The subs are good. Prices are a little high. Employees are friendly and the food really compares to no other sub shop. They have plenty of seating. But there is usually a small wait in line for service, especially if you go during lunch hour.

Best sub I have had! Unlike other places with pre-made meat, they cook the real bacon and chicken etc on a hotplate in front of you. Could do with more help, but the girl who served us was really good! Will definitely return

I will always love jreck subs, their service was great, enough space, wait time wasn't bad for dinner time, the place was clean. They had a great selection for subs cold and hot. The service was great and with a smile to welcome us. Overall if you get 10 subs you get 1 free which is a win win 😁

It's worth the extra ten minutes to go down 37 to the one in Massena. This location is just full of people who don't want to work. The sandwiches thru make are thrown together garbage.

Food is great but no one will pick up the phone!! I’ve tried placing an order online but there’s no option to pay at the store when someone else is to pick it up and buy!😡😡This has happened almost every time I call and no one to speak to.
