This subway has changed my mind again. Had moved on from Subway a few years ago. This Subway made the 2 subs perfectly. No messy creation. Fresh taste, friendly staff, polite and most important.....great sub. Last note: years ago, the "Feast" WAS the sub. The Beast is now on the menu "30" close enough. Great job Subway.
The best Subway experience! The lady making the sandwiches had an amazing attitude, and the playlist was incredible!
I was very pleased with the service. The person preparing out subs made sure we knew which were the $5 footlongs. Be careful parking because it is adjacent to a gas station. Fortunately the people in Hoosick are delightful.
Been going here for years and the recent manager has this place in the best condition I've ever seen it. It's clean, the food is fresh and edible, quick service, and fully stocked with everything seasonally. I give it a 5 star ⭐ they need to keep the management the same and this place will strive!
We had given up on Subway years ago after a couple of bad experiences of poor quality food and dirty premises. We had stopped for gas and since it was getting late and there was nothing close by decided we had better get something to eat other than overpriced junk food that is regularly found in service stations.. This Subway had very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and best of all the food was surprisingly fresh and tasty.
Stopped in for lunch on my way to Vermont and I have too say it was awesome! Very clean! Food was on point! Very welcoming atmosphere! Denise made my subs and they were phenomenal! She was super friendly and efficient! Will definitely come back!! Whoever manages this store is doing a fantastic job!
This subway is a very tiny one, one of the smallest I’ve seen. The service and food was great!
The staff at this Subway were friendly and efficiently packed a delicious and stuffed veggie delight submarine. They offered to give me a container of buffalo sauce to go even though I didn’t order that when placing my order. Highly recommend this location!

This subway in hoosick falls has stepped up its game with the new manager, the store is Clean, the employees are funny and easy to get along with also they have very good customer service and pay attention to your order.

Ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and 4 raspberry cheesecake cookies with my food, gave me 6 chocolate chip, 5 double chocolate, and one oatmeal raisan. And didn't give me cheese with my pretzel.
It's a Subway. We were on our way out of New York, we were playing tourist and decided to stop to get food and use a rest room before we went on to our next destination. We were told they have no bathroom (I assume they meant for the public), but they were very nice in telling us the gas station/Dunkin has a public restroom (that's a WHOLE DIFFERENT review). There was two people working, at least one person was actually working, the other person dissapeared when there was two other people that came in (that's right, she took off when there was work to do). I ordered a foot long, I usually get double meat, by the time the first layer of bacon was on, they were out of bacon, no double meat for me. No big deal, I saved some money, but the fact the OTHER worker wasn't willing to come out and HELP the person making the subs, it made my experience not so great. She was making a sub for the person in front of me, their sub wasn't toasted, MINE was. Mine sat on the counter cooling off while other customers came in. By the time I got to get my sub, to actually EAT IT, it wasn't hot, it wasn't close to Luke warm, I was very disgusted by the fact the other person was SITTING IN A CHAIR when I walked out with my cold toasted sub. The more I think about how infuriating it is, the more stars they lose. Apparently the person that didn't want to physically work is management, when I made a remark about management, they were quick to shift their eyes towards the office (behind them) so I said "I'll leave before my words get You fired." The other customers behind me laughed, they had been listening to our conversation and joined in while I was walking out. I appreciate the one worker that was busting their hump to get the food out, too bad they don't have management that could SET the example, or even do inventory (hopefully the other customers didn't want Bacon/Chicken ranch or BLT) too many Subways are inventory deficient and 'management rich'.

Two stars. Great service. Friendly staff. Two stars for owner not giving the staff their tips that people pay. They deserve their tips. They work for them. What a dirty way to run a business. I bet NYS would like to know this. Its a tax cheat.

Worst Subway. They are awful at constructing a sandwich, and I didn't even know that was possible, I mean, it's a sandwich. This last stop will be the last. Daughter brought me a footlong meatball sub that had exactly 4 meatballs and absolutely no marinara sauce on it. They've gotten waaay too expensive to be this bad
Don't eat here, it gave me food poisoning. I also found out they mistreat their employees and have numerous health code violations. For months, there has been refrigerant coolant leaking all over the food that is served to customers. Bread is often moldy as they don't rotate the stock. Workers often work alone without breaks and no bathroom on site (can't use the bathroom next door since they can't leave the facility unattended). They also ignore all labor laws. This place needs the state to step in to force a correction of violations or close it down. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
No public restrooms to go along with the eat in dining area that is offered I recently asked if there was a restroom for my niece to use and was told I had to go next store to gas station or Stewart's there for I would of had to leave my food and my niece's food or try to wrap it back up to go next store to use the restroom. Never been in a subway that didn't have a restroom, therefore I will never eat at that subway and will never stop at that gas station again. Also I have a local friend who worked there few months back and no longer works there tell me when I did a online order that her and other employee didn't receive the $30 dollar tip I tipped them and after further inquiry I found out that the owner Sheila and Mike has the online ordering sent directly to there bank account and after more inquiries I found out that the tops was never put into the two employees paychecks. Therefore I will never order online there again bc my opinion it's not fair to the employees who work hard n fast to please the community with their food, and very unsanitary and unprofessional to have a dine in area and have no restrooms.
This location sealed the nail in the coffin and I will never go back to another. I asked for double meat and have been told several times by other employees that includes the extra cheese as well. This lady charged me for the extra bacon saying it only includes the chicken on a "chicken bacon ranch" (never ever been told this or charged extra) and the cheese, $22 for JUST a sub? Get out of here with that + they don't take coupons? What a joke
For some reason this subway likes to close an hour early turn their lights off at 9 o’clock when they’re scheduled time is supposed to be 10 every time I get out of work. It’s a very rare moment that I’m able to get Subway afterwards I pull up and they will shut the lights off and lock the door. It’s not just me. I called the other location and apparently their district manager Thinks it’s OK to close an hour early if they have not been profitable maybe shut your business down then and that’s why you’re not profitable because you change your guidelines and don’t care about the consumer.
Every time I order from this subway, they just can't get my online order correct. Tonight I ordered a hot honey chicken with provolone cheese, lettuce,and tomatoes. Got it home and other was loaded with pickles, olives, spinach and cucumbers and a very small piece of chicken. Never again!!

Be warned, do not place a mobile order at this store. They completely ignore you and serve walk on customers before filling your order. Very rude and mismanaged.
