First thing in - I was greeted with a "Hey pretty lady are you here to dine in or take home?" The lady took my order & was so friendly- 15minutes or less I had my favorite Pizza Inn Pizza from the 80s&90s in my hands! I opened it -took a pic & sent it to my kid- (she's the 1 that told me yall still existed) I grabbed a slice & it was the most Epic flavor flash back Ever!!! They have the buffet & a salad bar still too My Pizza Was Beautiful & I enjoyed it for 3 days Thank Yall for still being around- Yum
Friendly staff greeted us as we walked in the door. They offered to make us any special pizzas so we put in for a cheese pizza and a meat lovers. Soda and teas were on point. Great experience. Let's very full and satisfied.
The staff at this location are amazing, they are super nice! I did a pickup order through uber eats for a pizza and some other items. It did not say on Uber eats all the toppings that the pizza came with but the very nice ladies re-made the pizza for me without the toppings that I was not able to eat. Will definitely look at their website menu next time!
Absolutely love the staff, and the food is hot and ready! Thank you to all the great beautiful people who work here. I continue to return for you guys. Kisses from my family to you. If you have not been here before the pizza is wonderful. Try it dude!
Go eat here. It was Spectacular. Well, spectacular as an all you can eat buffet can be. Food was fresh hot delicious. Salad, pizza, pasta, beans, desserts... All so good and varied. Service was such a pleasant surprise. I was greeted when I walked and my attendant at the table was a sweet older attentive lady who deserved a gratuity for actually providing a service. A rare thing these days.
Pizza Inn was incredible! The employees were very friendly and kept asking us if we wanted any specific pizzas, I created a custom pizza for the buffet and it was at no charge! They brought food to our table, they were extremely kind. The only part I can complain about was the arcade in the back, we took our toddler back to it after eating which was around 7:45 after putting two dollars in one machine the entire room went black, apparently they shut everything down before closing, so lost 2$ there.. then the non electric quarter machines were the next thing we tried, which took another dollar without giving us any toy from the thing, 3$ lost to their arcade and a disappointed toddler, but regardless we had a decent time eating.
We had our son's birthday party here and it was a blast. Everyone was happy to order custom pizzas.
We went here tonight with a larger party for a birthday. The lady at the door and who took care of us was SO sweet. She asked what types of pizza we’d like and brought them out for us. The pizza was fresh and delicious and I really enjoyed the salad bar. It had a very homey feel to it and we all really enjoyed it. It was our first time but not our last. Thanks for your hospitality!
When I'm on that side of town, I always stop by! I prefer the drive thru and I usually order 3-5 slices of pizza off the buffet. I don't care what kind, bcz I love all pizzas! The ppl in the drive thru are always so friendly and I appreciate the old school vibe! It's very inexpensive and very good!
Been going here a while. Nicest Pizza Inn around still. Taste just like it has since the 90’s which is awesome. Great place. Super friendly staff.
I found this charm by luck and was not disappointed! The pizza was good as well as the salad bar. And of course the most important factor I didn’t feel sluggish or bloated after. The ingredients fresh and the service is on point! Will be going back again with more family and friends.
I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Inn. The staff were really friendly, and the waiter was very nice. I suggest that everyone should stop by and see for themselves!
We haven't been to a Pizza Inn for a very long time, and this restaurant had the greatest "welcome to Pizza Inn"! The buffet is reasonably priced, and the selection is good, and they will make whatever you want, and the staff are amazing and very personable. The salad items are fresh, and they dessert, like ice cream 🍦.
Clean restaurant, the service was excellent! The pizza is crunchy, good taste, as a well as the pasta. I had water and it didn’t have a bad taste! Also, Prima, the host, was attentive and kind, I appreciate her hospitality.
Excellent service ..can't wait to try the all you can eat buffet...
First and foremost, the service and staff were amazing! They treat you like family. The food and selection was delicious. Well worth the money.
I love the Ladies here. EVERY single 1 of them are nice welcoming. They always always treat me nice. Small and quaint space. Nice and cozy. Clean. The only Pizza Inn buffet left in Houston. Make sure you try the cookie 🍪 pie !! Even someone who limits sugar intake it's a great indulgence.
The pizza is amazing. Order anything you like for a reasonable price.
I live 35-40 minutes away from the nearest pizza Inn and don’t mind driving I love my pizza inn period . Food is always fresh
Best place for a Pizza buffet! Great staff too. Thank you Pizza Inn
Tonight was the first time ever going here. I made a online order for pick up. My pizza was ready when it said it would be. The woman at counter was genuinely friendly and had the best customer service I've seen in a long time. My pizza was made exactly as I ordered and was fresh. I can't speak on the buffet, but I can say my carry out experience far exceeded my expectations!! Kudos to the staff!
Meaty Max was great, finally a place that actually adds toppings! Delivered hot!
Great salad bar, great pizza, great hot bar of food. Love the little cinnamon bun.
Love pizza in and of them all this one is the best! Lots of parking, nice smoking area, lots of delicious food and super nice staff that have been there forever. This is the only pizza buffet I will go to in the area.
Wow I am so surprised that this place that I found is still standing. This place brought me back so many memories of my childhood . We used to have one in our location and they knocked it down and that was in the late 90s and here I am today 35 years old eating at this restaurant. And I’m so very please with the restaurant and staff members the food was great and the service was awesome and the restaurant was very clean and well-kept I highly recommend you stopping by to get a bite for 8.99 buffet all day and Alex our waiter was so nice and on top of everything
This is my go-to neighborhood pizza place. The owner may be seen doing any of the jobs here, so he keeps a good eye on things. The people are just lovely people. The salad is fresh, the pizzas taste great, and the buffet is ongoing.
If you miss that old pizza buffet atmosphere, it's back. I discovered Pizza Inn and I have been a back many times. If you are a Gen Xer, it will feel like home. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.
I was surprised with the pizza. I ordered pan with pepperoni and beef. Was very very good. Best pan pizza I've found around here. I ordered on doordash and driver didn't handle it well so I could only enjoy half of it but I did enjoy it! Well worth trying and we'll worth repeat visits!
Pizza inn I love going there I go every superbowl Sunday its far across from but I go there when I want some good pizza some restaurants food changed over the years but Pizza inn of Magnum is great
Randomly stopped at this place to eat and man it did not disappoint the food was good and they even asked what kind of pizza we'd like and they brought it to our table and asked how many slices we wanted, they were very friendly and attentive.
I go there with my friend for a weekly or semi weekly dinner just to catch up and hang out, the service has always been too notch, my glass is never empty, the food is always hot and fresh and they take great care of me everything I go
This is a small, old, neighborhood place - and I love how welcoming it is. The food is a great price and they'll make you any kind of pizza you like. On the third Tuesday of each month, there's an accordion group that meets here, so we were sereneded as we ate. This is a great place for a quick inexpensive meal with kids.
Wow! I found this place by accident, and for sure, I will go back! The pizza was better than Pizza Hut, Domino's, or Papa John's by a long shot. it's not the most premium but its very good for what it is, The experience there was the best, they gave awesome service, its very clean and not a loud establishment. prices are very accessible for most people and plenty of parking. I'll give this place a 4 1/2 🌟 Definitely recommend you cone here for a nice easy eating experience, which also includes a full sald bar as well, which is part of the buffet along with the pizza 🍕
Nostalgic memories of Pizza Inn of years ago. The food is consistently good. It's all you can eat buffet, but they come by and offer special order personal selections. The same lady is there at the register from probably 40yrs ago. I like it.
This pizza Inn was blessed with a marvelous drive thru cashier angel. This lovely lady is always nothing but smiles and compliments for the customers. Today, she even threw in some free cinnamon rolls with our pizza order, AND she gave my daughter a free santa plush toy. Who does that? Nobody. Thank you, sweet lady, that works at Pizza Inn.
I've been going here for over 11 years, every single time I have had a great experience. The food is delicious and fresh, the employees are so friendly. Prima our waiter is very attentive and sweet. I love pizza inn and so do my children.
Had lovely time with a group of friends there. Pizza was great especially their new garlic crust. Staff was super attentive and friendly. Easily the best buffet experience I've had at this price.
I met one of Gods angels at Pizza Inn, her name is Prima. She is the sweetest soul ever! I ordered the medium thin crust, extra pepperoni and it was delicious. I will be returning, thank you Pizza Inn!
The food was fresh and good. I like how they make sure to make you a fresh pizza with all the toppings you like. Salad bar , pizza and pasta option are available.
Pizza is good with lots of variety and they will make any pizza you want and deliver to your table. Salad/pasta is fresh. The dining area is somewhat dated but comfortable and you can converse easily with your family and friends. The best part of our experience was the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Highly recommend and will definitely go again.
Love this place food is good. My family has been coming here for years and we love that they still have a lunch buffet. And we ❤️ looovvveee the staff especially Mrs. Alicia! Please 🙏 if ur ever in the area stop by....
I saw it on an article from a national news column. I drove 8 hours to have a taste of Pizza Inn. I was not disappointed. The workers were nice, kind and committed to make sure we had satisfying experience. Everything that I ate was great. The atmosphere was peaceful. I'm sure I'll be back before I leave town.
Food was great. Pizza pasta and the salad was fresh! Desserts great ! Not only that, everyone working there was so nice especially the lady (I didnt get he nice) but we honestly felt like we were important people because she was soo attentive and just made you feel that way. Every thing was great! Ive never been but we'll be coming back FORSURE.
I’ve been coming to Pizza Inn on Mangum Rd for over 20 years, and it has never disappointed. The consistency of great service and warm hospitality from the wait staff is something you just don’t find everywhere anymore. The assistant manager is always charming and makes you feel right at home, which is a big reason this location has become such a staple for me. The pizzas are always fresh, made-to-order, and exactly how you like them. A pro tip—ask early for their cookie dessert pizza to bake, because it’s worth the wait every single time. After all these years, Pizza Inn on Mangum Rd continues to be one of my favorite go-to spots in Houston.
We found this location by happenstance and I was excited to get a taste of nostalgia! Pizza Inn was my fave pizza as a child. The flavor of the pizza thrusted me into a childhood memory of happiness! The pizza was fresh and delicious. The staff gave us drinks and desserts as we waited for our take out. The buffet was kept up with plenty of fresh choices!
Wow I had a low expectation going into the restaurant but high-quality pizza, pasta, and other stuff. You can even order special pizza and is till included as a buffet price. Best for the bucks. And service was better very good, where most buffet place you are on your own but here they know how to serve. I had a great experience.
Great pizza! Ordered to-go at the restaurant and first time trying this place. We ordered a thin crust taco pizza and a thin crust pepperoni, both ready in 15 min. They also gave us some complimentary cinnamon rolls/bites which was a nice touch :). I love the crust on their pizza, it was perfectly crispy without being over/under sauced. My only critique is that I wish the taco pizza had a little more meat on it. Everybody was very friendly and you could tell that the waiter was very attentive to the tables he was serving. Will definitely be back to try more of their unique menu!
So I was very skeptical on trying this place out because the buffet looked super small and barely any pizza, well the salad bad was full and had tons to choose from. They came to our table and asked if we wanted any special pizza made for us so we ordered it and they had margaritas for $1.99 and for that price I was thinking they were going to be nasty but they were delicious, the flavors were perfect! The place is small but has ton of seating space, a little outdated but I think it brings you back to the 80s. The pizza was delicious, the dessert was so good and I tried their beans haha and they were so good! All of this for such an amazing price! I am definitely coming back here for my pizza buffet needs.

Went for dinner on a Monday night. Not that many people but fresh pizza , server was very attentive.
Vilma is a good servicer food good atmosphere perfect they earn a A
For about 13 bucks per adult for you can eat pizza it was great. Everything was fresh out of the oven and piping hot. It was rather slow when I visited but that didn't stop the freshness of the food. Salad was crisp, VERY fresh. The pizza selection wasn't all that but the waitress comes and offer a pizza just to your liking so there's that. Very quiet great family dinner spot. Can't forget to mention this place was pretty clean, no flies buzzing around, no greasy uncleaned tables around. You walk in grab a plate and get to chowing! Definitely will be going back.
The pizza is fresh, variety for buffet is small but sufficient for what it is. They also have a to go option which let's you fill a box up for around 10 dollars, buffet dine in is 15 and change. Service was good by both members helping us I'll definitely be back
Ok here is the details for this place the pizza buffet is thin crust not thick not hand tossed but not bad not the best but not bad. The people are friendly no questions about that I had my fill and did not get the bloated feeling from buffet food places I have been too. I could have asked for the type of pizza I wanted but I was good at what I had. The calzone was tasty. I won't mind coming back
As far as pizza buffet is concerned, it’s really good! Always friendly staff, drinks never empty and tables always cleared. Is it the best pizza in town no. Is it a great value yes. Will I be back? Absolutely!
It's a very clean and friendly service place. For the price, the good seems to be very great quality. Now I want to give a BIG HUGE shout-out to the server Prima G. she was one of the best waitresses I've had in a long, long time, like years. She took pride in her job and kept not only me but everyone who was in the restaurant. She greeted everyone with a positive attitude and a hello. Asked if they needed anything without being too overly attentive. Will go back again, and 1st impressions do last.
Good food not always fresh
We stop every time we are in Houston for the buffet. There are very few Pizza inn buffets left. The buffet was well stocked but if there is something special you want, do not hesitate to ask the waitress. We ordered a Bacon cheeseburger pizza as this is one of their flagship pizzas, made with mustard and dressed with dill pickles after cooked. If you have not tried, I highly recommend it. Also, if there is a special dessert pizza, again just ask. We got a chocolate chip. Another customer got a fruit strudel. The waitress was very nice, attentive and professional. As for the building, older, not the best area, and in need of repair. I would definitely not show up in suit and tie attire. But if you need some good pizza at a fair price, give them a try. Adult buffet price was around $13 and kids 8 and under around $4.
The service and food are good but the place needs a bit of a face lift. There are lots of wobbly tables and it's just looking "vintage". However, it's clean and a good price. Prima (gosh I hope I'm remembering her name right) is absolutely amazing. She's so kind and just great at her job! I love coming here.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed by the staff. I didn’t see very much pizza variety on the buffet, but our server asked us what we would like him to bring to our table. I’m assuming that they don’t want to load the buffet with pizza during slow business hours. But while we were there, as they baked fresh pizza, our server came by the table several times to offer and serve it to us fresh out of the oven. I asked for a veggie pizza with thin crust, and it was actually very good. Thin, crispy crust, hot and fresh, and loaded with a large variety of veggie toppings that weren’t burnt or overcooked. I also liked the fact that there were condiments on the table: Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. This is something that Cici’s discontinued years ago. The service was excellent, so I tipped very well. Our server kept our drinks topped off and kept the fresh pizza coming. I knocked off one star because of the condition of the place. Despite the restrooms, dining room, and buffet table being clean, the place is a bit run down. I’d love to see it renovated. What this place lacked at the buffet table, they made up for in friendliness and service. There are many nicer restaurants in that area that don’t come close to this quality of service. It’s worth another visit.👍🏼
I do recommend this Pizza Buffet for a quick spot for lunch or dinner. I appreciate their salad bar as it always has a lot of options. The pizza is good for what you're paying. I mean, don't expect to go in here and get top notch Chicago or New York style pizza! The waitstaff are quick and responsive to your needs. If you have a favorite pizza you want on the buffet, just let them know and they will do what they can.
I come here when I get a hinkerin for Pizza 🍕 We you come in they got pizza buffet section layed out, but I don't bother with that because the food has probably been sitting there all day and looks kinda stale but I ask the server if they can make me fresh supreme pizza and they'll bring it to you. I appreciate that! Sometimes they ask you what kind of pizza you like, like they wanna hook you up! In the buffet they got salad bar, bread sticks, pasta and Mac and cheese. I thought their Mac and cheese was dope! This place is pretty old! The interior of the place is outdated and they have some video games in the back that nobody plays with. It's like they trying to be like Cici's Pizza but with beer. They serve alcohol/beer here too which is kinda strange to me, but I think that how old school pizzarias are like. Pizza Inn definitely has their loyal customers and has been there since 2000, maybe before that! I think the customers are the only reason this place is still running because when I'm in Pizza Inn, I feel like I'm in the mid 1990's.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. When we were sat they quickly brought us drinks and asked if we any speciality pizza’s we would like.
Food was great, would love more dessert options. People and service is great! My family and I will come back. I would love to see the outside revamped. Could use some TLC. Overall, a great place and people.
Pleasantly surprised by welcoming and friendly service and clean atmosphere! I love the to-go option for the buffet. Price for 2 adults with 1 drink was $30. The options on the buffet were limited to a salad bar, 9 pizzas (4 options), a Stromboli, overly-dry pasta bar, and 3 dessert options (all with cinnamon, a major allergen for some). The pizza was average buffet pizza but was overly drenched in sauce, causing it to be soggy. The salad bar options were good for the price of the buffet. If you're looking for a CLEAN all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, this is the place to go, but don't expect 5 star pizza.
Very surprised with the quality of the food at this establishment. It was a step above 2 Daves (shocked) and CiCi’s. It’s a self service/server type of place but when the wait staff took our drinks they took our drink orders they asked us if there was a specific pizza we wanted that wasn’t already out at the buffet. We requested a specific type and they were able to make it for our table, served us, and then put the rest out for everybody else. I’d definitely go back if I was in the area. Price point isn’t bad either. Especially if you have kids with you.
It's an old school pizza buffet and salad bar. You could do a lot worse. Don't be such a pretentious snob, and just eat the pizza, dude. Actually, they have really great service and staff. Nice people.
This review is based off of comparing it to Cici’s, the only other pizza buffet I am aware nearby. First time going in, expected to pay in the entrance for buffet and drink before entering just like Cici’s, though it is an awkward way of paying. They let you just go in, sit, a server would be attending you for what you want, buffet, drinks, refills, ordering personal specialty pizzas, and at the end paying for the buffet and drinks (if you ask the server for a specific pizza, they will bring it to you first, ask if you’d like the whole pizza, or several slices or everyone else at your table as well, and the rest will be put in the buffet;you won’t pay for specialized personal pizzas). This was really the strangest interaction, compared to Cici’s where you pay and sit and leave when you’re done, but I do like how they bring the pizza first to you, since you’re the one that ordered it and wouldn’t others to get it before you. Pros: a slightly better taste from the pizzas than Cici’s, though the crust on the thin crust are not as crunchy, but instead feel like cardboard, but a good cardboard, which is not bad actually. Breadsticks there are good, and overall, I believe they can make better pizza than Cici’s which does justify the $15 (if you get both buffet and drink). The service was good, with a good timing on refills and just a staff that looks like they don’t hate their job, which is good. Ordering your personal pizza is also really good, as I explained before the pros. Cons: the aesthetics and surroundings just don’t feel good. The place feels awkward to eat at, no music, a TV that is at 2 volume probably. The selection there is very limited, but I’m sure you can ask for most types of pizzas to be freshly made for you. While I read other reviews said they encountered cockroaches crawling through there table/pizza, or them dropping from the drop ceiling, didn’t see anything like that so it was good. I think this was really good, but I probably won’t pass by a lot since it is farther than my Cici’s, but if around the area, most likely. ———— If you don’t mind a little 20-25 min drive, I think it’s really good. TLDR: weird way of paying, better tasting than Cici’s, good service and way of ordering personal pizzas. Pizza is good texture, whether it was thin or pan, prefer the pan. Pizza that is in buffet may be somewhat close to cold, so maybe order it to be made? Buffet selection is very limited, might just be better to ask for a pizza to be made. The place may sound too quiet. I didn’t try anything else there like dessert or pasta, but brother said pasta was good.
I really like it here , pizza is always fresh they even ask what kind would you like when they seat you down. && bring it to you with cleans plates . The older lady and the young girl at the regrester are actually really sweet. Mother and daughter! But the guy thats a waiter he has a attitude he picks and chooses what table he wants depending on looks and how they would tip!. That's ridiculous. Because I tip good also ! I will go only when he's off!
I was pleasantly surprised. The service is better than most restaurants. Pizza part of buffet is small but they let you order custom so you get one fresh made to order. Salad bar has plenty of options. Dessert pizza was the perfect amount of sweet. Bathrooms were very clean. Their vintage ads on the walls are a fun glimpse of their past.

The place has lost of pizza to choose from. And if you like to have a pizza that is not up in the buffet they will be glad to make it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Update: I was given a stamp card for my family it was three off and was told on the tenth visit the buffet would be free but all I had to do was pay for drinks. When I got to the tenth stamp for the free buffet I was then told that I could use one at a time not all together. So those who have more than one stamp card you can only use one at a time when you get to the free buffet. When asked why I was told it was the high up people that changed the rules I think that was a lie just so they don't honor the cards all at once. But they were fine when I got half way though the cards to get the half off the buffet. So disappointing. For that I will drop my rating.
I was not impressed whatsoever. Old establishment. Buffet is extremely small. There might have been 10 items or less to prepare a salad. Kept having to wait for more pizza to come out. For a lunch buffet and a drink, it costs me 19.00 and some change. That didn't include tip. And I left the way I came in.. Hungry!!!
Not a friendly experience. My 8 year old got his own pizza without any issues what so ever but they yelled at me and said they are going to charge him at the adult price if he does that again.
Great and outstanding cleanness, the sauces taste good, but not scratch made. To my surprise, there is stem squash, added to the pasta and hamburger meat sauce turning highly digestive, good 🙂. Pizza OK. A small buffet, very clean and has the basic little of everything to kill a lunch hunger, come back?, not sure 🤔; exactly equal worth the buck. Yeah, mixing the spaghetti with the hamburger meat sauce and squash taste good, but you can also taste the excess sodium 😁. Oh, decent salad bar, fresh!. Felt like cici's pizza.
Food is not good. Spaghetti tastes from a can. Pizza was bad. Deserts were dry. Customer service was great. Friendly and on the ball. Buffet was stocked well enough.
me and my family came in to enjoy what was presumably a 4.0 star restaurant. came out still hungry yet disgusted from the flies around the cold food. compared to cicis, this place is more expensive and less variability. one of the waitresses were really nice and made the experience much more bearable, but id pay to not go.
Would say this is a okay place to eat some pizza that's a buffet. Could use a update. Restrooms were small and only 2 stalls and light was out in one of them. I would say I'm a regular here. Always go with the family and haven't been in a while so decided to go. First off the staff was a bit rude, the lady that says she's the manager had attitude cause we asked for plastic silverware. Then our waiter gave attitude cause we asked for to-go cups and said they would charge .50 cents, even though I got water. They then told me they were gonna charge me another .50 cents cause my mom didn't like her tea and asked for a water instead. So when I walked in I saw the worker filling in the salad bar but she was using her bare hands to place some of the vegetables on top of the lettuce. When we asked the manager to change it out, she said their not required to handle food with gloves even if they are touching it. So needless to say we didn't touch the salad bar. I would say the pizza is good and I love the potatoes that's why we go for the food but I might think twice cause of the staff.
The manager here needs to be fired. They made my pizza with no pizza sauce, and the manager refused to remake my order. Do not order food from here

2nd time with food from here and I'm never going back. Ordered pasta this time and the Chicken Alfredo had spaghetti noodles, and the Chicken Parmasean had fetticini noodles and and neither were edible. Even the dogs refused to eat any of it. $28 wasted.
3 people, $61.42 with tip for below par pizza and lots of flies busing around and hanging out on the walls. I really felt ripped off and very disappointed with almost the entire experience. The good part was the server was exceptionally kind, the rest is downhill from there. The salad bar looks like a very sad worn out war zone with brown lettuce, mold on the cheese, the list goes on. The pizza zone of the buffet was mostly dessert pizzas and the pizzas that were there were way past serving by the looks of them they had been sitting there all day. The pasta section was all dried out and looks like it had been sitting there all day. The server did bring around some fresh pepperoni pizza and we each had a few slices, but that was undercooked. So went to pay the check and $61.42 with tip, because why punish the server for management's clear lack of care for the food, we left very disappointed and felt like we had been ripped off for such a high price per person on a cruddy buffet. This place used to be pretty good, it has hit rock bottom. They really need to call an exterminator because it the swarm of flies was any indication about a pest problem you can bet there are more creepy crawlers in the kitchen.
Me and my boyfriend wanted to come here for lunch we came in they only had 3 kinds of pizza and it was cold and hard. Go here if you like salad lol because that’s all they had when we came and it’s an “pizza buffet “ All these reviews are fake. I would not recommend don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else. This is coming from a honest person perspective. The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the lady greeted us when we came in and she was nice that’s it everything else 0/10.
My family and I went for dinner. We dined here as kids and thought it would be great for nostalgia purposes. There wasn’t any pizza on the buffet for at least 20 min and what was there was old and cold.. we had to order pizzas for them to make. this place needs a serious update. To top it off, my kids went to play in the little arcade and the wall was COVERED in roaches. They were coming out of the outlets! It immediately grossed me out. I can’t believe I paid $40 to eat here. We will never be back. The health department needs to visit them ASAP!
Took my grandchildren here and a ROACH crawled across our table while we were eating. Immediately got up to tell the Manager. Their response? This is Houston…all restaurants have roaches and proceeded to charge me for the 3 buffets. Seriously?? Disgusting and totally nasty. I would not let my dog eat here.
Some of the employee's have bad attribute's! They treat you rude and inconsiderate and will tell you and the Manager straight to your face that they have a problem with you! There are to many places to eat at! I don't have to eat where the server's are bad people! This is probably why your business is dropping! You bad server's are running your business into the ground!
OK so I'm going to be honest my wife and I we're driving out on 290 west and see a sign that said PIZZA INN. I LITERALLY had to grab the handle because she wanted it right then and there lol I guess she forgot we we're on the freeway for about a millisecond. Next thing I knew we we're pulling in the driveway of PIZZA INN... I think the company opened up in 1958 i want to say in Dallas TX. When I walked in guy's I literally felt like I went back in time the place was old and ran down. The pizza looked just as old. I didn't want to upset her or embarrassed her so we sat down anyways. I wouldn't dare eat a bite of the pizza that was on the buffet table. So I told the gentleman what kind of pizza I would like. Now let's get to the reason why I put a 1 star if I could put a half a star that's what they would get. His attitude was just as bad as the restaurant and the pizza. I almost forgot about eating that's how bad this place was... once again I didn't want to embarrasse my wife so I went ahead and took a few bites. Man only if she knew how bad I wanted to just get back on the freeway and continue our journey. Lol guys if you're not really sure what pizza place to eat at just remember to keep driving by this place on the way to another Pie joint trust me you're not missing anything!!!!
Pizza sauce and salty on all the pizzas it was ridiculous the Alfredo the red sauce pieces were just so salty if you're a heart patient you're guaranteed to have a heart attack Took my friend as a heart patient to have a salad and an alfredo pizza Play 50 dollars for a meal we couldn't even enjoy how absolutely ridiculou Complain to management and didn't get any satisfaction whatsoever Strongly urge people do not eat here
Imagine throwing money and going out. That's exactly what happened. This is the worst place ever in terms of pizza taste.
