I’ve only dined at this location once. Today (6/4/2023) I dined in around 2:20 pm and ordered the 3 tender meal with extra toast. The tenders were hot but the fries were not. The Texas toast tasted dry and was falling apart. I asked for fresh fries to be made. The cashier told me it would be a two minute wait and I said fine. After waiting 18 minutes and asked 3 different employees about my fresh fries I finally received them. I was already done eating my chicken by that point. The restaurant was not that busy so the only explanation I can think of is the kitchen forgot. The dining area needs a deep cleaning. I attempted to sit at a booth but three of the ones I walked past were dirty with grease stains and crumbs.

Hello, I’m leaving this review due to a recent DoorDash order from Raising Cane’s that was confirmed and fulfilled despite the restaurant being out of fries. Given that Cane’s core offering is essentially chicken and fries, this situation was both frustrating and avoidable. While the manager was polite, there was no meaningful accommodation offered for the inconvenience. I was offered sauce, coleslaw, or toast as a replacement, which does not fairly compensate for a missing primary item in the meal. This appears to be an inventory management issue that should not occur. Running out of fries — regardless of day or time — should prompt orders to be paused or customers to be notified before confirmation. It would make more sense to run out of a beverage than a staple item. I’m requesting appropriate resolution for this inconvenience and hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar situations in the future. Alanah

This cost too much. Why is it $13 for a meal here? There's not even enough menu to warrant why my chicken sandwich is more expensive than a Dennys grand slam. My chicken was very chewy. The fries were delicious. Not worth $13. I can never support this restaurant for selling fast chicken at an exorbitantly inflated rate.

This is my first time over here and when I walked in the black lady came out from the back, she had a blue headband. She asks “what do you want” I was surprised by the way she asked that because i used to work as a customer service representative. I just ended up telling her what I'd like to place and she was huffing and puffing while taking my order. She ended up giving up her service to a blonde guy and was no problem at all. I'm grateful she did because her attitude was nasty and wasn't cute. Her service was terrible 😭but the food was also terrible as her and it was ugly. TELL ME WHY I SAW THIS AFTER I MOVED THE CHICKEN. Idk but I guess some people shouldn't work in the food industry if they're going to act that way🫩🤷🏻‍♀️. The food way actually so nasty threw it away once I seen that. DONT COME HERE!!! BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!

Could the workers be any worse? They handed me an open box in the bag! You can hear nothing from the speakers and if you could it will tell you the store is closed while it’s open. And I asked them to double check many times if the order is correct and they insisted it was correct without checking and they handed me the wrong drink. Their rudeness is unacceptable at all. If you don’t want to work don’t work, but don’t mess with other people’s work!

Someone from HQ should come mystery shop this place. From the moment we walked in it was such a disappointing experience. All tables were dirty, chicken on the floor, water spilled on the floor, asked to clean table but we ended up doing it ourselves. The girl taking our order didn’t even say hello and someone else stepped in to finish taking our order. The employees were joking around behind and front of counter, one even spilled his cup of ice on the floor next to a customer. Didn’t clean up, I can still see the puddle of melted ice by the register. They said they ran out of plates so they gave us the dine in order in to go boxes. Just not what you expect from the brand. Bad service, bad atmosphere, small chicken pieces. The restroom was also dirty.

Prices are way too hiked and the chicken fingers keeps getting smaller and smaller. Total rip off if you ask me. It was good when they first came out, not anymore. Chicken has no flavor taste is super bland, they are super stingy with the fries as well. There are other chicken finger places which are much better. Thumbs down for me! 👎👎

Worst canes I been too nothing but kids everybody just sitting around laughing . Made me wait 30 minutes for food and never came out and came inside and had to wait another 5 minutes. Been to the other canes through Lousiana and Mississippi and there nothing like this

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! If I could give this place one star, I would. I called the store just to let them know that they messed up my uber order. The man on the phone, claimed to be the Manager named Andrew, snapped back at me all sideways calling me “babe” and that “it’s not their fault my order is wrong. It’s the uber drivers.” ??? Which makes no sense. I don’t want a random uber driver opening my food? Just seems like lazy people to me. And very very rude. I was just trying to be helpful and let them know to double check their orders and felt super offended by the end of my phone call. I don’t usually write reviews but this was just too crazy to not complain about.

Asked for no salt fries due to allergies I also asked for extra crispy. They made me wait and I waited 15 minutes when I got home my order had extra salt. I specifically asked for no salt at the window and I heard the person in the back the Cook acknowledge the no salt. I witnessed their frustration of having to do extra work before they told me to park my car. I had an allergic reaction to to them purposely putting salt on my fries when I specifically asked for no salt this is unacceptable. This is why I’m leaving a one star review.

This second time that I ordered the box combo this all 4 pieces of chicken tenders more like chicken nuggets first Canes raised the price ls on the menu now y’all down sizing on the food isn’t that price gouging plus I order sweet with light ice for both orders they handed it to with ice filled to the top this has been the second I get bad service not paying attention to customers orders I worked in the food chain industry I try my best to get customers order right im and I mess up I make sure i fix it for them happy customer by the im saving my receipt I’m calling cooperate if doesn’t get fixed with in 2 business days

I went to this location, first time at Canes ever. My food came out at a decent time, but the chicken tastes horribly burnt. The texture is crisp and meat is juicy but there’s a burnt aftertaste. Is it old oil? It tastes almost electrical. Like when you turn on your house heater for the first time. The fries and toast were yummy. I was starving, I’m so disappointed.

I went here the other day for my lunch. Service was better than the food. I used to love canes. I understand an increase in price, but you can’t decrease the quality. They used to have the best chicken. Not sure why they would even serve this now. 3/4 of my chicken strips were burnt to a crisp, made them feel like rubber. Fries, toast, and lemonade, were still good, but it doesn’t matter if I didn’t enjoy the main entree.
