This is the best Italian restaraunt in humble/ Kingwood by far. The food is so delicious and authentic and so reasonably priced you can get a huge meal with salad and garlic knots included for under $15! My whole family loves Italianos and I bring friends and family every time they visit. My favorite salad is the house salad with tomato vinegarette homemade, and the Fettucini Alfredo with eggplant or veal is also delicious. The creamy cheesy (don’t know the name) mushroom appetizer is also to die for! They have meals for the kids too so it’s great for the whole family. And the dessert selection is huge! True authentic Italian food reasonably priced. Lastly, I have been to Kingwood location and while also delicious, I prefer humble!

First time here and will definitely be back! 1: the lunch specials are an amazing price 2: The service was outstanding from welcoming to time waited for carry out to checking out. 3: The food is delicious, I got the fried calamari which was a great portion size and not over breaded like many places. Also got the lasagna which came with garlic bread knots that tasted fresh baked and a side salad which was also crisp and fresh! All for just under $20!! Again everything was magnifico!!! Also I was shocked because I got there just after 11am when they opened on a Tuesday & the place was already packed with customers which goes to say their service and food are great

Went to eat dinner here Jan. 17, 2025 for dinner. Very nice atmosphere. Italian vibes. The wait staff, well everyone working here actually, were very attentive and very positive vibes. I would even say everyone seemed happy even. Nice! I am not in Humble often, but i would choose to eat here again in the future.

My boss brought me here yeeeears ago. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to return. Delicious food and friendly service. Today I had the lasagna (lunch special) and a slice of supreme pizza. Both were excellent, and made for a perfect lunch. Small complaint that the ranch dressing was not great. Tastes like Kraft from a bottle. But I’m really not expecting great ranch dressing at an Italian restaurant.

Enjoyed a nice dinner here. Hubby got Chicken Picatta and it was amazing. I got Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo and found it to be bland but it did have a lot of sauce which I prefer. Service was good. Parking no issue.

This by far has been my favorite Italian restaurant for years, I used to go to the Atascocita location regularly and it was always great. Tonight we went to the Humble by Deerbrook mall location and the worst experience I've ever had at italiano's. The prices are great and the portions are good. Tonight there was no hostess and it was crowded. The waitress either was just off tonight or May or had something else going on. But the service was not good. I asked for a couple things and never received them. The pizza was dry but the other 2 dishes were good. I'll definitely go again but this experience was off. They still deserve at least a 4 star because one visit doesn't make all the others bad. Everyone has a bad or off day and that is what we call life.

Bread was stale. Wine was warm. Alfredo sauce was like water. I've had better meals and better service here which is why I didn't give a terribe rating. Our waitress was sick and told us we were her last table before she left.. which is fine, but she should have just left. We didn't need to be her last table when she felt so bad she couldn't remember things well and even disappeared at the end.

The food at the one in Kingwood was definitely better. I had seen the spumoni desert when leaving the Kingwood location and that was what motivated me to stop at Italianios again was a disappointed when it came out. The spumoni was like a rock pie. ( overly frozen). One could not use a fork or a spoon to eat it. My boyfriend ordered the veal piccata and sent it back due to the sour taste.

I've been here many times and I've always enjoyed the chicken Alfredo with a Caesar salad. Yesterday (Saturday) I tried the lobster ravioli, which was really good, until a roach crawled onto the table. I immediately jumped up and flagged a waiter down. He eventually came and killed the roach that was climbing up my drink by this time. At this point I was disgusted and refused to sit down or go to another table. 5-10 minutes later the "manager" came out and the first thing out her mouth was "I'm here everyday I never seen a roach here." in a accusatory manner. So we were offended and my sister was calmly speaking with her and she just kept overtalking her and was very passive aggressive. Of course she didn't let us leave with out stating she's the owner sister. As if, that's any excuse for making a bad experience worse. The cherry on top was she asked us to leave the food where it was. Who would really want to go plates after a roach just climb over their food? Needless to say I definitely will not return to a place with subpar customer service.

Im pretty disappointed. I have been going here for years and I have always gotten the chicken Alfredo because It was always perfect!! But today something isn’t right. The flavor of sauce was blan. They gave me lots of dry noodles with very little sauce. This happened to me before but I figured maybe a different cook or something. It’s sad because it use to be $13.50 when the bowl was way bigger and it was just make right. Now it’s $17.50 with a smaller bowl and less quality. I just hope things can get better. ❤️‍🩹 this is my favorite restaurant 🙏🏼

My wife and I ordered the lobster ravioli and and veal Marsala. She has to send her salad back because more than half of the lettuce was brown. The veal was overcooked and flavorless. The ravioli wasn’t terrible, but was definitely premade/frozen and was drowning in sauce. And the “amazing” garlic knots just take like generic dinner rolls with garlic butter. The service was quick despite being a busy Saturday night. But I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting decent Italian food. Honestly, we should have just gone to Olive Garden down the road.

My husband and I were in the area so we decided to stop by for late lunch early dinner. We used to live in the area and my husband practically grew up eating Italiano’s. We arrived at around 1:50 in the afternoon so it wasn’t busy and we were seated immediately. Our waitress was Melissa L. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she wasn’t very friendly. She took our drink orders and it took 10 minutes to receive it. Literally 3 other waitresses walked by us to see if we had been helped. We sat close to the front door near the takeout area so we weren’t that far from fountain drink station. I look over and our waitress is on her phone. It was very obvious. After getting our drinks, we ordered some appetizers to start off. Throughout the entire experience, every time I looked over, she was on her phone. Which I don’t usually mind but at least be discreet about it. I understand it’s Thanksgiving week leading to Black Friday, but at least be professional. Our entrees came out which was amazing. But Melissa was nowhere to be found. She passed by our table multiple times without checking on us after not only our appetizers but our entrees as well. My glass was practically empty and was never refilled after receiving our entrees. Once we finished our food, there she was again, on her phone. Never once looked up. She was practically GLUED TO IT. We had to flag down the carry out cashiers, who was taking to go orders, to get her attention. After we paid, she said thank you happy Thanksgiving, and proceeded to walk past us with her phone on her hands…she honestly did not look like she even wanted to be there. The food was wonderful but because of the poor service I would have to give this a 1 star. We still gave her a 20% tip but that was just unacceptable.

Me & my family went to dinner here yesterday night 11/13, we all ordered different dishes. I noticed my fettuccine chicken Alfredo had a very strong seafood smell couldn’t eat it I let the waiter know he said he could remake the meal but I asked to just pack it to go as I couldn’t stomach eating. We get home and I kid you not I had extreme stomach pains, severe vomiting and diarrhea I was rushed to the emergency room as I am 35 weeks pregnant. We loved this restaurant would drive over 30 mins to go here but honestly I’m just so terrified of eating here again after getting food poisoning extremely scary experience.
