Went in tonight. Got some frostys a Dave’s single and a nugget kids meal for my daughter in drive thru. Got home and one of my kids nuggets had a bite taken out of it. Had to throw out her meal. Gross. First time this has ever happened

The worker made my chili with no gloves. Didnt put the lid on and it spilled on the way back to work. The crackers are very soft and stale. I didnt get a receipt

Wanted to dine in for a quick bite. Right away we went to the kiosk & didn’t see the chicken tenders on that menu. My Bf went to the counter to ask one of the 5 people surrounding the drive through & fry area how to find the chicken tenders on the kiosk. My bf says “Excuse me” first the Shift Leader/Supervisor looked straight at him & continues to serve some fries, my bf said “Excuse me” again, & she again looks at my bf then tells one of the guys they have a customer at the front. He looks at us, then proceeds to walk the other way. Another worker walks in front of us, my bf “excuse me”, the girl looks at us & keeps walking. Finally the Shift leader or whatever she was turns to us & says “Someone will be with you”. Mind you, all we had was a simple question. All 5 people that were walking back & forth between the drive through & fries ignored us. We weren’t being rude or anything. We said forget this & walked out. I know how it is to work in the fast food industry, but I also know it doesn’t take much to tell your customer “ Give us a minute, someone will be with you shortly”. Or something along those lines, but for every person to look at us then ignore us was the lowest customer service ever. If the boss ever wants to check their cameras to confirm their horrible customer service check for today’s day Oct.19 about 6:40-6:45pm. Your team sucks. Can’t even give a split second to your customer.. Smh. We still wanted Wendy’s, so we drove 15 minutes away to the next one. Way better customer service. I’ll leave them a good review, they did what this Wendy’s couldn’t. lol.

These workers are fast food workers for a reason. Simple instructions and they can’t follow them. I ordered regular chicken nuggets and received all spicy nuggets and not a single sauce.

The only reason I gave it one star was because I couldn’t give it no stars. We drove up to the drive through and were asked to wait. We waited 5 minutes and then asked if anyone was there. The young man at the mic yelled at us very rudely. And I drove up to the window and he wouldn’t even look at us. So we drove off. We will not go back.

Spicy chicken sandwich was not cooked(raw chicken), this was after they asked us to pull aside to wait due them cooking the chicken. No one picks the phone up there to even speak to someone.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Only careless people work here. I've been ripped off multiple times at this location either by not receiving everything I ordered or they charge me for multiple items when I only order one. Then they try and act slick and not give you a receipt thinking you won't catch it. And when you try and call to make a complaint it says they're too busy to answer the phone yet there was only 1 other car in the drive thru....

Was there yesterday, dinning area was very filthy tables were dirty. Looked like they we’re cleaned by a dirty rag. New girl helped us out she was great but no one would help her. Male saw her struggling walked by and did nothing. There is no communication between team members. Order was taken correctly but somehow still managed to mess the order up.
