In 2025 it is difficult to keep up with technology and the speed of which things are changing but little Caesars has definitely got it all figured out. They are in 2055 in my opinion. Fantastic integrations & automations across the Board A+++

Best Little Caesars in all of Miami I think. Pizza is consistent and service is quick when ordering online. Theres another Little Caesars closer to me but this ones worth the extra drive!
This location has been good so far. I order online and it's available in 10-15 minutes. The last time I ordered, they made the wrong pizza. However, I called and they gladly made a new one the way I ordered it...no charge. It's little things like that that keeps customers loyal. I would recommend this location.

For what it is. This little Caesars does it right. They have never once messed up my order. The staff are always nice. And the interior is always clean. Food is ready quickly and is made well. A go to spot for my family.
A huge thank you to, Jerry, employee at store located at: 24655 SW 112th Ave in Homestead, for creating a heart shaped pizza for my granddaughter. I know this is something that’s not offered, but you without hesitation said you could make it for me. I live three hours away, and you took the time to explain how to order on line, asked for my name and said once order came in you’d know it was the order for the ♥️ shaped 🍕. Pizza was delivered within 20 minutes from the time I ordered. Granddaughter loved it! She loved the brownies topped with M&M’s too! Thank you again for making this special surprise happen! The team at this location is more than amazing, they provided me an excellent service, they are very accurate when I ordered. The location is extremely clean, and most of the time is busy. It is better to orden online and then pick up because the process is very smooth and faster with those pick up machine, they will send you a code to your email when is ready so you don't have to be waiting and keeps the pizza hot. Little Ceasars is delicious and very good for the price. The full team here is the best from the guy in the front of the store and the guys in the back making this possible. Thank you so much for being there when ever is need it. Until next time, we never had an issue and it is our 8 time that we order there

Pizza was good, price is around 10$ for the pizza for 3 persons. Beverages were expensive here, better to buy from the market nearby. Personals every time are very polite. You can never just get in and out. It's fairly busy. Rarely any hot and ready's ready. We eat there about once every 2 weeks though lol

Definitely not the best Little Caesars. Seems like they have pizzas cooked and waiting for too long, it wasn't near fresh. Also too much sauce, way too much
Food is done well here, just usually long lines and long wait if you want anything besides a large pizza.
Honestly. The only way for you to get your 5 dollars pizza looking fresh is by customization and that's paying that extra money. Mind you. To get it faster. Order it online and pick it up. If not you'll wait for hours or the 5 dollar pizzas are horrible. Dry. And not prepped good at all. My choice. Customize it online and order through online.
No one spoke English, order was incorrect. This was supposed to be a replacement being a few days prior my kids were waiting for hours and order wasn't delivered. Called back several times was told it was on the way until finally I was told it was still sitting there. I placed order from Little Caesars not any other app. Once I picked up the second order I picked it up and paid for it and it was a dime in it. My two year old granddaughter know not to eat money.
Improve the quality of these pizzas. They have too much grease and lack flavor. They're not always as bad as today's. The amount of grease was so high it soaked through the cardboard box. I think they use some kind of artificial cheese because it doesn't melt and has no flavor, ending up in the trash. I'd rather pay a little more and go to another pizzeria like Pizza Hut, Papa Joon-o'-Domino's; any of them are better.
Please don't forget cutting up the pizza

I ordered pizza online for pickup and when it arrived I had to wait almost 1 hour because my order wasn't ready.
In the last year this location has gotten really bad. They don't do hot and ready, they straight up tell you they don't do it. The last 3 times I went I've had 3 different cashiers and each one of them was so high that they couldn't function, couldn't collect their thoughts enough to answer basic questions. Today the kid was standing there nodding off as you talked to him, his eyes were closed and he swaying back and forth... could barely stand up. Only thing I can assume is the manager must be an addict, so they hire fellow addicts. The pizza was fine

I have never had a bad experience with this location until now. My husband placed an order for delivery, nothing crazy just 2 pepperoni pizzas. However, when the order arrived both pizzas were completely destroyed as if they had been dropped or thrown into the car. When the store was called, they kept placing us on hold until the phones shut off for the night. Needless to say I have contacted corporate and will be asking for my money back.
This is all new to me, and I really like the products. I asked to use the restroom and they told me it was only for employees. Then the manager said it was broken, and when I turned around, an employee was going into the restroom. This is supposed to be a food establishment and should have restrooms for its customers.
I paid for a stuff crust. And got what ever they wanted to make this is not the cheese that goes in the crust. Highly disappointed
I usually order Italian cheese bread, and the one we bought today wasn't Italian cheese bread, it was terrible quality. It had almost no cheese and was just bread, really terrible. Also, at 9 p.m., there was no pizza and only one of this bread left. We've tried to buy from this place before, and at 9 p.m., they don't have anything. Where are we if they supposedly don't close until 11 p.m. because at 9 p.m. there's nothing left??? I really don't understand. The impression they give customers is that they have no desire to work.

Very Disgusting wet, soggy and cheese NOT melted. Called to let them know and the cashier was very rude and act like he didn’t care about it. Then I asked for a refund and told me to bring the pizza back after it’s been picked on and half ate by my family. Everyone was in disgust and threw everything away. I will be calling corporate but I wouldn’t advise to eat here if you don’t want half cooked pizza.
I would avoid this store if possible. This is the second time I've had to wait over an hour after my expected ready time. This time I was told my order was skipped and I had to wait for it to be made. They also ran out of cheese. I was in the store with over 20 other people waiting for orders.
Maritime service, I had 1:30 on hold on the phone and then we went and I didn't have any change for cash and it took a long time. Today, Saturday, October 29, at 8:51 pm, it was a bad experience. I really don't recommend it. 🤷 You have to look for another option.
Staff is almost always young kids that could care less about customer service. There is always a long line and staff is very unprofessional, in fact I'm amazed that they haven't shirt down or gone out of business as bad as they do it. I honestly can not say one good thing about this "pizza place"! Was happy when they opened till we ate there a few times.
At this location since covid they have a sign saying either exact change or card which is ridiculous. It's been more than 2 years and you mean to tell me that you have no change??? Now it's seems like a Rip off with all that extra change they are making from people paying cash. They need to fix that asap.
Slow service
Worst customer sevice told me while i ordered in person 10 minutes for crazy bread, I wanted 43 minutes for bread, for BREAD, While orders ran out the door with crazy bread. .. ridiculous.

He never answers the phone when I call to order.
We placed a simple order through the mobile app and we were told that it would be ready quite soon, but instead we were met with no pizzas available at all to pick up and they were out of crazy bread that we ordered and substituted with wings. It was not too big a deal, but I was hoping for Crazy Bread. Not to mention that there was only specifically 2 people working at the very moment and the person making the pizza was not being monitored or working at such a normal pace. the other one didn't really seem to act like he cared. There was no one there to even supervise or tell them what exactly to do so we ended up having to wait an extra 20 plus minutes for our order that we had already previously placed and was already available to pick up (or so we thought) regardless of the fact that we got our food, the service needs a lot of work and of course I hope that they step it up in there because it wasn't always this slow and poorly managed.
2nd time here. The staff acts like a bunch of kids. One lady yelled at a staff member so everyone can hear her. Very unprofessional. $5 Lunch Combo is supposed to be hot and ready between 11-2 Weekdays. Both times I went there weren't any ready. I will not be returning.
Only hot never ready. They wait until the place is packed to start making the pizzas the ovens are always empty.
This is the worst one you could go to.
So much for Hot N Ready everytime you go in they say there is a wait for 20-25 minutes. I can see this happening once in a while but this location never have any pizza ready. Just left there..you guessed it no pizza ready.
