The original Burger King on 5th Avenue in Gloversville is my favorite. The people are very friendly and they get the order right.

New offering of choice of 2 sandwiches for $6. Highly recommend the Big Fish and crispy chicken. Much better fish sandwich than McDonald's.

Best place to eat cheap with a coupon. We both had lunch for 4.00, can not beat that! The food is always fresh and hot unlike across the street!

Very good customer service like someone else said it's a older crew so are very much more professional. The decor is the typical old style we all know with that brown tile . Overall I was happy with my purchase. Inflation has moved up the cost along side with labor costs. If your looking for a job they are always hiring and $15 an hour is nothing to sneeze at in a tight economy. Also apparently BK doesn't allow any photography on their premise so I'm not sure how they think people will adhere to that silly rule. I suppose we don't want any pictures of us sharing our experience at this store. The funny part is that you would only see the sign walking out of the store after you already committed this horrible crime of taking pictures.

I love this BK. Drive thru is quick inside is quicker. Tends to have older employees so they have more respect the others. Don't go to the BK by Walmart there not very clean. Drive the few mins down the road and got to the BK in the arterial plaza.

I have never reviewed any fast food establishment ever. Came here on Easter before a hike, as nothing else was open. It is standard Burger King food, but i have never seen it made so well. The food actually looked like the commericials. Coming from a big metropolitan area I have never seen such care and precision at a fastfood establishment.

Breakfast just OK quick bite early before errands!

Bought a breakfast sandwich and some hash browns. The cashier was very nice and the hash browns were delicious. My bacon egg and cheese croissant was pretty pathetic. The cheese was hanging off to one side and it barely had any egg on it.Also the top part of the croissant was so thin that it fell apart.

BK coupons generously and I got in today just before the 10:30 end of breakfast. I do wish they'd go to 11 which they only do on Sundays. I do feel that McD's offers better sandwiches than BK, but BK should promote their other items better:Hot cakes are good and cost far less than McD's, which doesn't even offer anything comparable to BK's French toast sticks.

Not always the freshest but it's 100% better,cheaper and sandwiches are way bigger than their competitors

Good Burger King. Arterial plaza location has better food than the Kingsboro Ave location. However, the Kingsboro Ave location is newer and has a more modern dining room.

Alitte slow in drive thur, but the food is worth the wait. The wait was MUCH shorter than McDonald's drive thur where IF they get your order right and in the bag it's thrown together and pretty bad food. Love the grilled burgers here instead of microwaved/heat lamps at McDonald's. Food tastes very GOOD!

Was quick and ok,but none of the burgers ever look like what's being advertised. Ordered double cheeseburger n got 1 burger with 2 slice's of cheese and cheese wasn't melted at all,was cold. Last time in that place.

Friendly staff. Store needs some cleaning, as their counter signage is dirty. Wait wasn't bad, was about 3-4 mins to get our order. We were 3rd in line, so that's actually a really good time.

I ordered the impossible burger and 4 japeno poppers. It was a long wait they were very busy . My impossible burger had no tomatoes and certainly did not look like the picture, but they made up with giving me extra poppers.

I sat at the window waiting for my order when I finally got it they didn't charge me. I sat there till a staff came to the window and I told them I hadn't paid yet. I asked for my receipt and a drink tray. The woman handed my card back with out saying anything and without giving me a drink tray or my receipt.

Good food except last time I was there I got extremely over cooked chicken tenders and had to wait 5 more minutes even though I wasn't told. It's fast food and fast food is supposed to be 90 seconds, not 5 minutes. Besides that they've always been pretty good

My order was wrong twice in the same visit. I ordered the chicken wrap meal, not asking for sauce, received it with honey mustard sauce. I went in to correct it and said I wanted just the classic. I received my "corrected" item and it was just the chicken and tortilla, not lettuce or tomato. I'm not happy.

Cold fries and the iced coffee I ordered was 3/4 full. Very disappointing!

Terrible service very slow waited 15 minutes for our food

Ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and waited 8 minutes at the front of the restaurant for the order. I'm not sure that's fast food.

Nobody is perfect. And BK in Gloversville NY proves it. Every single visit they prove it. So i guess they are perfect at not doing their job.

Food not bad. No ice today!!! Did not find out that they had no ice until, We got our drinks. I said no ice in my drink that's when they told us no ice today. Nothing better that a not coke on a hot summer day.

Does the "management" in this place do anything besides smoke cigarettes and gossip? The mystery shoppers need to go there and just listen and observe. So unprofessional. But I guess that's what you get when adults take over the jobs that are geared towards inexperienced teenagers.

Some don't know how to listen to orders and how to talk to people.

Worst service ever. This is the 3rd time I have ordered door dash that came from this location and the 3rd time they forgot a meal from my order. When I called them to ask about it they lied and said it wasn't their location (I can see on the app it was) and then said they are closed we need to contact door dash. I told them the dasher said she would bring me the good back if they made it and still they refused. So once again I go without a whole meal because of this burger king. If you are going to do door dash before closing you should make sure u get it right or dont do it at all. And then to be so dismissive and rude like I'm bothering u to give me a product I paid for. I can't believe they treat their customers this way I guess they don't need customers

Update - I got an infection from eating here!!! I was ordering before work often and I’ve noticed my burgers would taste off, thought it was just me until my throat would get irritated each day. Something is wrong, either the ingredients aren’t fresh or they’re not cleaning correctly. Definitely not coming back.

I purchased 2 chicken wraps a drink and some fries. My grandson ate his wrap and some fries while I started to eat mine first bite was ok but second bite not so good as I found a long hair in my sandwich. I am not happy as I checked out the era and found a second piece of hair. Really people in this day and age where is your hair nets and why are the employees not checked before making or serving food? I guess I’ll stay away from your store from now on as this is not the first time this has happened to me

The girl who waited on me was not listening!!! I told her a whopper meal with cheese. She gave us a whopper without cheese. I also order the hot pepper hamburger that's where she had the cheese added. I hate cheese.. She took out order while gewing her gum I thought she was going to blow 🌬️ a bubble. No thanks for the order or anything. Rude indeed!

Dinning room closed. Called ask if I could pick up my order at the window. In a vehicle too big for drive thru. She said no. At 1130pm no where else to get food. If I was the franchise owner I’d be upset that my employee turn away money. Especially considering the situation. Not like it was dinner rush hour. But these fast food workers think they deserve $15 hour. So sad how little people care nowadays
