Used the drive thru right before lunch and it was not busy at all. The service was super fast and friendly. I ended up getting a bacon croissant Sandwich meal combo with an iced oat milk cinnamon latte. The latte was so creamy and delicious, perfect coffee flavor without being too sweet. The sandwich was the perfect crispy and buttery. They also have a choice of sides including a hash brown or a donut. I ended up getting some assorted Timbits. Those little donut holes are so good especially the cake ones with the sprinkles. Will definitely be going back it was a great experience!

It's always a surprise to find Tim Hortons outside of Canada. As a Canadian, it brought me a nostalgic familiar feeling. It's a small coffee shop with a reduced menu compared to Canada, but the essentials are there. The donuts taste pretty much the same. The timbits are just as fun to get, eatx and share. The breakfast sandwich I got taste good, but the assembly was a bit botched, the egg was falling out of it. The iced capp was darker coffee than what I would get in Canada, but it's still good.

The food was good and fairly priced but the server Elena was very rude and acted like we were bothering her She made us wait for about 5 minutes without even so much as a "Hi, I'll be right with you". Someone like this clearly doesn't want to be at work. If you can't atleast act like you want to be there then find remote work.

It's average. I've gotten machiattos, frappes, ice coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. The price is really affordable compared to dunkin or Starbucks or Dutch bros but their service is hit or miss. Last time I went I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a bagel with a slice of cheese. I went back and they were quick to fix it but when I got home I realized they gave me a plain bagel. Not worth the effort to go back a second time but really? Well at least they were friendly I guess.

Tim Hortons, originally from Canada, is the shining star with a big reputation for serving the best coffee along with breakfast, lunch & dinner (available only in Canada, as of now), baked goods and merchandise. This particular location in Houston was recently opened and I’ve been fairly regular at this place. It’s competing with the likes of Starbucks and Dunkin’s around town. I’ve had their regular hot coffee, mocha and the renowned french vanilla. For breakfast, I’ve tried the sausage, egg & cheese along with hash browns. These are all strictly drive thru orders since I’ve not had the chance to visit in store. Coffee, donuts and breakfast, they got you covered. Comparing Tim’s to Starbucks, Tim’s obviously is cheaper, but that doesn’t necessarily translate to being better. The coffee is good but the food is a bit disappointing. The french vanilla was fantastic, but the croissant was surprisingly salty to taste and the hash-browns are these one big piece; if you compare this to Dunkin’s hash-browns, it is subpar and lacks that yum factor that the Dunkin present. Tim’s, at least this store, has a long way to de-throne the other coffee brands around as the best in class. I haven’t tried the donuts and other baked goods so no comments there. Tim Hortons has opened their doors in Texas, and in particular, Houston. Their coffee is good but the food is a little lackluster. This is still fairly a new store so changes and updates might be scheduled down the road to improve the current offerings.

Coffee bland, dark roast black no aroma or taste. Timbits 10 for $1 after completing the online survey from the receipt was a good deal though very sweet. Cashier attitude very off-putting the other young man was more friendly. Not welcoming, no greeting or salutation or “thanks for coming”. Couldn’t crack a smile. Asked if my coffee could be served in a thermos I brought but was told No (no reason given, most establishments have no issue, but if it’s company policy at least make an effort and explain). Cafe wasn’t busy, no reason for the unfriendly response. We dined in, but they only served in disposable cups no ceramics. With all the plastic and paper products there was no recycling. Pretty much made for drive throughs no real incentive to dine in. The place was generally clean but there was litter outside near the tables. No reason to return. Had a nice experience in NY location near Niagara Falls but definitely not this one. Trying to find a SB alternative to take elderly relatives on their coffee outings but will search for a family owned cafe from now on.

I'm not sure if this Tim Hortons was just recently opened and maybe the staff wasn't properly trained but this was pretty bad. Being from up north where Tim Hortons is life.I took the drive to Houston and made a detour just to get coffee and vanilla cream donuts. When I ordered my double double the guy kind of looked at me. Weird and then when I asked if there were any more vanilla cream donuts he said he would have to check and get back to us. Huh? Who do you have to check with?? Do you have more in the back? Are you hiding any under the counter??? Do you need to call your manager??? And to be brutally honest that's kind of disappointing that there were no vanilla cream donuts left at noon on a Sunday. Overall, the entire experience was just kind of wonky. There were between 7 and 10 people working and nobody could understand what was going on from the drive-thru to the counter. Double drinks were being made and just sat on the counter. There was a bunch of iced coffees that we watched the ice melt in that nobody took. And then the staff just kind of came out to the dining area and sat down. I think it would be safe to say that maybe the manager should try wrangling in some of this. Or maybe somebody from Canada should actually come down and train these guys and gals.

Went to visit this establishment on 12/31/2022, but couldn't post a review because Maps did not have the location. This place very recently opened in Houston & I'm truly disappointed in what I received. Service was average & the line was out the door so I used driv-thru service. I'm not going to go into details, I'll just post the pics & you can decide for yourself what the issue was.

I am so irritated. This morning marks the second time I've ordered coffee from this location and they apparently have workers who simply cannot do that. This is the second time I've gotten what basically tastes like watered down tea. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning to be disappointed again.

Worst coffee I've ever had. My daughter asked for more vanilla flavor and I felt like the employee got annoyed. Adding the extra flavor didn't help at all. Next time we're in Houston, we are definitely NOT going there!!!!!!!!

I grew up drinking Tim Horton coffee, I was so excited to see they were in Houston. Went in to order a BLT sandwich, very disappointed to see such a limited menu, and obviously I wasn't able to get me BLT. The kid behind the counter was a little rude but that's starting to become expected these days

My partner and I placed a mobile order this morning and went through the drive-thru. After giving the order name, the employee on the intercom seemed unsure it even existed. With no cars behind us, we were told to pull up front. When our order was brought out, both of our sandwiches were missing — instead, we received egg bites. Both drinks also had espresso dripping down the sides and grounds floating in the bottom. We wiped them off and I went inside to have the food corrected. Several employees looked at me at the counter but continued working, ignoring that I was waiting. When a younger male employee finally came over, I explained that we received egg bites instead of the sandwiches we ordered. He immediately said he took our order and looked at me like I was in the wrong implying there couldn’t have been a mistake even though I explained it was a mobile order and showed him the proof. He took the egg bites back, looked at me like I was in the wrong yet again, and walked away to have the order remade. When I checked the replacements, both sandwiches were sloppily thrown together, half cold, and the boxes were left open inside the bag. At that point, I just took them and left. We’ve been to other Tim Hortons locations and have never had an experience like this. To the staff—if you’re going to work in customer service, fix your attitude. To management and corporate—this location needs serious retraining on customer service, professionalism, and food prep. We won’t be returning.
