We ordered sushi and pasta with sweet and sour chicken. It was awful; it tasted like honey chicken. The pasta was overcooked. The sushi was okay, it didn't taste like much, but the sweet and sour chicken was the worst. It used to be good, but now it's horrible.

There were 10 girls behind the counter on their phones; there was no one else around. I sat down and waited 15 minutes to be served, but nothing happened. I got up and left.

I liked that they had good music but the customer service was very bad since it took them a LONG time, without exaggerating, 1 hour to give us our order, which by the way was supposed to be EASY since it was natural. Besides, we had to call them to order because they were not paying attention and they are not doing their job because they are chatting.

Honestly terrible service, the sushi is horrible to start with they gave me seaweed like I asked for and it tasted too much like seaweed, it was impossible to take a bite without feeling and smelling a lot of it, and they're not even enough to peel the fucking shrimp 🤢🤮🤮disgusting

Terrible customer service, 0 stars. First, they gave me the wrong order, then they remade it and gave it to someone else. No manager was available to say anything. Not even an apology, discount, or free food for two mistakes. I waited 40 minutes for three surf and turf dishes.

Terrible service. We ordered takeout for just sushi and boneless wings, and it took over 40 minutes, if not an hour, to arrive. Apparently, the cashier made a mistake and put the order for delivery, so the driver took our food and we had to wait for him to come back. To top it off, there were extra portions missing from the order we paid for. I will never eat here again. There was no compensation, and they wouldn't give us a refund when we tried to cancel. Awful! 😡

Seriously stay away from this place. The food is absolutely awful! The sushi rice was like paste, the tempura tasted funny and the Yakimeshi was just Mexican rice with soy sauce. Apart from the food, the service was slow and unfriendly. When our drinks took 30 minutes to be served I had to get up and ask for them at the counter. Needless to say I was thirsty. Didn't even bother getting the manager, he was the one I asked to give me my drinks and he didn't really care.
