This place is just unreal))) cool space 🧖‍♀️ The spa, the bathhouse, the sauna, everything is top level. Everything is new, spotless, well-maintained, with a beautiful interior. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The service is so attentive, the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile. And the kitchen… that’s a whole separate love ❤️ we’ve already tried everything, they have extra menu for spa, and it’s all incredibly delicious. Truly an amazing space to rest both body and soul, surrounded by wonderful people.

I recently visited Federal SPA and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and thoughtfully designed. The hot and cold pools ♨️❄️ were refreshing, and the steam room was absolutely perfect — hot, spacious, and relaxing. It really felt like a mini-vacation right in the middle of the city. After the SPA, I had lunch at the restaurant on site — and wow, the food was delicious! Fresh, flavorful, beautifully served — it really surprised me in the best way. A perfect combo of wellness and great food under one roof. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely be back soon. Thank you!

Federal Spa is amazing! Loved the sauna and banya, and the cold plunge was the perfect way to cool off. The outdoor area is beautiful — we had filet mignon, crawfish, and a Caesar salad, all super tasty. Great spot to relax and enjoy good food!

Federal spa is by far the best Shvitz/ sauna/ banya in Miami. The rooms are hot and large with good seating and the ability to add water directly to stove. The cold plunge is a great temperature and the facilities are nice and clean. You can eat and have delicious food on the outdoor patio which has a pool and hot tub as well. The environment is relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious with great western and Russian dishes. You can smoke outside if you want. Would definitely recommend anytime, as prices are fair and you will certainly leave relaxed.

Federal Spa has it all - tons of facilities (sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzis), super cool modern interior design, and a legit restaurant on-site. The food is seriously good, and here's the kicker: they serve Ukrainian borscht! Yes, borscht in Florida, and it's delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. One heads-up: it's adults-only, so great for a chill day but not if you're bringing kids. Overall, perfect spot to relax and eat well. Highly recommend!

I have been to Federal Spa & Restaurant a few times before, just to have a meal…the food is wonderful and people & service are also incredible! Tonight I had an even more incredible experience going to the spa and enjoying all of the amazing services! I love the way you can go into the spa, have a steam, sauna or hot tub, then return to your table to eat & drink, then do more spa as many times as you like! Definitely try the cold plunge and cold shower, they will invigorate you beyond your imagination! This place is special and I will definitely return with my friends to share what I have found! Thank you to the entire staff, you are all just great

We went to this sauna with four friends, and wow—it was awesome! Super cozy place with top-notch renovation and a perfect price-to-quality ratio. We loved absolutely everything—from the friendly reception service to the surprisingly great food. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave… might just move in!

Visited your wonderful place for the first time yesterday and truly enjoyed it. The atmosphere is great — cozy, relaxing, with delicious food and a perfect space to spend time with friends. The only thing I noticed was that it was very crowded, and the servers seemed a bit overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with the number of guests. It might help to add more staff or improve the service coordination. Overall, I really liked it. Thank you for the experience — I will definitely come back again.

I flew in early and had a day to kill waiting for the rest of my team to fly in later in the evening. I decided to spend it here and I’m not disappointed. I just did the spay day pass and it was more than worth it the facility is nice, the saunas and steam room were everything I needed. There’s a nice locker room with showers and pretty big lockers to stash a carryon size bag. If you need a nice relaxing spa experience and want to stay away from the beach/resort crowd that has absolutely top notch food as well. This is the spot!

Absolutely incredible food! Everything we tried was delicious -- from the perfectly cooked shrimp and tender dried meats to the fresh sashimi and flavorful tartares. The selection of beer and wine was impressive, with something for every taste. What makes this place even more special is that it's located inside a unique wellness space with two different types of steam baths and a sauna -- a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy a truly memorable meal. Special mention to our server Ira -- she was exceptionally kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting Federal Spa and restaurant not just for relaxation, but also for a top-notch culinary experience!

Everything was amazing! The steam room, cold plunge and jacuzzi were awesome. Eating by the pool was equally relaxing and delicious. The pricing was very reasonable for a luxurious experience. Shannon the hostess was very helpful, she gave me a tour of the facility and I had to come back.

I have been to this spa several times and each time had a pleasant experience. The stuff is attentive, the sapce is very clean, the food is delicious. Hightly recommend to everyone!

Spa is brand new with top-of the line equipment, very clean. Saunas are great. Showers are equipped with a build-in cold water buckets, which is fun. Decent size outside pool. Nice seating area inside with fruit-infused water. Restaurant has 2 seating areas - informal around the pool and more formal (you have to be dressed) inside. Service is excellent! Staff if very friendly and helpful with the menu. Food is great, a bit expensive but worth it. I recommend borscht, and this is a meal- huge portion (comes with salo 😊). Everything else was also great. My husband ordered chicken kebab and was eating leftovers for 2 days 😊. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing day and great food.

We went on a Thursday afternoon. Everything was wonderful. My age is 65 and I am an American white woman. I felt very comfortable, safe, and pampered by the staff. The spa facilities are comfortable, modern design. At the time of my visit, 2pm-6pm, there was 80% middle aged men and 20% young women. Mostly Ukrainian and maybe Russian guests? All the guests were friendly or nicely engaged with their groups. The food is delicious. I hope this place thrives as it seems it will. They need a bigger parking lot especially at night.

Even I can say that’s a good sauna to go with decent food options , service could be better in many aspects! Been there twice and this is my honest opinion. Recommend to try there crawfish or shrimps.
