I haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday in 20 years and for nostalgia my wife and I stopped in. We used to eat here every weekend with our friends back in 1999, until all the other chains moved in. I will just say I wish I never stopped coming. The food was awesome, servers were great and the place was clean. We went again a few weeks later and it was once again awesome. I really hope rubys sticks around because I feel like they have a lot more than other chains to offer.

I hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in about 15 years. We stopped in for dinner and although it is not advertised, there are actually a ton of deals on meals if you happen to stop in on a Tuesday. The waiter was excellent and although the food was not of a particularly large portion, it was enough for dinner. The salad bar seems to be the main attraction as dozens of people hovered over it and it was replenished regularly. It certainly was nice to enjoy a decent meal in a blast from the past environment.

09/25: Been going to Rubys a lot lately. Mostly due to Olivias great and friendly service! Really good margaritas! Patron please. Food is still hit or miss, but mostly good. My wifes burger was great. Salad bar is well stocked and tasty. Wish they wood get more Gluten Free options. Used to at least have gf buns, but they seem to have disappeared. Next time, I'll try a dessert. 11/15/19: Had a great turkey burger and salad bar. Turkey was cooked well, hard to not overcook. Gluten free bun was quite good. Olivia took care of us again, always friendly. And she made us 3 good margaritas, yum! 8/16/19: We got salad bar and drinks, which were made great by Olivia our server. She is always friendly and does a good job. Salad bar was good and so were drinks. 6/19: Good service, nice atmosphere. Very good salad bar. Happy hour house margarita s are quite good. Liz, our waitress, makes a mean one. She has a great personality and smile! The food quality seems to fluctuate. Order the salmon rare or its gonna be over done. (It was today, and the last two times also.) They have changed the pork chops too. Wifes was burnt the first time. Second time it tasted like gross bologna. Cheating out on product doesn't save money, it gets sent back and not pays for. The manager tried to be helpful, but she doesnt buy the meat. They could really use some GF options. Salad bar seems improved. This is our go-to place before movies, but not impressed this time. Will hesitate next time now.

First Time Ever Trying Ruby Tuesdays. I got the Shrimp Scampi and I got the Pibb Xtra. The meal was amazingand our waitress was attentive filling our drinks very promptly. I would definitely come in again because it was great food and a great atmosphere.

Tammy was absolutely AMAZING!!! she went above and beyond for my husband myself and my rambunctious kids. She was so calm and understanding!! Her overall demeanor and nature was so inviting and comforting. She is definitely a keeper!! P.s. my son doesn't hug anyone and hugged her EVERYTIME she came to our table!! Kids sense PHENOMENAL SOULS IN PEOPLE!!!

The food was a little bland and tasteless. The New Orleans seafood does not look anywhere close to the pictures and the description. It says that it's topped with parmesan cream, but it's more of melted cheddar cheese. The tilapia was also very basic and bland. The rice and French fries were okay. Lastly, the chocolate brownie sundae explosion was nice. But for next time, I'd definitely ask for an extra scoop of ice cream to perfectly match the quantity of brownies. The staff was nice and the service was okay as well.

Everything on the salad bar was frozen a girl came looked at it stirred it and went back in the kitchen you could even hear it crunch when she stirred it all lol it was edible but just barely. Broccoli salad and other stuff had no dressing on it. I've eaten at ruubys my whole life someone is not following the kitchen recipes

We frequent this Ruby's often. While the food and service is always good, the bathrooms in this restaurant are some of the most disgusting we've ever come across. Walls covered in grime, toilets gross with hair and stains, dust caked on all the appliances, and the inside of the door is filthy. We love the food and service here, so I HOPE the kitchen is in better condition. Hopefully the next time we come, they've had a proper cleaning.

It's was my first time here and my last, it was overpriced for what we got I got the fish shrimp and fries but the fish was a smaller portion then you'd get from a frozen box out the freezer section at a store I've had better fries from fast food then my sisters fries were so over salted I had to send it back her chicken sandwich tasted terrible she couldn't eat it we got mac&cheese for my niece that had no flavor our funnel cake and ice cream was so hard I could nock you out with it even the service was bad all though she tried we asked for water 4 times and never got any and we also had to ask for napkins 3 time before we got those, the manager did come over and only gave us $10 off our meal and then tried offering us a gift card for the future but there was no point since I won't be returning. The only thing good was the alcoholic drinks and the cookie skillet my niece got if it wasn't that I was feeding i child I would have just sooner but we were very unsatisfied I would have been better with a drive thru service. I left laughing and chuck this up to it was an experience 😂
