Great customer service. I couldn’t hear well but 2 young ladies working there we’re really kind
1st time there, of Hewitt Rd in Hewitt. Only 1 person on hand, plenty of people showed up, she took like a champ, treated everyone with the same professionalism and politeness, give her an extra 5 star. Hoogie was good, place was clean. We all wore mask and I'll be back.
This location has been really good at our online orders. Friendly people and our food has been great. Quick pick up and home to eat.
Yum yum yum, I love me some subbbbers. I mean seriously, you cant really hate this place that much. Sure the floors are gross but just dont eat off the ground, it's that simple. If a pickle drops off and onto the floor, it's gone dude. Bye bye, you ain't getting it back. I usually just bring my own yoga mat so I can eat and sleep on that groumf.
One of my best friends works here and every time I see her when she works, she gives me her employee discount (which is 50%)! She always does an awesome job making my meal and is great with other customers!

I seen this amazing guy Azreel!! So fast with my order! He helped me so fast, and got my order perfect! Totally polite, and asked if me and my kids needed any extra napkins or sauces!! So kind!! Thank you!!

The staff is generally pretty friendly at this location, and, if you're planning to eat at the store, there always seems to be plenty of tables to choose from. It often takes 10-15 minutes to get a sandwich here, however, as there are rarely more than two people working the line at a time.
They were nice.... Saturday I had guests come visit and I quickly went to Subway to get Tuna & Chicken scoops in bowls and fed my guest... Thanks 👍 We Enjoyed our meal & cookies 🍪 😋....
We love this Subway. Normally they take the coupons here. Today we ordered 3 toasted flat bread footlongs. None of them were toasted. The pizza we ordered was ordered with cheese, and there was no cheese on top. Not usual for here. The churros were good. :) Maybe it will be better next time.

I found the sandwich to be not madewell when you asked for extra ranch or something like that they do not they'd sort of just put an extra drop on it and I feel that the service was lower low graded than that other places .
Kind of disappointed because I do love it here but twice I have paid for double meat/protein on a sandwhich and twice they didnt do it. Food tastes great, staff members are nice, restaurant is clean but orders have been wrong.

The older Caucasian lady kept touching her mask today as she prepared sandwiches. Then she moved to the register and back to sandwiches after rinsing with only water. Not Sanitary!!!!! The mgr needs to be trained on Food Safety hygiene.
Girl behind counter was going to charge extra to chop a chopped salad. Needless to say my salad is not very good. Whole leaves of spinach. Full slices of tomato. Full slices of cucumber. My salads won't be coming from Subway anymore.
Food was fine, but my complaint is that the lady Candis that made part of our sandwiches her shirt was so large when she reached over her sleeves literally were all over the sandwiches. Plus she doesn't change her gloves. She had the same gloves the whole time we were there and doing various things. Cross contamination.

Only because this girl was devoted to her job until another employee made it from another store. Customer wanted to help her but didn't want to get her in trouble

Lets be real here, everyone is short staffed but that is no excuse for poor service and lying. If management only allows 1 person to work in the restaurant on a weekend then that manager should be fired. Went in today and there was only 1 girl working and I felt bad for her. The problem is I ordered and prepaid on the app and when I walked 30min later she had not gotten to it yet, which was fine. But she kept taking new orders in line and not making my sandwiches. Emma then came in to help her and asked me what my sandwiches were, I asked her if she didn't get the order online as the other girl knew exactly what I was waiting for and apologized for not making them yet. Emma told me "the system was down" so I proceeded to explain my order that I prepaid for which was a complete waste of time. The Bread was hard and obviously day old, their dressing bottles were empty and the place was a mess and there were 2 Door Dash drivers waiting as well.
This is the absolute worst subway I’ve been too. Gas station subways are better than this. Bread is gross meat is slimy and veggies are half frozen. They basically put no food on the sand which. This is ridiculous.
Terrible, terrible TERRIBLE. Ordered online. When I went to pick up my order, the server said we never received that order, although I had a confirmation number. She made half of my order then went to someone else's order. Another server finished my order. Things were very chaotic. I called to get curbside service but no one answered the phone. Will NEVER return to this location
This location is Horrible. 251 The two people running this Shift. Are A Joke. The Customer Service was Very Poor. And very Unsanitary the workers kept Touching Things with Their Gloves on and Then Went Straight to Handling Food
Asked for everything except onion and banana peppers and was told I had to tell her what I wanted , and just stood there waiting . So I said (thinking she didn't understand) everything except onion and banana peppers. She said she wasn't joking could I please tell here the items I wanted . So I'm guessing customer is right is not a motto at subway . How can such a simple request be so hard to do ? Great job subway !
Terrible customer service experience I had to call the store 10 times just to get somebody to answer the phone I was told I wouldn’t be able to cancel my online order that I’ll have to get a reimbursement from my bank because they do not refund for online orders!!!!
They wear gloves but then they touch everything with those gloves and then go back and put the vegetables on your food I find it very gross to be wearing gloves processing food while touching High Point areas. They should change gloves if they’re going to touch other things beside our food
I literally just got out of subway where a preparer stayed that they no longer make chopped salads. I leave and as I sit in the parking lot if that subway the subway website says order your chopped salads. Suddenly a salad at mcalesters sounds pretty good.
The employees are not friendly at all! The bread is hard and falls apart. The prep area was a disaster. I don't know if they need more workers or if the two guys here just don't care.
Lady making the sandwich was very rude. Don't tell me my kid gets to decide if he wants a vegetable or not on his sandwich. The choice rest on the parent not a 9 year old boy that would chose chips for every meal if he could.
Worst by far. Put in a mobile order about an hr ago, got to the location to pick it up. It's not ready. Proceeded to wait another 15 to 20 min as several walk-ins were ordering after i walked in and receiving their orders before mine was even started. Horrible customer service. This had happened on multiple occasions. Refuse to come here again.
This place is incredibly unprofessional. I went in to order for someone else, and they had given me the wrong meat and I asked them POLITELY to remake it. One of the ladies there laughed and mumbled that i shouldve told them while the were making it. I didn’t even know they put the wrong thing until i got the receipt. Very disappointing they would treat someone like this over a simple mistake, and I will not be back.
Ordered online and was told the card didn't go through and that I had to begin another cart to try and use the card again. Had no problems the second time around. Then I noticed that the first DID infact go through. So now I've paid for two orders. No one in the place knew what to do to cancel one of them. Fine. I agreed to call back in the AM and speak to the manager, Alisha. Get back home, 25 min away, and my baby girls meat ball sandwich was NOTHING but bread and parmesan. So now when I call in the morning I have to get a refund for that sandwich as well. Starla offered no apologies, and seemed a little amused.Will not go back.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Worst experience ever! My sandwich was disgusting tough bread, slimy vegetables, and the dressing was nonexistent. I asked the manager a few days later to remake one to make it right but she said she couldn’t “mess with it” after 24 hours. I do not have the time to babysit employees who should know how to make a sandwich.
This location is a joke.... Alicia the manager has trained her staff to be extremely stingy and not use the correct build to charts. I know this because her staff relayed that info to us last night . I was charged extra for guacamole when the staff did not use the correct scoop. When I said something he found the scoop real fast but still charged me. The tomatoes where frozen and soggy. The worse experience ever. I did call and speak to alecia this morning and she said she would give me a free scoop of Alvarado. Lol. We were regulars at that location along with half of our neighborhood. I will be posting my experience everywhere possible and its because of that sites manager. She should have made this right. Asking for nothing free but an apology would have went a long way .
Subway is so low mid. Big ups to the marketing team cause they tricked me into coming in again but never again. Jersey Mike s is it for me. I tried the new series with 33% more meat but someone forgot to tell the sandwich builder it’s only the pictures Jersey Mike s no picture just pure taste.
Slowest experience at a Subway ever. Two people in line in front of me, but those few sandwiches took twenty minutes to be made. No exaggeration. The girl was so slow that I felt like she was doing it on purpose. Her co-worker was also fed up with her but I don't think she had a concern in the world. Her name began with a T but since she wore her name badge on her cap, I couldn't see it clearly. Bread was over cooked and not tasty, though the rest of the food was just fine. I understand there are challenges in hiring right now but trust me when I say she was a poor choice. Others behind me left because of the speed of service. I only wish I had, as well. I love subway but even though this one is two blocks from my home, this was my last visit here for quite a while.
I went to this subway yesterday for lunch and the entire interaction was terrible. The staff members I encountered were too high to even function. But that’s not the main issue here. The young man who was helping an older gentleman before me was incredibly rude to the hard of hearing customer. He then checked him out at the register, tucked his hair behind his ear, scratched his NOSE, then came and grabbed my bread and ask me what I want on my sandwich. He did this without even thinking about changing his gloves after everything he just did and touched. This is disgusting. Very terrible experience and I’ll never be back. I can only imagine the cleanliness of the parts of the store we cannot see.. :/

Sandwich would have been cold at the slow rate they were going. I will definitely not be back.
I just don’t get it at this Subway. They can never get an online order correct, and even when the app says it’s ready it hasn’t even started yet. Hands down worst location in McLennan County. This isn’t a review from a one time disappointment. More like a fool who keeps think over the years it will change.

The middle aged woman with the glass and dark hair, had a terrible attitude. Made myself and three other elderly people uncomfortable with the way she was tossing things aside and passive aggressively shouting at the customers. Also told me she couldn’t serve me the pizza I had ordered online, which is understandable, but I had already paid for it and was not offered a refund until I asked for one. Maybe stay in the back baking the bread or something if you obviously don’t like the public that much. :( I spent $50 and tipped really well also.
I let a young lady go ahead of me because she was only getting 1 sandwich, and I was going to get 3. When it came to my turn, the girl didn't want to wait on me and got the guy to take care of me because the 2 people behind me were minorities and I'm not and she wanted to take care of the 2 behind me. I will not be returning to this subway at all. The attitude towards me was horrible but the attitude towards the people behind me was very friendly.
I'm not sure why I keep thinking they will get better. The gentleman with the hairy forearms used his entire arm to hold down the bread to cut it. And then the older gentlemen got so close because he had a problem seeing what was on the sandwich that his shirt was touching the sandwich. His face in mouth was literally two inches from the sandwich. I am done. Jimmy Johns from here on in.
The store manager and area manager both were extremely rude after I had a sandwich with slimy lettuce and cucumbers. The store manager was very disrespectful and basically ran away from this complaint till I caught her off guard to give her a chance to make it right. Needless to day that the area manager was very unpleasant and backed up her store managers behavior while a crew member at another store had to fix the complaint to make it better. All the while the area manager was yelling at that crew member who was extremely helpful and very friendly and went above and beyond I might add while the area manager and her store manager was down right rude. I plan on contacting the franchise owner and letting him/her know how there lovely area manager treats customers.
