Joycelyn or not sure if that was her name but it was on receipt, had an amazing attitude young slim light skinned girl she speaks Spanish and was serving the food when you come in, anyway the meats where on point, the chow mein was decent but the rice honestly had no flavor and I did not ask for soy sauce so I had to eat it like that, the chicken egg roll had perfect crunch and flavor. Please add more flavor to the rice guys. Other then that had a great plate

This review is based off of an Uber Eats delivery. I just ordered a large plate with three sides. Vegetables only, grilled teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and Beijing beef. The whole meal was delicious and a great way to fill me up for lunch. I’d definitely order or go to this spot in the future. Panda Express has been my favorite fast Chinese food restaurants.

Overall: 3.2/5 (online order pick up) We ordered two bowls online during their BOGO promotion of their new beyond orange chicken which is priced as a premium item. Pick up was simple - you just walk to the pick up counter and provide them your name. They forgot to give me utensils and sauces like I requested though. They skimped on the amount of food per bowl. The chow mein and fried rice weren't good & bland. The rice was really dry. All the proteins were good though - honey Walnut shrimp, beyond orange chicken, Beijing beef. We had better honey Walnut shrimp at other locations though. The beyond orange chicken was actually a lot better than expected. It had a crunchy texture and good flavor. I thought it was the best protein out of the 3 we got. Overall, I think the Panda Express locations in the Bay Area provide better tasting food and portion sizes. __________ Feb 2023 Review: 3/5 stars I ordered in person this time so the portion size was a bit larger than ordering online but the food was not as good. We got two plates which were $11.15 each since we got a premium item (extra $1.25). Honey Walnut Shrimp - The batter was soggier than before so it wasn't crispy at all. Black Pepper Steak - Okay. Probably the best of the 4 proteins. Honey Sesame Chicken - Not good. Orange Chicken - Disappointing but better than the honey season chicken.

This place need a lot of help from upper management. It really gets really busy and I feel so sorry to the staff who are really trying their best to work on the orders. The line is wrapped around the store, and they have a person ordering ahead. I could also see they get a lot of online orders. I recommend they Staff this branch more, even the manager is already helping serve food. They are trying their hard to have the line go by fast, but I just don't like them dumping food on the plate so fast. 🤷

Long wait, Long line, not so helpful staff, many items not available. The store is in an excellent location and obviously gets a lot of business. I didn’t feel much valued at all as a customer. I was mostly disappointed that my bowl was not so filled. Almost every panda express experience I had the staff normally packs in the food to make the portion large. At this location I noticed my portion was Skimp and other peoples portion also was quite skimp. I asked the employee Who prepared my bowl and she responded how she actually gave me extra. It looked like less not extra. All these issues can be overcome with some management and employee training. I hope to come back for a better experience next time. Two main factors for why they could not get five stars and only three: not a good value and slow incomplete service. *I am willing to take down my review if someone from the store contacts me letting me know that they will improve in these areas.

They turn off the soda machine for people abuse the water cups and get soda .But I Paid a soda and no ice was avalible I wenr back and request to swich to a bottle soda istead .sodas with no ice teste flat .the person intead apoligaize give attitude toward me becouse she said that what management intruct her to do. Disappointing portion size (see photo of Orange Chicken). Cashier wouldn't honor the 1 free entree from doing the survey on the receipt because the receipt was over a month ago (5/15). The food is always delicious and I like it, but the last incident that happened to me made me completely disillusioned with this establishment by a thousand percent. As I finished eating while still at the restaurant, I couldn't access the restroom because it was already closed, and I was told that they were closed and I couldn't use the restroom. I responded that as long as I am here, I have the right to use the restroom, regardless of whether you are closed. However, they assured me that the restroom was already cleaned and, since the establishment was closed, I could not use it. This is absolutely unacceptable policy, and for this, I will leave one star, because they had no right to do that. This is a dismissive attitude towards a customer who wants to use the restroom after eating at their establishment and spending their money here and now. I do not recommend this particular place, as the attitude towards customers here is terrible. On pictures of that rude guy.

Poor food quality. Long line, a lot of food items normally available at other Panda Express locations are not available at this location. I ended up deciding for honey walnut shrimp and angus steak and let me tell you both were a let down. These are 2 out of three entrees I normally get from this chain. The shrimp is dry and hard, the steak has real bad flavoring and it’s even burnt, as if they do not take their time to ensure food quality is decent enough to serve. Despite the amount of employees at the time of my visit, they did not meet expectations. Upper management needs to pay this location a visit and do something about it. Mind you I came in on a Thursday at lunch hour.
