A ripped off place! My father used to go there for the karaoke nights and beers, but one night that I was with him the brought a check for $80 and after I paid they brought another one a little higher to my dad, we started arguing with the bartender about it and the said that my husband drank 8-10 beers which made upset because HE DOESN'T DRINK AT ALL! After the argument my dad paid and we left. After a long time refusing to go back there I did it when my father died and after a horrible service and that one of our plates never came I asked for my check, then, when they brought it I saw that they were including the tip for the horrible service, plus a fee for paying with a credit card, plus another fee that got me confused! I got upset and I told the server about it, she got upset too and said that "those were their fees" then she called the manager, the same person when we have the first bad experience! She dare to asked me "I thought you'll never come back to this place!" then I went ballistic arguing with her and told her that the only reason that I was there was because of my father's death, that she can't force me to pay her fees, that I will give her cash and I'm not paying any tips whatsoever! The waiter got upset telling me that she don't care and she wanted her tip, I told those two idiots that if they don't like their jobs they should do something else for living, that I was not one of their regular clientele that most likely they often ripped off when already drunk, that they were thiefs and I would report them for their weird fees and left! With their prices and awful service people can go to way better places!

These people will SCAM you . Came here last night with family around 9 . After 1 hour they started to bring plates but we were still missing 3 more plates . We decided it was getting late and did not want to receive those 3 plates anymore . Once we told the manager she insisted that we had to pay for those plates although we had NOT ate those plates NOR received those 3 plates at the table. She would continue to insult us in Spanish . She then promised to bring out the 3 plates to go as takeout as soon as we paid . We then paid for our ticket and she quickly told us we can go to hell that we are not receiving anything. Even when we paid for those plates we never received them not even as takeout. Do not come here

We were here new years day, the special shown was Chicharron Tilapia for $9.95 which is the Botana or appetizer ...when waitress came to take our order i asked ger to confirm if the special was a Botana , she proceeds to say..that is only monday through friday... Excuse me, it does not say monday through Friday!! Not okay..

Brush up on your Spanish because only one staff member spoke English and the menu is Spanish as well. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and about 30 + minutes for the food. Wasn't worth it. The plating was unappealing, the food bland and tasteless Our waitress was pretty much mia during service and didn't know the menu well enough to explain the dishes offered. Definitely last time I eat there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. If there was a way to rate negative stars I'd use it giving them 1 star is about 3 more than they deserve.

The plate I got was stake #2 now the stake was pretty good everything else that was on there was pretty bad, Beans where burned and rice was undercooked and the guacamole they gave me tasted funky do not recommend, now the service was worse, I was waiting for someone to take my order but no one came to me for 30 min and I had to go find someone. Didn’t get my food for another hour. Do not recommend. Maybe the fish is good since it’s a seafood place but I don’t know just my experience

Today- I was very disappointed with the way I was spoken to by the Cashier. My daughter ordered her regular chicken enchiladas but for some reason they had a funny/different taste. long story short- my daughter ended up eating something different but the cashier refused to take the bad enchiladas off our bill. I didn't see the owners so I asked if they were around. THE CASHIER REPLIED, "WELL, HE IS NOT HERE AND SHE IS NOT HIS WIFE ANYMORE, SO SHE HAS NOTHING TO DO HERE; I AM HIS WIFE NOW". Totally uncalled for. I don't care if the hired help is screwing the husband and broke a family. I just want good service and to get charged for what I order. Not only did the taste of our regular orders change, so did the helpful friendly environment we were so used to. After today- my family and myself I will never come here again...
