I think this is one of the best designed boba time. More engaging for you. Customer service was great. Drink was good. Definitely a place to hang for a bit. Must go.

Highly recommended! As a Taiwanese resident, I am very picky about boba (tapioca pearls): this place is fantastic! - they have MANY options, good selection of drinks - there are dairy free alternatives - there are gluten free options - they use fresh fruit - honey is an option instead of sugar - bobas are good!!! - staff knows the ingredients of the drinks - staff is nice and kind and smiley - the ambience is nice - place is clean :)

Hits the spot! The store is actually very spacious which is quite nice. I got the strawberry matcha and it did not disappoint. Sorry my photos don’t do the drink justice. I got a regular and finished it in five minutes 👍

This place is amazing! There are so many different varieties to choose from. My sister got the pistachio matcha milk tea which was amazing and I got the matcha shaved ice with boba on it and I loved it! I also really appreciated the great customer service

Lovely and cozy bubble tea place. Great selection from bubble tea, smoothies, desserts, and baked goods. Friendly and quick service. Free wifi and free parking if you are lucky and come at the right time. Parking spots pretty busy.

Great drinks and good vibes. One of my favorite places in Hollywood on a hot or cold day. Boba is a must at this place especially for first timers. It's what they're all about. Plus I love the fact they have outlets for their customers.

One of my go-to boba spots in Hollywood - everything here is always solid! I've never had any issues with this location - the service is always super friendly, and has my drink order quickly prepared in no time at all! The indoor space is very clean, bright, and modern. It has a bit of a warm and cozy feel to it that makes it relaxing to chill in, although I'm usually just getting my drink to-go from here. The boba drinks themselves are all great - I've had several different options at this point, but some of my favorites include the Dirty Matcha with espresso & the Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie - sooo smooth, creamy, and absolutely delicious!! Prices here are also pretty reasonable compared to some other boba spots that have started charging close to $10 just for one regular boba drink! I have nothing but good things to say about It's Boba Time in Hollywood - and it's definitely worth stopping at if you're in the area!

Looks like the awning out front burnt at some point and it was not replaced nor was the exterior tidied up. They have a lot of flavors with milk tea and slushes. Street and lot parking.

I’ve been here a few times. The drinks aren’t that bad. Not the best but Boba, but it’s convenient and fast. The staff are rude, unfriendly and seem to be miserable as they show it clearly. My last time I was there will be my last. It’s dirty and the cockroaches tend to love the Bona too.

They're selling strawberry Oreo shake but it's not like any shake I've ever had. Full of ice chunks and no ice cream. Maybe try Chick-fil-A down the street.

I had a day off and since it was hot I really wanted boba. It's been some time since I had gone to this location. I ordered 2 drinks on the app and when I walked in it was completely empty and both employees working said nothing to me for about 1-2 mins, no greeting, nothing. When the employee finally acknowledged me, I stated I had a pick up order and she replied in a way that clearly means she should look for other employment if she doesn't want to be there. I work in customer service and that demeanor would have gotten me fired. I won't go back to this location because of their nonchalant and dismissive employees. I'll stick to the Sunset and St. Andrews location.

Placed an order in store with a person more than 90 minutes before the store closed. Was told 10 minutes later after waiting for my order they were out of boba, “and it will take an hour to make more, so….” I clarified three times before asking for a refund because it seemed so ridiculous to have had my time wasted like that.
