The truth is that it is a very simple place, the people are very friendly, a very hidden place, good price, fresh product, I liked it, although it seems that it lacks more decorations, but I think it is perfect. It's not a good option for seafood. I'm not giving it 1 star just because the food tastes good. However, the place has quite a few drawbacks. For starters, if you're not a regular customer, you'll never know what food they serve there. There's no menu, sign, or price tag. Second, the service is very poor. It only takes three tables occupied for the waiter to become overwhelmed and stop serving normally. A sign that there's no interest in investing in employees to provide good service. And finally, the prices. Too expensive. If you want to pay 90 pesos for four shrimp on a tostada, you have to go to Manzana. One thing that's noticeable is that the good service is provided mainly to the owner's acquaintances. These are the people who can afford to pay such absurd prices just to go drink beer and eat seafood at this place.
