My husband and I visited for dinner last night. We were pleasantly surprised to hear it was restaurant week. The host provided us with a special menu and everything was very delicious. The servers were amazing. Very attentive staff. We ordered the calamari which was great. It came with shrimp and crispy vegetables with 2 dipping sauces. We ordered the fennel soup with lump crab and red fish on the half shell which was the star of the show. We added some extra lemon and salt for a kick of favor. To end the night we had the bread pudding. Once I told the waiter we were celebrating 20 he had sparklers and decorated the plates beautifully. It was a nice touch. This place can be casual or fancy dining depending on what you order. So there is a little something for everyone. We had a great time and we will return. I wish I knew the waiters name (he had a long beard). He was great. He timed the meal just right and checked on us frequently. 10/10 recommend 😊

The food is excellent. Service and atmosphere wonderful. Javier was our server and he is fantastic!!! He also got us a special slice of chocolate cake for my Dad's 88th Birthday. What a wonderful place to eat!!

I had an outstanding experience thanks to Joshua, who was an amazing server and truly went above and beyond. He had fantastic recommendations for every course and paired each dish with lovely wine selections — we trusted all his choices and were not disappointed. For dessert, don’t miss the white chocolate raspberry bread pudding: warm, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Ask for Joshua — his knowledge and genuine care transformed our evening into something special. Highly recommended!

Really great seafood selection and a wide variety of dishes on the menu. Everything we had was well prepared, fresh and flavorful. We highly recommend the raw oysters, deviled eggs, lobster balls, tuna nicoise. Their cocktail menu was also very original.

From the service to the appetizers to the main course and the dessert, everything thing was absolutely amazing. It’s a bit pricey, but worth every penny! Derrick was our waiter and he was terrific. If you want one of the best all around meals go to Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette in River Oaks!!!

Love the vibe and aesthetic of the Oysterette, with the strong coastal threads that connect the variety of parts of the menu. I like their unique red sauce w the oysters…little bit of ribhouse twist to it? Grilled fish selects have been my jam here for sure…prepared so spot on. The Liberty vodka makes for a great cocktail w bubbles to get started…the service has always been friendly and helpful, but sometimes slow at times. The elevated price point is aligned w the quality of their ingredients, would just like to see the consistency of the service to the table be on equal terms more consistently.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here during Restaurant Week, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for the evening. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, showcasing the chef's creativity and culinary expertise. I started with the zucchini & fennel soup with lump crab, which was a burst of flavors and beautifully presented. For the main course, I chose the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection and paired with the most exquisite lboursin mashed potatoes. The chocolate mousse cake, was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal – decadent and delicious. Overall, Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette exceeded all my expectations. It's a must-visit during Restaurant Week and beyond. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu!

On June 16th, we arrived at the restaurant dressed in traditional Muslim attire. The host was very welcoming. We didn't receive any looks of astonishment at our attire, and the waiter was very well-mannered. The food was perfect, the environment was great, and the service was even better. This restaurant comes highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back here. Thank you all 😊😊

Enjoyed an exceptional dining experience this evening. The service was outstanding. The quality of food was beyond exceptional. Flavorful, beautifully prepared and in a class by itself, the cuisine is simply best-in-class. You will not be disappointed. If I had to name a single negative, I was surprised at the limited menu. I would expect a restaurant of this caliber to offer a few additional options specific to main courses and sides.

I ordered the regular burger that came with fries, medium well. my mistake, i should’ve got it medium, it was fine! not overcooked, exactly what i asked for, but it could’ve used a bit of salt. i give this a 6/10 but i know this place specializes in seafood, not burgers. next time i will definitely get a seafood dish! I also did have a bite of the truffle burger which was very good!! We came here for the $1 oyster promotion. not bad! about 7/10 you know, i mean im not expecting the world, the moon, and the stars for $1; they satisfied my oyster craving. The drinks were decent, I had the spiced ember, it was good, more on the savory side which i liked. We also had the crème brûlée which was sooooo delicious very very good. can’t go wrong with a classic; 9.5/10. the main star of the show - a major reason im excited to come back - the service!! Impeccable service! Our waiter, Andrew, was amazing, very attentive! Everyone along the way was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the ambience was also very nice. I do recommend this place if you’re interested! I will be coming back to try the lobster roll. :)

This was our first time at this particular location. I'll start with the food. It was well presented but fell short of flavor. We were all underwhelmed. The clams and otjer seafood in my pasta was the highlight. The pasta itself was bland, and the sauce packed zero punch. Our waiter was nice and personable, but you could feel that he felt rushed every time he came over. The atmosphere was the highlight. Vibrant. A little loud but not unbearable. There was live music, which was nice. We celebrate a family member's birthday, and a good time was had. Wine selection was diverse enough. Not sure the food is worth the price, honestly, but the vibe and service are good. Excellent location to other shops and I10 access. Easy parking in the lot.

Food very good . Party of 7. Everyone enjoyed their food. Various selections. GULF OYSTERS were excellent, as were the crab balls and seafood plate. My meal Orecchiette with Tuscan kale was delicious but was only warm. Could have been hotter. Very good deserts. Very good service.

Came here for lunch with family, and loved the clean and beautiful restaurant interior. We were seated promptly. I had the Surf & Turf but, I changed the cheeseburger to a truffle burger (additional $3). I asked for medium rare but got medium, but not a big deal. I also couldn’t get much truffle taste from the burger. However, the grilled lobster was delicious. The French fries, though a side, were crispy on the outside while soft on the inside. My family enjoyed their meals too. The temperature requested for the petite filet mignon was medium-rare but, a small portion of the steak was rare. The kids’ chicken and strips were very crispy, and the kids loved their food. The restaurant has outdoor seating, and there are plenty of parking spots available.

The food was amazing! I had the Tuna Mignon and it was a pretty big portion. The fried rice that came with it was great! Everyone’s food came out great. The service could have been a little faster but I understand that it’s a slower paced restaurant so I didn’t mind too much. When you choose a steak they bring out a selection of cool steak knives for you to choose from, although they should be sharpened, my knife was quite dull. The live music was also a good touch.

Made the mistake of getting their Lobster Roll , $45 for cold lobster bites on dry hotdog buns. Burger was slightly better but in/out is much better. Service was polite but unremarkable. Maybe a nice place for a get together but drinks were way overpriced. I don’t mind paying more but I expect to get more. BTW, Treebeards is around the corner, good Cajun food, fairly priced, great atmosphere and service. Mgmt responded and said to "Email us..." - but the email address does not accept outside emails (see photo) - another disappointment.

This place is a fraud! They act like they're known for their fresh seafood when actually it's a bunch of farm raised crap full of antibiotics and hormones! I asked our server if their $45 Texas Redfish was the actual Gulf Redfish or the farm raised crap full of antibiotics and hormones. The server came back and said all of their fish is farm raised. Farm raised fish only cost about $2 per filet is why they are serving that crap. Then we ordered a bottle of Austin Hope cabernet because we really like that wine. they brought out the much cheaper version of the Austin Hope that only cost $10 a bottle, yet they are charging $60 per bottle. I told them I wanted the real Austin Hope cab and they told me they don't carry that wine. Just another fraud! There are so many better restaurants in that area so don't get scammed by these people!
