The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and well-seasoned. The fries are better than McDonald's IMO. The owners/staff are friendly. The wait is not long, especially if you call in your order. Update: I continue to be impressed with this place. The pizza is always good. The cheese tastes reminds of the old school cafeteria pizza from back in the day. The crust is the right blend of crispy and chewy.

Awesome people! Really take care of the customer. Food is clean and tasty. Lots of menu options. I love their pizza and their fried chicken! I try to go here and eat at least twice a week. Can't beat the prices and customer service.

Love the food , people, and promptness! My mom first ordered there and she says that there is no other place better than this location. Mind you, there is closer location of crown Fried chicken than 188 St. It's the staff that makes it worthwhile going back. Continue to demand a smiling face on those in the front line because it makes a difference in one coming back to your service. I will be there esp for the lamb over rice! Natasha

They're a fairly new business at this location (a few months) and the woman I've interacted with has been friendly, professional, and accommodating each time I've been there so far -- I hope she remains that way because people do notice and consider it when they decide whether to patronize places, which is why I've returned multiple times. The food is pretty much the same as I've had at other locations. I only took off one star because: 1) I usually just get chicken but will try new menu items now and then and the fried shrimp had way too much (actually was mainly) batter; and 2) I didn't observe anything really bad happen with the food, but they should just be mindful about placing exposed food too close to where customers (or they themselves) can stand or have conversations, or letting it sit out exposed for too long (for quality rather than health reasons; again, no one reading this should be too alarmed -- I did NOT see anything significantly bad happen with the food, and the type of food I'm talking about has a somewhat low health risk).

Visiting New York found this place. Being Dutch means we want the best for as little money as possible. Tried different food there and all good! But that pizza!! Wish I could take one home with me. I definitely recommend this place and the people are very nice too.

I've always gotten chicken over rice from here and the whole dish was fresh and top quality. Yesterday I ordered the dish for the first time in several months and the rice was old. How I know? Rice should not clump together and taste dry. Please don't take cheap methods to preserve money knowing that old re-used rice can make someone seriously sick. Do better 😑

Y’all got to be serious. Wait time is an annoying 20 minutes for the food. It’s so messy over here. And the employees — SO annoying! It seems like they don’t want to serve the customers. They keep us here so that it looks like the store is busy. It’s a risk. Dont come.

I ordered over the phone for pick up and I was on my work break. I had asked after placing an order how long it would take, the lady told me 15 mins. I went to the store 25 mins later and found out that they did not even start preparing my food. I had to wait another 20 mins for the food. I can understand people making pranks but, if you didn't trust me then she could have just said we don't take orders over the phone. Bad service!!!!! Not coming here again.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I will " never" buy from them. The food is...let's just say I regret buying from them. A really, truly bad food experience. I am devastated. The smell, taste, and being drowned in cooking oil...omg! I am surprised to not be in the emergency room. Never again. Never!!!

I ordered over the phone for pick up and I was on my work break. I had asked after placing an order how long it would take, the lady told me 15 mins. Disgusting, Distasteful hot wings served as a 10piece meal at 12pm. They were literally burnt, dry, salty and hard as the fries. I asked to speak to the Manager but informed he was not present.
