Pedro Funk

A great bar for a quick lunch break if you're in Hervás or the surrounding area. They offer a 15€ menu with bread, a drink, two courses, and dessert. Each dish has an impressive variety, so you're sure to want something from it. The cachopo (a type of cachopo) has a €3 surcharge (I think it's normal and worth ordering), and eating on the terrace has a €1 supplement. Even though it was packed, the service is very polite, they're very fast, and most importantly, the dishes are delicious, so I highly recommend it.

We ordered two set menus: a mixed salad and hors d'oeuvres for the first course, and grilled octopus and cachopo for the second course. Everything was delicious and in good portions. For dessert, we had cheesecake and chocolate brownie, both homemade and delicious. The service was very friendly. Highly recommended, definitely.

We arrived without an appointment and were treated very well. They set us up with a table, and we were eating within half an hour, despite all the hustle and bustle. The 15-euro menu (1-euro supplement on the terrace) is very good, with a lot of variety and everything is delicious. The migas (breadcrumbs) were very good, as was the house salad. The braised pork cheeks and the pork were exquisite, some of the best I've ever had. For homemade desserts, the brownie was delicious. There was plenty of good bread, a bottle of wine, and another of homemade wine. The waiters were very attentive, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely return. Very happy.

Tomamos en la terraza el Menú: primeros Migas con huevo frito, segundos, lagarto ibérico y abanico ibérico, ambos a la brasa, postres, pan y botella de vino con gaseosa, 18€ persona. Personal atento y muy amable. Estaba todo muy bueno. Sin complicaciones y sin fallo en un pueblo que merece la pena visitar.

The food was good and varied, both the set menu and the sandwiches and tapas. We were served quite quickly and the waiter was very friendly. The place and the restrooms were also very clean. If I'm in the area again, I'll come back.

We went for a weekend and decided to stop for dinner after reading the reviews. They offer a set menu, but only for lunch. We ordered a combination plate. It was a deer cachopo, and it was very good, with egg, potatoes, and salad (actually, it's just lettuce). We didn't like that they charged us 1.50 for a roll we didn't order or eat... it's something that happens in many places, and I think they should ask first. The waiter was very friendly and attentive.

We were passing through Hervás and enjoyed a great breakfast at this bar. The toast with tomato and ham was very generous and of excellent quality. The service was also very quick, even though the bar was full.

We ordered the cachopo combo plate and also the vegetarian croquettes. The cachopo was very good, but the sizes varied greatly. The meat was cooked to perfection. However, the service was terrible. We waited for more than half an hour to be served.

For lunch they have a €15 set menu that's well worth it. We arrived at 1:30 pm and almost all the tables were occupied, although there were two left to be set. We asked the waiter if we could sit at one of them, and he said he didn't know, that there weren't enough waiters for so many tables. In the end, he said yes. We were served quickly, but I noticed there weren't enough staff, which meant the few waiters there were overwhelmed the whole time.

Divine Mammooth

We ordered a menu, and for €11 each we had migas (breadcrumbs). I had escalope and my partner had cochinillo (fried piglet), dessert, and water. We also ordered croquettes. The food was good, especially the migas. We enjoyed our meal, and the service was quick and friendly.

La tostada con jamón buenísima, lo que no es normal es que pidiéramos un bocadillo de lomo ( menos de media barra) que valía 6 €y por 3 trocitos de queso y un poco de tomate triturado me cobren 4€ de suplementos( casi lo q cuesta el bocadillo) Total 10€ un bocadillo, una pasada.
