The food was ok. What stood out was the manager and staff. He was pleasant. He inquired if we were satisfied with our order. And offers to change. The restroom was really clean👍

I've always like the roast beef sandwiches at Arby's. We are experiencing a shortage of workers these days due to COVID and wage disputes so expect to sometimes wait a little longer than usual. It's worth it to me because that roast beef is delicious!

Not only do I frequently eat here, but I'm also a worker. That holds a lot of weight to my opinion, since usually you'd think the employee would be sick of the food. But I'm not! Arby's is great!

We have been eating drive thru from here for years and they are always yummy and fresh. I order the roast beef gyro with extra tetzaziki sauce every week. They always get our orders right and make the extra effort to make us happy.

Love they turkey gyros and curly fries. Many great items that my girlfriend and I enjoy and just totally different food from all over fast food chains. Drive thru is slow but the workers are very friendly and moving quick so guess it's cause it's all made fresh

There's sandwiches are amazing. They have an abundance of meat inside end are poppers are good and someone there onion rings. We always also get the little sliders. I think one of the best fast food places.

Like always, Arby's is better than the McDonald that is across the street. Update, go across the street to the McDonald's. This place has gone down. They give you your order and when you ask if everything is there they say yes. But when you get home or to work. You only have not even half of your order. And when you try to call to complain they never pick up. So you take the time to go back and they don't help you or are rude for complaining

Friendly staff and very helpful management if there's any issue they take care of you. It's always clean and bathrooms are always cleanest in the area. Pickup a brisket sandwich and loaded curly fries can't go wrong.

We stoped in to get something quick to eat. The restaurant and the bathrooms were very clean. The food came out fresh hot and quick. The employees were very nice and polite. I would highly recommend this Arby's.

This was my first time going into arby's food chain. As a kid I would pass by the store and thought of sitting in one day and enjoying a meal here. Passing by a neighborhood one day I looked to the side and said "lunch time". I went inside and it was a small place compared to other restaurants in the area but it smelled like I should eat here. I thought of chicken but once I looked up I had to say give me a combo value meal #1. Statehouse sandwich with a soda and fries. Needless to say the flavor of the sandwich was delicate. The beef was fresh. The source bar was clean. When I finished my meal I got up and moved towards the exit door. By the door there is a bell and it reads. "Ring bell if you had good service" I ringa ding, ding that thing and smiled at the employees behind the counter. I was full and happy with my meal.

Fresh food, waited a while, but it's fresh. Staff is attentive. Enough parking. Food is always tasty.

I ordered the pecan chicken salad with a side of sweet potato fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The sandwich was good but could have used a little more pecan chicken salad.

Wife liked the Italian sandwich. My chicken sandwich made it to being ok. Kid's chicken strips were kind of hard and dry. In Houston, TX the Arby's were much better. This one will do, though.

My experience was okay. I ordered 3 of the smoke house brisket with bacon combo, the sandwiches were cold, their shake machine wasn't working, the only upside was the manager apologized for the shake machine being broken and gave us a larger size drink.

This was my 1st to this Arby's and I had another 1st. This was my very 1st time getting a cold Reuben sandwich. I go to Arby's quite frequently and my sandwich has ALWAYS been warm/hot from N. Miami on 163rd and on Memorial Hwy in Waycross, Ga. And what's even worse I had to wait on order for and cold sandwiches fries were hot and my drink was good that's why I gave a star.

I never eat at Arby's !! This Arby's confirmed why I don't..I got a Gyro the pita bread was stale , services was slow, and the condiment table empty, bathroom & Dining room nasty, and Manger went outside while customers in line...NOT GOOD However this is always best; For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. The food is very tasty, obviously not healty, but delicious. But... The attendant in the drive thru was the worst, don't say hello, thanks, good bye, with a bad attitude like his is making me a favor. Never again I'll be there.

I do not recomend this Arby's. Im giving 2 stars cause every time i come here they give me the wrong order and some times they don't cook the roast beef all the way so basically they are selling raw beef. I thought it was the time but everytime no matter at what time go costumer service is horrible. NOT GOING AGAIN.

Horrible and unproffessional servicio, all tables were completely dirty, and employees made us clean table. My fries were horrible Burned, and did not get me fresh new fries, they were charging me for extra. This location Arbies is disgusting and horrible customer service, was not worth bringing my family, this was our first time to this restaurant and last time i ever come here again. We threw away all the food. Crossed the street and ate at MacDonalds

Be careful with the Arby's in Hialeah on Okeechobee. The food is served cold and they frequently get orders wrong. Check your food specially if you go via the drive thru. If they can't get food orders correct, I can only imagine how they prepare the food and maintain the place clean and sanitary.

Sandwiches keep shrinking and slapped together like they really don't care. Got a beef and cheddar sandwich with a miniscule dollop of cheese on it, no sauce at all and all the beef was attacked in one side of the bun... if I wanted to make my own sandwich, I would have stayed home!

Ruben sandwich was cold. Very little cornbeef on oneside of bread. No taste not enough meat and horseradish nor thousand island sauce. French fries cold. Spoke to manager he said meat came already portion out. Didn't seem interested when i ask for another sandwich or fries. He continued to joke with staff and the laughing and using profanity language whole guest were coming in restaurant.

Bring back your previous employees. Those that helped us today were stingy with your Tzatziki sauce and meat in our gyro wraps. Also, when we asked for your Signature sauce, we got 10 ketchup packets instead. What a waste of a trip!

I use the drive thru. I order When I pull up to widow. Am wearing a mask and gloves The guy the opens window. No mask. No gloves , then with no gloves. Starts closing the cover of my drink with bare hands , some body inside notice because he was handed a mask by somebody inside but never bother to put on . With all that's going on , they should be more careful and mind full of mask and gloves in a food company

Rally disapointing. I has high expectations and sandwiches are not even close or resemble to what it is advertise. Fries cold an burned. And I got my food wrong.... it is a definitely NO GO!

Usually very good, ordered fish it was ice box cold, it took 20 minutes to get the order, the fries were overcooked and there was no sugar in the sweet tea. Furthermore, we practically had to make our own sandwich because they didn't put the condiments on the it and they forgot the cheese.

Worst experience I drove by the drive through I was asked to move forward that the food would be brought to my car when I received it and informed the girl that I was missing parts on my order, her response was it doesn't matter. I told I paid for this she went back into the restaurant and with a mean attitude gave me the rest of my order. Not only was I was over charged but also given and attitude, it sad to see how so employees have such an attitude of "entitlement".

Don't know what happen to this place used to be clean. Last 2 times I've been there it has been disgustingly dirty . Told assistant manager about it and he got irate citing that they are understaffed.

First time eating at Arby's today. Unfortunately did not like the Smoked Brisket sandwich I ordered. NOT at all like the picture in the ads. The curly fries were not bad and the apple dessert was very good. But the sandwich was a MAJOR disappointment.
