We eat here on a regular basis, both dine in and carry out. Favorites are veggie and tofu soft rolls, veggie and tofu banh mi, edamame, v2 coconut curry tofu noodles. My partner enjoys the p1 steak pho. The little almond cookies sold at the counter are also great to munch on.

A down to earth authentic Vietnamese place with a large menu. We came really late for dinner at 9pm and it was still busy. The service was fast and very friendly. Everyone was smiling and very attentive. We ordered the bun bo hue, mi quang, vietnamese egg roll, and a korean bbq banh mi. Everything was delicious and portions were large. The noodles in the bun bo hue were a little bit soggy but still very good. The meat in the mi quang was really tender. We will definitely by back.

Great food and set up! No frills and focused on customer and excellent taste at affordable price. I love their pho and absolutely love their egg rolls. They have a great vegetarian and vegan selection and are very flexible with customisations. They have cookies upfront that you can buy. The restrooms are well kept and the parking lot outback is very convenient. They have plenty of seating and have quick service so it’s easy to find a spot. Very good broth, super light and not too salty or bland. I came in right after class near closing time but it was still filled with people. The only thing I wish was that they had more meat than having to pay for extra meat but I mean for $10 large you really can’t beat that. I definitely came home full. I visited this restaurant yesterday and had a terrible experience. The management is extremely unprofessional, and the owner/manager displayed very bad attitude. The cashier, a woman whose name I heard as Fan/Fang (not entirely clear), was very aggressive and had a terrible attitude. There seems to be a complete lack of basic human decency—staff are reprimanded harshly and disrespectfully, and I even witnessed a homeless person being treated cruelly. The way dishes are cleaned and handled is extremely unhygienic and concerning. Leftover vegetables that have already been served to one customer are given to another customer, which is disgusting. The woman at the cashier also frequently yelled at her coworkers in Vietnamese, setting a very unprofessional and disrespectful example. The male cashier, who is dark-skinned, was very slow and inattentive. Overall, the atmosphere is horrible, and I strongly advise caution. Supporting this restaurant means supporting extremely poor hygiene and unprofessional, disrespectful management.

Please read before supporting this business. I visited Simply Pho on 12/29/25 around 8:50 PM. Outside the restaurant was a homeless man who was not bothering anyone. I approached him and asked if I could buy him food he never asked me for money, just said he was hungry. I went inside and was seated, but for 20–30 minutes no one came to give us menus, take our order, or even acknowledge us. The only reason I stayed was because I had already placed an online to-go order for the homeless man outside. During this time, customers who arrived after us were served drinks and food. Eventually, a waiter came and took our order. By that point, the homeless man had to leave, so I was left with the to-go food. Shortly after, another homeless man came inside asking for food. I went to the cashier to check if my to-go order was ready so I could give it to him. At that moment, staff began aggressively kicking him out. I told them he was with me. The owner (a short man with glasses) started yelling at me, repeatedly saying “he already ate,” in an aggressive and confrontational manner. I calmly explained that I was a paying customer and what I chose to do with my food did not affect him. The owner then yelled at me several times, saying, “Maybe if you had a business you’d understand.” That assumption was unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely uncalled for. By this point, over an hour had passed and my dine-in food was still not ready. I asked the waiter how long it would take and was told they were still making the pho. I asked to cancel my order. I attempted to pay only for my drink, but they still tried to charge me for the food that had never been served. As we were leaving, I told the homeless man to leave with us so he wouldn’t be further humiliated. The owner followed him outside and continued berating him. I was so overwhelmed by the situation that I left in tears. This experience was not just poor customer service it was deeply upsetting and dehumanizing. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before supporting a business that treats people this way.

Got the deal today the $12 deal and look at what they gave me for tomorrow. This is horrible so chopped up little bit of a spoon of chicken cup of rice, one cucumber, one tomato and some big pieces of lettuce.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Vietnamese restaurant due to the behavior of the manager, Tiffany. The service was rude, condescending, and completely unnecessary. My aunt was calmly explaining that she wanted to split the payment between two cards because one did not have sufficient funds. Instead of listening or helping, Tiffany repeatedly interrupted her, saying “you don’t have enough money, are you listening? you don’t have enough money,” over and over in a demeaning tone. My aunt kept trying to tell her that she knows and is just trying to split the bill into two parts. There was no attempt to understand the situation or resolve it professionally. She seemed more interested in arguing than helping a customer. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and completely ruined what should have been a simple transaction. I would not recommend this place based on the service alone.
