service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS SUBWAY.

This was the worst Subway I have experienced. The restaurant was not very clean and the restrooms were atrocious. One of the two employees was speaking so loudly about personal issues and using a lot of foul language. Horribly inappropriate for an employee.

This was by far the worst Subway location I’ve ever visited. The place was filthy and completely unkept—it felt nasty and dirty from the moment I walked in. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely terrible. To make matters worse, they were charging me before even preparing the food, which makes no sense. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Honestly, it was such a bad experience. Bathrooms were filthy. Ladies were smoking.

Today, I visited your location with the intention of purchasing food for myself and my mother after her shift at work. I ordered a sandwich on herbs and cheese bread with tuna. When asked if I wanted it toasted, I initially said no but quickly changed my mind. The employee became extremely upset with me, stating that I would not be receiving my food anymore. I was made to wait while she undid my sandwich, causing the ingredients to become cold. Additionally, when I inquired about the meal of the day, I was met with a negative attitude. This experience left me extremely upset, and I ultimately chose to leave and take my business elsewhere, despite initially planning to spend around $30. If there is any doubt regarding this situation, you are welcome to review the camera footage from 4/26/25 at approximately 9:22 AM.

Franchise manager cares more about the money than employees and customers. Use the app if you want to redeem coupons as they refuse to use them as advertised. Prices are going up and unfortunately corporate Subway can't help with this establishment's poor management. The staff is friendly and the service is quick.

If you’re not a morning person DO NOT WORK THE MORNING SHIFT !!! Got there at 8:05 and pulled the door it was locked but the sign said OPEN I said ok in my head they’re probably still getting ready. So by 8:10, I called and the lady answered with an attitude. I said hi good morning are you guys open? She said ma’am the door is open then I said oh OK I’m sorry because I just pulled the door and it was locked. She said well OK ma’am the door is open. I already knew that walking into the restaurant this lady was going to have an attitude with me so I said good morning. She didn’t say anything. I saw her mumbling off and shaking her head so I said good morning again she said “ I’m trying to get set up “ We just opened “ with t an attitude and rolling her eyes. All I said was good morning I didn’t ask her to make a sandwich as yet because one thing about me I’m very considerate and understanding and I was giving her time to set herself up. So I politely turned around and walked back out the front door and she yelled. “What bread do you want?” I got back in my car and I drove off. Very unprofessional like get it together it was too early for her BS and I did not trust her to make my sandwich. I will just go to another restaurant for breakfast 😊.
