What a great spot for the best salsa I've had in a long time! The food was perfect. But that salsa was so good. The chips were homemade. Cute outdoor seating with a open bar. My only regret was that I didn't ask for a bag of chips and salsa to go! 😫

Great taco place with fantastic flavors throughout the menu. Each taco is just individual enough that it has a unique and different flavor profile. The El Fandango was phenomenal! Guacamole is good and very smooth, but the chips could have used a little more salt. Gluten free options are available with corn tortillas (they even double them up for strength!). We will certainly be back to try more taco options!

Um. So. WOW. This place is SO good! I was disappointed when I moved to Houston and there are no Qdobas. But this place has got Qdoba beat by far. The queso is delicious. And the nachos are fantastic. They serve breakfast all day. The prices are really good for what you get.

Service was quick friendly and helpful! The food was incredibly fast and delicious. Had the El Fandango and El Alamo. Both great. They also gave a free margarita that day!

Love the food & the people, but whats with the American 80s rock soundtrack?? I’ve come in before and they were playing beautiful salsa, merengue, and cumbia music. Tonight it was 80s American rock which does not fit the vibe at all.

Great Tacos! Great Energy! Great Customer Service! Taco were good flavor, I wouldn’t mind paying more for a little more protein. May some pico, I guess they probably have all of this but you will just have to special order it. I think they can do a lot more in the kitchen. But this works also! No complaints, will go again and I definitely recommend this place.

Decent tacos if you are hungry and in hurry. I bought 2 tacos and total $7.50 with tax. Portions are small. The chef needs to be spank to put more meat in them, buddy! Receptionist lady is very friendly. Place is clean. Habanero sauce is spicy but not that spicy for me, good kick for in the am.

Great little place that opens late in downtown Houston. Meant places around here were closed by 8pm, even the hotel bar was closed for food! Quick, tasty local tacos and chips and salsa. Very reasonably priced and quick service! I would recommend a visit.

If your not in a group, they dont care about serving you, will leave you to sit there and wait an hour and a half for 2 tacos, while ignoring you the entire time. Great texas hospitality.

First of all the food isn’t that good. Unless you’re white & don’t know what real Mexican food taste like. Go to a taco truck instead. The “steak” had a weird after taste. & chilies has a wayyyyy better chips & salsa.& it’s not worth the expensive price for below mediocre food.

Aside from explaining my order of Beef Fajita Nachos 4x just for the cashier to not understand… “I’d like the beef fajita nachos, I’d only like gauce is it possible to take off the sour cream and other dips?” I thought I perhaps I had misworded my statement so I attempt 3 more times just for her to tell me she was just going to give me chips and quac with an extra side order of sour cream..😭 Finally she seems to understand my order of wanting normal typical beef fajita nachos. The ones that are made in order from : chips on the bottom, refried beans coating, shredded cheese on top of the beans, and the fajita on top….. So I’m confused why I got a literal scoop of beans on one side and cheese only on 5-6 chips? I was really excited as everytime I pass by it smells so yum…perhaps it was the restaurant neighboring. This was so overpriced for the absolute bare minimum. Update:!!!! After trying to spread the beans I noticed a couple black strains that looked odd… turns out it’s black hair….. I have red hair…. Disgusting and waste of money

The prices online are not the same... the menu prices in the restaurant are higher... I paid like 13 dollars for half a bag of chips and a tiny cup of queso... and another 9 dollars for 2 tiny tacos... (see picture) the queso had no flavor other than oily and I think Tabasco? The tacos are really small, like 3 inch small and were over 4 dollars each... I ended up dumping the fillings from both tacos into the queso type sauce and still wasn't really flavorful... I'm not sure if I just came at a wrong time or what, but the other reviews were why I came here... the queso was grainy and tasted like a powdered cheese mix... I probably will not go back... In the picture you can see the size of queso and the meat inside the queso of from 2 TACOS...
