You can never go wrong with a cheesecake can you! Love the options, decent price for a decent sized cake!!! This place can get pretty crowded so watch out but you can always do take out. The trick about parking is since it’s attached to the galleria mall, there is free underground parking right there under the paid parking lot, and you can take the stairs straight upto the Cheesecake Factory entrance.

We ended at Cheesecake Factory as we are so used to it in Phoenix. This location seats people’s upstairs in the Galleria Mall. The server Catherine was an outstanding server. She was prompt, sincere and checked on us often. The food order was taken promptly, drinks served as ordered and food was brought to us in a timely manner with a quality check done a few minutes after we had taken our bites. The thing that impressed me most is the unique style of upselling. She is funny, caring and quick on her feet, almost and owner of the business kind of a person. She even encouraged us to come to a brunch on Saturday and Sunday and come sit at their table. She didn’t have to but that’s management skills rarely noticed in a server who just go about serving their shift . So 10 stars for her. And yes, we will come to see her and sit at her table. Canadian visiting Houston!!!

Eating here is amazing and more when you go as a family, the children get excited grabbing food from the line, and let's not talk about the taste of the food is magnificent! They have an incredible passion fruit lemonade, and the service doesn't even talk about, they treat you like a family, it's really an incredible experience! The food was good! I had nigiri salmon and ebi. I tasted the shaggy dog and spicy shrimp roll. The brownie was good too! I did not care for the roll with different colored roe on top and there is a ton of rice in these rolls. The rice was moist so that was a plus! The service was great too!

We were a bit cautious about eating sushi in a mall and already made from a conveyor belt. We were gladly surprised. We ordered from the menu and picked from the conveyor belt. For a quick bite and to ease sushi cravings I recommend this place. Watch out it is very easy to go overboard picking plates from the conveyor belt.

The place is an open concept restaurant at the Galleria mall. The chef can be seeing while they prepare the fresh sushi there. The display of some sushi dishes are an easy take-grab on the go. However I decided to order mine fresh and the waiter took my order right away. My order came out fast. It was fairly priced. And I must say it was very good my food selection. My sushi was serve with soy sauce and a signature sauce that was delicious. I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend kids chicken tenders, truffle fries, and especially the beet salad. It tastes so fresh and crisp with citrus hints and the satisfying flavor of the beet. The kids chicken tenders are a good portion, and tenders are always soft and tasty. Lastly, the chipotle pasta was okay, as I’ve had better pasta here (like the pasta da vinci). The chipotle pasta was a little dry for me.

While prices are generally higher than other places, it offers a wide variety of food and drink options, not just desserts. It has a unique, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous, and service is fast. Despite being multi-story, there's an elevator, making it convenient for wheelchairs and the elderly.

Stopped by the Cheesecake Factory in the Galleria Mall for a quick bite and a drink. I ordered the Strawberry Spritz and an Old Fashioned, along with the Korean Fried Cauliflower. The Strawberry Spritz was light, crisp, and super refreshing--perfect for a hot summer day. The Old Fashioned was solid, though personally I prefer something lighter in the warmer months. The real standout was the Korean Fried Cauliflower--crispy, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It honestly reminded me of a spicy sesame chicken, in the best way. Our bartender was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite being the only one behind the bar. She managed to juggle drink orders from the floor while still giving bar guests great service. This Cheesecake Factory has a two-level layout, which made it feel a bit more cramped and darker than others I've been to, but overall it had the familiar, reliable chain vibe.

Not really a 3, but not really a 4, more of a 3.5 than anything else. Cool concept but sushi was mediocre and overpriced. Udon broth had great flavour, but it was such a small order it was disappointing. Tempura shrimp were over battered and not light and fluffy as you'd find with traditional tempura broth. Good sushi rice and selection though. Server was decent to good. Restaurant was fairly clean for the most part.

love going out to eat and enjoying a pleasant dinner with my family, but today was not a very pleasant day. First, the service; I felt the waiter wasn't focused on his job. He seemed thoughtful and worried. The fish tacos had cold, stale tortillas. Then we went down to the restrooms, and the situation worsened. There was no hygiene; it was dirty in every way.

The little train for delivery isn't in service. Ordered a roll so I could show off to niece and they just walked over and delivered it. Got a dragon roll that's supposed to have eel and there's zero eel. Only eel sauce. Photo doesn't match what's made so that's disappointing. Fast service at 2pm on a Sunday and the selection they have on the belt is nice. Good food just a little disappointed.

It is a nice experience, the variety is really good. It’s really loud since it’s next to skating course the music and the people are almost annoying. The service is ok, nothing special. The spring rolls are my favorite and the chicken gyoza are great too.

Interesting concept but too bad is right next to the skating rink in the Galleria shopping mall. If you are looking for a quiet place to eat then this is not the place. Loud and cold. Sushi is fast food sushi so don't expect more. If you have never experienced this type of service, this place is a good start.

Service could have been better. The mocciato was delicious. Meatloaf on point ,korean chicken was fire. Unfortunately my meal got lost I ordered the steak frtiz. After a long wait the manager informed me they gave it to someone else. I dont think ill ever go to this location again. Im not sure how you lose a meal.

Unfortunately, Sushigami's items are mediocre and overpriced for the quality of the food. The sushi was mid and the bowls were just okay. The salmon bowl we ordered didn't even come with the tomato salad it promised from the menu.

This used to be a decent place for shopping mall sushi, but as of my last visit in September 2022, I would not recommend this place anymore. It appears the place is under new ownership, the menu is different and prices are higher. Fundamentally the food is just worse. Udon - very few noodles. Salmon bowl - overcooked and over-sauced. Sushi plates are unremarkable. It's still fun to take the sushi off the conveyor belt and it still has a rink side view. The novelty is not enough to compensate for the poor food.

I hadn’t been back to The Cheesecake Factory in 23 years. After this visit, I’m reminded exactly why. Service was actually attentive and polite, so credit where it’s due. That said, I never received the famous complimentary bread—not when seated, not during the meal, not ever. A small thing, but when it’s part of the brand’s reputation, it stands out. I ordered the Tex-Mex Eggrolls and Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. The eggrolls were nothing special—fine, but forgettable—and the green dipping sauce didn’t taste fresh. The cheesecake, which should be the star, had a faint but noticeable flavor of egg and freezer burn. Not what you expect from a dessert that’s supposed to be iconic. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty, and after this experience, I get why. I won’t be coming back. Maybe I’ll check again in another 23 years—but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Extremely disappointing experience. There was no bread served before the meal, and we waited over 10 minutes just to receive water. Every time we tried to get the staff’s attention, we were ignored, and the attitude felt clearly discriminatory and borderline racist. Even when we asked for the bill, we had to call them several times before anyone responded. On top of that, the plates and chairs were dirty, which made the whole dining environment feel unhygienic and unacceptable. This was a humiliating and deeply unpleasant experience, and I will never be returning to this restaurant.

If you spend $100 or more, they add a mandatory 15% service charge. We weren't made aware of this prior to eating. I'm fine with tipping but it should be my choice. Not much service required considering we're essentially serving ourselves off the conveyor belt. Food is nice but overpriced for some plates.

The food was also subpar, lacking flavor and presentation. To make matters worse, they mixed up the bill at the end. I would not recommend dining here. Although, we asked for separate recipes and the other person paid cash, to add the tip atomaicly they gave me with the total of two people!!!!!!

I took my friend here, because we were interested in the idea of conveyor belt sushi and I was severely disappointed. Everything was clean at the tables, but there were flies everywhere. It was so bad they were getting in our drinks we ordered. Sushi was very warm, and seemed to have been sitting out for a long time. I found this out a little too late after eating it. Once it was time to pay for the food we got there was a mandatory service fee of 15%. We were a group of 4, and I was never made aware of this fee. We checked the menus and it wasn't on it at all. The only service we received was someone bringing our cans to drink (Which were $3.00 a can for like a regular Coca-Cola). I got pretty ill hours later, and I am pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning. Everyone we went with didn't feel well after. I unfortunately in good faith cannot recommend this place.

I thought this was a SUPER neat concept! Each time we frequent the Galleria I say I want to try it! Finally we did it. We were seated right away at a not so clean table. No problem, I had napkins and wipes in my purse. The person who sat us took our order. We ordered 2 rolls. Basic California and a dragon roll. We waited 10 minutes and nothing, others after us already received their food. So we said we will just eat from the line while we wait. 3 plates and 20 more minutes go by (the food was not good AT ALL and the masago on one roll was completely spoiled). We stop a server and ask about the food. “It’s on his way, sorry for the delay”. We finally ask for the ticket after about 7 more minutes (2 tables sat after us are gone and more sat down). A team lead apologizes and says it’s being boxed and it’s on the house because of their tardinesses. I tell her thank you and we appreciate it but it wasn’t necessary. She said it’s what they do, Customer service! About 4 minutes later she comes back with the bill and “per the manager either pay for it or leave” because they can put those 2 rolls on the belt and make the money back. No problem! We paid for our 3 plates we got off the belt and we will NOT be back!
